Yumi and Amber…


The restaurant was one not too far from the Unrightable Wrong’s hide away. It was a quaint place, low key in just about sense of the word. From the décor to the food, everything this place had to offer didn’t stand out in the least. A perfect spot for three crooked creeps to relax and do business. Usually, the Wrong’s operated in a pairing system. One person never left without the other, and often they would only be sent in groups of two. It was simple, why they only went as high as two; One could ensure the other wasn’t ratting the entire group out, and back up was always close by should anything unplanned happen.

So, it was a bit strange to see three of them out together. Three was a crowd, and crowds tended to draw attention. Even in the both, the colorful criminals were like a smudge on a crystal clean window. Peoples eyes simply were drawn to the three of them.

The one furthest from the entrance was a purple haired killer, named Kassidy Strike. Her coy smile made anyone who looked at it uncomfortable, like she was silently teasing everyone around her and they didn’t know it. The way she spun she continuously jabbed the table with her fork simply made it all the more nerve wracking, like she was an animal in a cage ready to spring out and pounce.

Across from her was the smallest of the party, Kristy Davids. She had recently dealt with a rather traumatic event, and so her normal vanity and inflated ego weren’t quite as boisterous as usual. Her normally well-kept hair and spot on makeup was toned down, the pretty girl slouching in her chair as she waited for her drink to finally arrive.

The third was the largest in the group. The blue brute Bridgette, sat in the center of the table, her arms like tree trunks even as they lay across her chest. She was an intimidating presence, her face resting in an intimidating glare. She hadn’t ordered anything, making her presence all the more felt as she didn’t seem to relax for even a second.

“Well? Hurry up and call her. You know you gotta~”

“Screw that! I’m not talking to that psycho bitch! She killed like…five guys in front of me, and no one found the two girls since she took them.”

“Pfft, like you would even know if they were found. Did you even know their names? Any of them?”

“That’s…well…no, but-“

“Then what are you bitching about?”

“That psycho could have taken me too! She gutted a bunch of my guys then tried to kidnap me too! She stalked me, like some sort of animal!”

“Heh, sounds like my kinda friend~”

“Kassidy…just shut up.”

“What?! Miranda specifically said Kristy needed to call her. Not my fault that Yumi-girl took in interest in her.”

“Ugh…why did she give me that job. I friggen hate that girl. I don’t wanna talk to her.”

“It’s better just to get it over with, Kristy. It is only a phone call. One that needn’t be long.”

Kristy looked at her big buddy. Bridgette was usually the more reasonable of the pair, the one who would step in if things got too hairy or if it was getting out of hand. She was actually a pretty reasonable woman, and she always did right by Kristy. If she told her to do it…well, there was nothing else stopping her.

“Alright, Alright! I’ll call the psycho…I wish Miranda didn’t put her in my contact list…stupid crazy weirdo…”

Both Kassidy and Bridgette sat quietly as Kristy dialed the phone number into her cell and placed the call to her ear. They were anxious to see how this might turn out. Would their curiosity be piqued? Or will it kill more then the cat this time around?

The night was very nice, quite calm and serene. One that didn't expect a lot of people on the streets but still quite lively, like it was perfect for plans, getting out with friends, rocking as night is young, live life while it lasts... But it was also not bad to stay in and appreacite the things that you have at home, relax, sleep, appriacte life for it's moments.

Everyone needs a break after all. And so there was the blonde maniac, Yumi relaxing... in her own way. She sometimes her idea of relaxation is tie herself up on her bed and dream away, as she felt secure and comfortable, it was the only embrace she experience through out her life and it was the best for her. She liked the complecated poses and painful looking ones, after all pain was like a threat to her and this is what she enjoys the most.

Maybe "relaxing" would be a mistake, but everyone has different ways to do things...

She was drifting away in her imagination and taking a break in the best way she knew, but that wouldn't last long. Like destiny trying to destroy her fun, her phone started to ring while she was enjoying herself. Her phone was a bit far away in her desk which was beside her bed and fortunately she was in a postion she could still hop to it. The phone ringing a good time, but still managing to make it before it ended. She'd answer it and keep her head close to the phone, while working on undoing the bindings.

"Hello?? Who is talking?!" She had a energetic expression as she breathed deeply of tiredness due to all that work, but also of excitement because she was still enjoying her situation. The masochist couldn't figure out who it was at first, but then thinking about it there couldn't be really anyone else knowing anyone else would be calling her. "Oh, wait... Is that you Red Head?! How have you been?? Looking for some fun...?"

