Fighting Style: Brute force. Kamiko is a brawler, plain and simple. She specializes in quick, hard-hitting, efficient beatdowns. That being said, she's not above going for more humiliating techniques, should Yuu request it, and on very rare occasions, she can be convinced to finish an opponent off with a smother.

Personality: Much like her partner, Kamiko is something of a no-nonsense woman. She believes in getting things done, and doing it quickly and efficiently. That being said, she is rather fond of fighting, and will take any chance she can to give the gift of a beatdown to anyone she decides needs it.

Kamiko is quite serious the vast majority of the time. It's rare to see her smile, and it usually only happens behind closed doors, with the extremely small amount of people that she's close to (Currently totaling: 1).

Kamiko also does not like authority. She usually finds herself butting heads with people in charge, and it's gotten her in trouble more times then she can count. There's only one person of authority she respects and gets along with, and for everyone else, Kamiko's respect is nigh-impossible to gain.

She is fiercely, fiercely loyal to Yuu Abe, and would do anything for her. She is usually found playing the role of Yuu's muscle/bodyguard, and will gladly do anything the woman asks of her, and if anyone dares to hurt Yuu or or even threaten her, woe be to them.

History: Kamiko never knew her parents growing up. Her father, who was quite a scummy deadbeat, abandoned her mother during pregnancy, and her mother, unable to support a child on her own, gave up Kamiko not even a year after she was born. The end result was that Kamiko lived in orphanages for most of her life. She grew up with a chip on her shoulder and a bad attitude, resenting authority and just generally not liking other people. She got into fights with the other orphans all the time, and every time she was punished, which led to her disliking those in charge more and more each time.

As she grew older, she began to realize that no one was going to adopt her and take her away from the orphanage she hated so much. Why would they? She was a troublemaker and a bitch. No one would ever want someone like her around. She didn't mind though. She didn't need anyone to help her out. She would make her own escape. On her sixteenth birthday, she ran away from the orphanage. She left in the dead of night, and predictably, no one came after her. She didn't think they would. On the contrary, once news got out that she was gone, everyone seemed to be happy about it. She was a problem that had taken care of herself, and good riddance to her.

Kamiko, however, didn't exactly have a plan once she made her escape, so she improvised. Over the years, she had gotten quite good at fighting (at least in her own eyes), and she had naturally grown up big and strong. She used her talents to her advantage, mugging people on the street for their money, and used that money to find herself a decent place to sleep and food to eat.

She knew she couldn't live like that forever, though, and quickly began searching for new ways of making money. It didn't take her too long to stumble onto a seedy underground fight club, and with a little effort (namely roughing up the bouncer after lying about her age didn't work), she was able to get in and worm her way into a fight.

She lost. Badly.

Kamiko used that loss as motivation, and focused on training herself, learning how to fight against someone besides orphans and tourists, and after several months, she made her way back to the fight club. This time, she won, and she won quite easily and decisively. This first victory led to a series of wins, not just at that club but at others, and as the years went by, Kamiko became rather infamous in the underground. It was around the same time that rumors of a teacher of all things began to surface, a teacher that was making her own way through the underground fight scene, making a name for herself.

Kamiko's goal was clear. She had a target in sight now. She would find down this teacher, this horrible symbol of authority, and defeat her, solidifying her place as the most dangerous woman in the underground. It didn't take long for Kamiko to track her down, following her to a seedy underground wrestling club, where she challenged the teacher in front of everyone, putting clear terms on the line for their fight. If Kamiko won, then the woman would cease her fighting and go back to teaching, and if Kamiko lost, then she would allow the teacher to do whatever she wanted with her.

The night of their fight soon came, and a huge crowd turned out to see them, wondering which of them would come out on top. The fight itself was barely even a contest. Kamiko lost, but more then that, she was humiliated. In front of everyone, she was forced to verbally submit, forced to admit the teacher's superiority over her to the audience.

After their fight, Kamiko found herself unable to stop thinking about the woman. She hated authority, she hated people in positions of power and she especially had a dislike for teachers, but...there was something about her. Something that had gotten under Kamiko's skin. She couldn't get her out of her head. No one had ever beaten her like that, no one had ever humiliated her so utterly and completely, and as much as she didn't want to admit it, Kamiko found herself with a begrudging respect for her.

She forced herself to track the teacher down again, and upon finding her this time, she fell to her knees, all but begging the woman to take her under her wing, to teach her, and to let Kamiko serve her. Of course, the teacher naturally said yes, and when she began to tell Kamiko about the AFW, the orphaned brawler found herself growing rather excited, enjoying the prospect of an entire company full of people that would be at her mercy.
