Laser Shark Title Tourney Rd 1: Cethilia Lightblade Vs. John

He felt the angel lay on top of him and hook one of his leg's, but he didn't hear the ref slap the mat, "It's only a matter of time." he thought to himself, waiting for the two count to kick out. As soon as the ref's hand came down a second time, John would tuck his legs in and throw them out, breaking the angel's pin.

Cethilia was shocked "h...how?' she let out in disbelief, releasing his leg. He had broken out, despite the pain he surely was in. "Did you become a masochist while we were away or are you just determined?" she asked, still a bit shocked. As she was speaking, she went to grab the chair she slid in. She would then resume the weapon onslaught, trying to hit him and keep him down..

John threw a leg sweep towards her, attempting to knock the legs out from under her. If it were to connect, he would grab the chair and wait for her to stand before unleashing a flurry of attacks with the chair. Once she was down, he would wrap her up in a grapevine pin, squeezing down tightly, "No, I learned a few things."

As Cethilia turned to face the Vampire with her chair in hand, she was hit by John's leg sweep, causing her to topple over. She dropped the chair, allowing John to pick it up. Ceth had to act quick. She bent backwards, causing the chair to hit her armor for the first strike, the following hits hit her head. She fell on her back, dazed from the repeated chair strikes. It was only going to get worse.

Cethilia got pinned. John had successfully put her into the grapevine. The ref got to the ground and hit them mat. "one." Cethilia was still dazed, but her scenes were coming back. "Tw-" Cethilia had popped out, although John could tell she was still reeling from the hit.

John groaned with frustration, he wanted that title, and badly. He knew he couldn't perform his finisher just yet, but then again, she WAS dazed. So he decided, against his better judgment, he was going to finish her.

He took a few steps back and waited for her to stand. When she did, John would run forward, grab the back of her head and ram her face into his shoulder's before jumping up to perform the RKO.

Cethilia didn't want to lose right off the bat. This was her territory. She was not on one of the celestial planes, but she was in a hardcore match. She couldn't lose so easily. Luckily, she was regaining her senses. She looked up as she stood up, just in time to get a last second warning on what John was about to do. She dropped to the ground, causing John to run right past her. She took this quick moment to recover, but unlike most wrestlers, she recovers fast, well, recovers fast when she has her magic.

She coated her hand in holy energy and gave her head a heavy punch. In that instant, all of the pain from the the repeated chair strikes was gone. She got back up and smirked. She had to press the advantage. She charged forward, her arms becoming coated in holy flames, hopping to tackle him down and repeatedly punch him in the face with her flames.

John grinned, having sensed she was about to use her holy flame. He quickly ducked under her arms and turned around quickly, still grinning. When Ceth turned around, he would jump up and finish her off with another RKO attempt.

Cethilia had missed John. Luckily, Cethilia figured John would try to dodge. He wanted to end the fight quickly. He was getting desperate and she knew that he would be trying to finish her off. She would not turn around. Instead. She would continue slide through the ropes and get out of the ring, only to get airborne. She gave the Vampire a smirk before moving towards the chair to pick it up.

John watched her before jumping off the mat and taking flight towards her, flashing his fangs, "It's time to end this Cethilia." he hissed and made a move towards her throat, if he were to connect, he would sink his fangs into her neck and begin to inject her with his venom.

Cethilia saw the fangs and thought it was just an intimidation tactic. She rushed forward, chair in hand, which is now also on fire, and began to swing at him. It was at that moment John struck, biting down on her neck. Cethilia dropped the chair as her mouth goes open. He wasn't just feeding. Something was going in. It couldn't be... no, it must. She felt her body beginning to change. Right in the center of the ring, the Peacewarrior Angel was becoming a Peacewarrior Blood Angel