Yumi was excited now. She hadn't that much fun before, remembering the midget's scared expression brought joy to her and was looking forward to see her again. Their meeting ending the way it did, which was kind of dissapointing but she was still looking forward to it. Messing with the little brought her a good amount of joy and now that time had come again. She'd patiantly wait for the response as she kept her weird deep breaths which were audiable through the phone.

The moment Yumi started to speak, a shiver ran down the red heads spine. Last time she heard this voice, she was hiding in a locker while this woman prowled the room, looking for her with nothing but ill intent in her heart. She had suddenly showed up out of nowhere and just as quickly murdered all of the goons she was trusted with. Why Miranda had ever thought teaming up with this psycho was a good idea was beyond Kristy, and she despised every second of it. Even now, Yumi was breathing heavily over the phone like a famous horror movie villain, and eerily guessed Kristy as the caller, making the small woman pulse quicken and her palm sweaty.

“Fuck…H-he*cough* Hey Yumi. It’s Kristy…you might remember me from…Y’know. Uh, you remember how Miranda sort of…gave you that ultimatum? She’s calling it in. C-can you….ugh…meet us…down by the Kremzeek Diner? The one across the street from the shopping district? We can…talk more there OKAYBYE!”

Kristy slammed the phone on the table, quickly ending the call before pushing the device away like it were a bug, which was a bit strange for the electronic user of the group.

“See? That wasn’t so bad, was it?”

“When she gets here, she’s sitting next to you I swear to god…”

All that was very exciting, meeting with the midget meant a mission, an order from the big boss, Miranda, which didn't that good impression on Yumi but her offer was quite beneficial... Promosing. She heard Kristy talking, however didn't catch much, she was only looking for where she needed to be and when, meanwhile she sorta danced around finishing to undo the knots. By the end of the call, she was already free.

Yumi quickly started to get changed from her pyjamas into normal clothes. It seemed that her night plans were ruined, however not for the worst as she knew she could get something good out of this, also messing with small one again could be fun and she got the opportunity to meet her friends. This idea sparked a smile on her face, as she was ready to got out to meet the group. Quickly jumping into the street, she'd skip down the sreet towards her destination.

Yumi Kuruoshī:

Upon reaching the so called "Kremzeek Diner". She'd slowly open the door, looking around the place, analyzing, before starting to look for the group. After eyeing them, an evil grin appeared on the psycothic's face. Yumi walked towards them and upon reaching the table, she stood over it. The blondie couldn't hide her excitment, having a wide smile on her face while looking at all of them. She'd looked to each one indivindually, inspecting them better while creating pictures of them in her lustful desires, something that she couldn't control to think about but it was something she couldn't do unfortunatelly.."So, is this the group? This is so exciting!"

The happy jingle of the door opening for another late-night customer caused the cashier to give the newcomer a warm greeting. The petite girl, dressed snugly in her jacket and with her hair up in cute buns didn’t make anyone think twice about her, other than how cute she looked. Her wild eyes scanned the room, her gaze analyzing every person’s face until she found that table she was looking for. Before anyone could even come up to serve her, she merrily skipped up towards the table with a smile so wide, it looked like a snake.

She eyed each one of them. Kassidy sat there, eyeing Yumi right back, her own smile one more out of condescension then joy. Bridgette stared at her with little more than an apathetic gaze, her powerful arms crossed as she peered at Yumi with only a small bit of curiosity lingering in her eyes. Kristy…

Well, Kristy was trying to hide her face and keep from looking at the smile that was present for the end of those five men’s lives. A cold chill was running up and down Kristy’s spine, and it took her three minutes before she could even face Yumi with a terribly forced smile.

Bridgette, Kristy, and Kassidy.:

“H...He-he….H-hey…” She sputtered, waving both her hands, already about to submit and beg for Yumi to leave. “J-j-j-job….fer….y-you…”

Kassidy snickered before scooching over to make some room for the newcomer.

“We are just tag alongs for this little party you two got going. Name’s Kassidy, over there is Bridgette. We want to make sure you do your job right. After what we heard from Kristy, it sounds like a girl like you can be a handful!”

Kristy, unable to speak, simply slid a picture of a green haired girl across the table. The girl was the picture of innocence, her eyes wide and almost nervous looking. She looked like the type of person that couldn’t even hurt a fly. The type that would help an old lady across the street, or nurse a sick bird back to health. A large red circle had been drawn around her face...a sign that she had been marked.

