Silver, Gold & Green

Anna's body was dead weight but offered no conscious resistance as she was yanked into position in between Cecilia's powerful legs, the silver haired warrior dropping down to her knees before the Queen forced her back up, rolling her up onto her shoulders as he long hair dangled below marking the exact spot Cecilia was going to try and put her through, and not even a sudden squeeze of the Ardent Angel's thighs would stop it.

The Swede landed shoulder first with a noise that echoed throughout the training hall, groaning on the canvas lightly as Adrian swiftly moved into position, seeing an ideal chance to bring this affair to a close with her good friend on top, leaning down and pinning her old rival. "One!" she counted, slapping her hand on the canvas.

Cecilia hoisted Anna Silver up onto her shoulders, it took but a moment for the blond to feel her white haired rival's thighs squeeze her head, but it was too late to stop the blond powerhouse from slamming Anna Silver straight down onto the mat with that powerbomb.

Leaning against her rival as she would look down at her face in between those legs of Anna, she would hear Adrian slap her hand down against the canvas, thinking to herself it wouldn't be so bad to get the pin over her rival. Cecilia smirked, eyes fixed upon the face of her longtime rival.

"Two, Three!" Adrian called, slightly faster than she normally would, counting out the silver haired woman and bringing the rough spar to an end. The speed was un-needed though as Anna didn't make a serious attempt to get her shoulders off the canvas until afterwards. "Way to go Cec! And after me using you as a practice dummy earlier!" the brunette called out, gently trying to pull Cecilia off her old rival.

Anna was cursing herself mentally as she groaned on the canvas. Maybe it had been too long since she'd really pushed herself, this was the first time in any encounter that Cecilia had been able to beat her. Even if it was just a spar it was a loss that was going to sting, especially with how cold the blonde had been to her earlier. So much for smacking some respect into her.

Cecilia would look down at Anna as she panted for air, she held onto her old rival for a few moments until Adrian came in and tried to pull her away. The Swede released Anna and then rose up to her feet, ruffling Adrian's hair a little. " Of course....No trouble at all." Cecilia let out in a cocky manner.

" Looks like your last name fits you perfectly. Sliver is all you're good for." Cecilia said as she would step up to the downed Anna and placed her boot down against Anna's chest, pinning her buxom old rival down to the mat and looking down on her. " Anytime you want another beating, just let me know." Cecilia spoke out as she would then turn and walk away with Adrian. " Come on, Addy, let's get lunch."