“T-t-t-t-t-t-Target! Yours! you…”

At first, she was curious for amount of people, maybe all of them were gonna be needed or was just for pure coincidence or even maybe that was just a meeting to discuss something. Looking over Kassidy as she introduced herself with her devil-ish smile, as her mind took the image of everyone in front of her into one of her twisted fantasies, making her face twist to an even more twisted expression as she didn't hear completely the first part of the introducion.

However it was rather quick to find out what was happening, or rather tell Yumi what was gonna happen as she snapped out of her day-dreaming to hear the last part. They were just there to make sure she didn't mess up. Yumi felt a bit split, being angry for her showing her expretise on her task and almost succeeding if wasn't for Miranda saving Kristy and that wasn't enough for them have faith in her abilities, as well being happy as she was being presented a challenge by such a unique cast of characters and her machine like boss.

Noticing the picture on the table, her hand quickly moved, across the table and almost like a flash grabbing the photo to bring closer to her face for a closer inspection. Her mood going back to normal seeing her rather cute target. However that wasn't quite enough information for this and she wanted to have fun with this new characters before having to go on a hunt. She would sit down next to Kassidy in case this was possible.

"Very Well... But I hope you know this isn't enough for me. You can't simply give me a picture with a cute face and expect me to find her like that. Also in what condition are you expecting? Want in a small package with a ribbon? Or are we talking about stuffed in tupperware?" Yumi looking across everyone's face, before turning towards the counter and from the table screaming "BRING SOME FUCKING FRIES HERE!" While waiting, she looked back at them with her usual. "I would like to know you a bit better and have a bit of fun... So this might take a while!"

This Yumi character was a strange one...her mood swings were enough to give anyone nearby whiplash, going from somewhat normal to a psychotic freak in the blink of an eye. Kassidy had been the strange one in the group beforehand, but now that Yumi was being introduced, she was quickly giving the crazed collector a run for her money.

The blonde woman barked out to the waiting staff to bring some fries, apparently thinking that this was going to be awhile as she got to know her fellow gang members. Unfortunately, none of them seemed ready or willing to trust the newcomer, and as Yumi began to slide into the booth next to Kassidy, the crooked collector swiftly stabbed the cushion with her fork. Her razor sharp eyes dared Yumi, silently warning her what would happen should she choose to step any closer to her, and the razor toothed smile promised that she would enjoy every minute of it.

“Sorry, Newbie but this ain’t gonna take long.”

“We aren’t here to be your friend. Just to make sure you can pull off what Miranda expects of you.”

The only one of the trio that didn’t speak was Kristy, who kept her eyes on the table as though hoping her two companions would deal with the walking nightmare in front of her. Bridgette was strong, and she knew how to fight. If there was anyone Kristy wanted by her side in this situation, it was her best friend. And while normally Kassidy gave her the creeps and was probably just as bad as Yumi, at the very least she was on Miranda’s payroll, which sort of made them allies. If anyone could beat a lunatic like Yumi, Kassidy might just be crazy enough to do it.

“And what Miranda expects is for you to earn your keep. She wants the girl alive, and in one piece! Something about wanting to do an experiment...I’d say you need to really knock it out of the park, since her fucking address is on the back of the picture…”

A smug grin crawled across Kassidy’s face as she used the tip of her fork to gesture towards the back of the photo. Small text was written neatly across the back of the photo, listing a name, address, and even who she was living with at the moment. Along with the information was another intriguing entry…

It was a due date.

“Miranda wants you to have this done by the end of the week...to ensure your tracking talents, as well as measure your abilities to secure a specific target.”

The group clearly didn’t trust Yumi, and it seemed they were not convinced of her abilities. Only Kristy had seen the woman work, and since she was being rather tight lipped at the moment she didn’t get a chance to explain the horrors she had seen Yumi commit.

The longer the insane woman stayed there, the worse it would seem to get. The moment she got there, all seemed alright but wasn't much until feeling like she getting small jabs from the brick wall and the other crazy woman, all the while the small one seemed to mind her own business. Yumi started to get upset about how they seem to treating her.

Kassidy not only had stabbed the place where she was gonna sit, denying it but also mocked her for not knowing about the information in the back of the picture, all the while feeling judged by the muscular one at the other side of the table. In almost pure instant, Yumi stepped on the cushion that Kassidy had stabbed getting closer to her with the idea to comfront her right there, while grabbing a knife or a fork from the table to threaten her.

"You invite me here for your little reunion, start judging and then deny me of my diner?! What the Fuck?!" She started to lower her tone, calming herself down a bit. "You must think you're better above me because you work directly under that fucking Miranda or whatever... But I'm only doing this for what I was promised! So don't think you're a big shot or something, besides at the very least I only follow the order by that woman!"

She started to backaway for her seat annoyed, before noticing further Kristy's and the other's reaction. "I hope this isn't because of what I did to her. Well, if wasn't for that we wouldn't be in this situation anyway..."

She'd eventually turn the picture around and finally see the information written in it, wondering where was this located and who was the other person living with the so called target.

Things were quickly getting heated in the restaurant! The friction between Yumi and the Wrongs seemed to grow with every word exchanged, and the danger that came with such a thing was becoming more and more obvious. Kassidy had sent a not-so-subtle warning to Yumi. The fork could have easily sank into the girl's leg, but instead it punctured the cushion that she tried to sit in. Rather than heed the warning, Yumi would retaliate in her own way. The knife on the tabe was quick to disappear in her hand, the blond woman suddenly face to face with Kassidy. If Kassidy’s eyes were as hard and sharp as the blade’s she collected, then Yumi’s was the fire that could melt and shape any weapon of her desire.

The cold feeling of steel was pressed up against the crooked woman’s neck. A stare down going on between the two sadists made even worse by Kassidy’s quick actions. Yumi may not have noticed when she first made her move, but she would likely notice the uncomfortable points of Kassidy’s serrated blade pressed against her jugular. Both of them looked ready for a fight, with Yumi’s heated whispers being audible only to the women in the booth.

“Got a problem working for Miranda? Then call me the complaint department bitch.”

The serrated blade pressed deeper into Yumi’s neck, Kassidy’s smile somehow just as pointed as the blade she held. Before the two of them could go any further, Bridgette would bring her hand down on the table, smacking it with a loud THUMP!

“Kassidy, stop provoking things. Sooner we get things settled, the sooner we can leave.”

Kassidy wasn't budging. Not until Yumi finally retreated away from the booth a few feet. Once Miranda’s pet project had the photo in hand, the hunter leaned back and slipped the blade back into its hidden holster under her shirt.

Kristy was about as helpful as ever. Scooching over towards Bridgette, the small redhead looked as though she was trying to get as far away from Yumi as she could, but to her credit, she finally began to speak again...though, her eyes continued to avoid Yumi unless absolutely necessary.

“Miranda...she wants that Amber girl...She has a live-in roommate, who's something of a, eh...fighter. She might be trouble, but s-sources says she isn’t a high-roller. Erm...it's probably better if you wait until she's alone, but Miranda doesn’t want…what you did before to happen.”

Neither Bridgette nor Kassidy had any idea what that meant. Bridgette placed a hand on Kristy’s shoulder, while Kassidy only rolled her eyes.

“Anyways, you got the target, address, and timetable. You want fries? Get fries. Unless there's something else, I’d say we are done here…”

This was being a waste of a night. The people that work for her employers were quite a weird bunch and that even considering the manic herself, but they also a crazy one of their own and instead of a weird friendship, it ended on a hot end rivalry, or rather just hate from possibly just one side. Yumi tried to intimidate Kassidy, almost shoving a knife in her throat, but that only made it worse by her showing her own knife that she had hidden like blonde psycho, she rather used one given to them by the dinner than her own, hiding a possible advantage for her.

While that she also learn why Bridgette was there. Her strenght seemed monstrous and maybe the reason she is there was to control things if they got out of hand. The loud smack on the table allowed her to restart it all, Yumi changed her expression from a frustated one to simply a serious one, calming herself down to make sure she woudn't just blow up right there.

She decided to ignore Kassidy's comment, before turning to Kristy. "Yeah, I get it. I kill a few guys and that happens... Get that tiny shit in on piece and avoid the other one. When I'm finished I will call to your number again, unless you want something else."

Yumi started to walk towards the door, but couldn't simply leave that very last comment go unescaped. turning her head to make sure they knew she was addressing them. Kassidy was messing with her and she knew it, but she had to make sure it that the other manic wouldn't know that it was working. "You can keep them. But now that you mentioned, I would like to know about my payment for this service. But we can discuss that when I report back."

With this last sentence, Yumi continued her route towards the door and exit the building. Once out, the masquerade was over, unleashing her anger once again into the world, becoming visible through her walk, starting to kick trash or pebbles left on the sidewalk as she returned back home, muttering to herself. "Damm them... I will do this quickly and take my share!"
