Reva would watch as each of the other competitors threw in their part, she wasn't exactly the best at talking and as Sandy talked she considered giving the sassy giant a retort in the form of a quick punch to the face. The Bombshell would resist that urge though, it was her first paper view and while she didn't hold it in too high regards she still didn't want to let one of her first high profile matches devolve into chaos, not yet at least.

Suddenly Reva would feel the need to finally say something though, as Sandy tried to rile up the blonde and get him to accept her challenge. The Bombshell wasn't exactly sure if Charlie could handle himself or not, it wasn't that she doubted him but rather that she just knew nothing about the man other than what she had learned in her brief shared interview with him. After the slightest bit of consideration Reva would decide to throw her own name in to start the match, it was obvious that Sandy was trying to rile one of her partners up and it was probably a bad idea to let her cloud his mind before going one on one against him at the start of the match, plus the Bombshell admittedly wanted a little bit of payback for all her trash talking and for launching a mic at her.

Just as the Bombshell was about to speak her purple haired partner would step up instead, she couldn't help but grin as she heard him deal out some of the classic and simple tough talk that she loved. Truthfully the redhead would likely have said the exact same message albeit likely with less smoothness and to a lesser effect, James' comment was enough to even convince Reva to agree with his statement, it would likely be a bad idea to fight with her own partner over who started anyway.

" Alright purple, you can go first, but you better leave at least one asshole for me to pick apart later" Reva would say, tapping her partner's shoulder before then glaring over at Sandy, clearly trying to lock eyes with her fellow giantess.

Once a moment had passed the Bombshell would quickly glance over at Sandy's partners before then walking towards her corner before then pulling herself through the middle ropes and standing on the apron, getting ready to watch the action and somewhat leaning over the top rope.

SD III: Adam Lynch, Babba Coldway & Sandy White Vs. Gnarly Charlie, James Wright & Reva Devonport - Page 2 Empty Re: SD III: Adam Lynch, Babba Coldway & Sandy White Vs. Gnarly Charlie, James Wright & Reva Devonport

It appeared that Sandy's provocations earned her a quick response from her foes. James seemed to be the first to step up from his team. Though it seemed that Reva had felt a way about that. The glare she cut at Sandy was evidence enough of that. Still, Sandy kept her priorities aligned. The Bombshell was certainly someone to be put in her place, but for now, she'd have to deal with Wright. The man thumped his chest after asserting that she and her team "didn't want any of this". This was met with an immediate scoff from Miss White. She had heard that line before. The man had made the same claim during the interview. It sounded like an empty threat to her then and it did now. But perhaps now that he was in a position where he could actually attempt to do things to back it up, the man would show what substance he had to go with his words.

And sure enough, the aerial ace would do exactly that. Sandy was beginning to form a reply. She opened her mouth to speak, but she was quickly interrupted by a James that was now within attacking range. Her facial expression changed to one of surprise. Almost as quickly as the bell had rung, James had traversed a good portion of the ring and took the initiative to attack! He leaped upwards and hit Sandy with a Missile Dropkick mere seconds into the match!

The force of the Dropkick causes the Towering woman to stagger back a couple of steps. She took a knee to avoid going down. The entire time, she kept her forearms up. A well trained eye would have noticed that at the very last moment, she had pulled up her arms to block. Despite that, the momentum and speed James had built up was considerable enough to force her back. Sandy would place a hand on her knee before pushing herself up to a standing position, and the audience would yell remarks of approval for James and his opening move.

"Oh, what a surprise...someone on that team actually has balls. Guess that means you guys have no hope after I put you down huh?" She'd say to her foe as she rose in, in response to his first move. Sandy would then raise her arms and take her fighting stance. She aimed to grappled with her smaller foe and face off against him in an area she was confident in, grappling and power. She's approach James and if he didn't shy from her advance, she'd lock up with him before immediately attempting to reach for the back of his neck and grab hold of it before throwing him towards her team's corner with great force!

James hit something. He could not quite tell what it was due to the angle and the fact that his adrenaline was rushing, but he was grateful to the wrestling gods above that he did not totally whiff on his first move during a PPV. The aerial ace splashed down to the mat and was up and running within the next second. This woman was massive, and strong, and James was going to do his best to wear her down. The woman said something, but he did not hear it, nor would he have thought anything of it if he had.

No, James was moving. His opponent was moving too, much to his dismay. The missile drop kick had connected, but it did not floor this woman. No, she was far too capable for that. Instead, she had her arms up and at the ready, waiting for him to come to her. It occurred to him for a hot second that he was running into a trap, but that thought dispelled itself when she got him in a lock up.

And that was a place that he desperately did not want to be. He only accepted these as a last resort, but it looked like he would not have to be there long. The woman immediately threw him towards the other side's corner, which was an even worse place for him to be. While James often toed the line of good and bad, all of these dudes seemed pretty rough. He spun and skidded to a halt a scant few feet from the corner, but managed to slow himself in time before the situation truly got dire.

Once more, the purple-haired wonder raced forward, legs pumping like a racehorse's. He leaped into the air once more, and sent a superman punch at his opponent's chest. That ought to have gotten him so momentum, or so the thought process went...

SD III: Adam Lynch, Babba Coldway & Sandy White Vs. Gnarly Charlie, James Wright & Reva Devonport - Page 2 Empty Re: SD III: Adam Lynch, Babba Coldway & Sandy White Vs. Gnarly Charlie, James Wright & Reva Devonport

James was certainly more capable than Sandy had given him credit for. Truth be told, of everyone on their team the purple haired man was the member of their team that she knew the least about. He wasn't as talkative as the other members of his team. And his demeanor didn't really give much indication as to what his preferred in-ring style was. he certainly wasn't overly energetic like your typical high flier. These thoughts occurred to Sandy as she sought to lock up with him.

The audience might have been pumped over the fact that he connected with an early Missile Dropkick, but as soon she put hands on Wright, she smiled with malice as her intentions of throwing him to the wolves were about to be made abundantly clear. The towering woman was able to showcase her strength as se grunted and put a good effort into sending James in the direction of her corner. Sandy expected her team mates to try and capitalize. James hadn't been driven the turnbuckle, but with him so close, she assumed they'd at least reach out and try to grab him or something.

"Tch-" She said in frustration as James came to a stop. White realized that a guy with James' speed wouldn't stay in one place very long. Unless she did something to take him down, there'd be no chance of isolating him from his team. Maybe it'd work out better if she let him tag to someone else. Reva was talking some smack earlier and right now, Sandy was really into the idea of putting her in her place.

But perhaps she wouldn't have to. As James kicked off the ground, The Giantess attempted to seize the opportunity to counter. To her, it didn't look like he was going for another Dropkick. Sandy reacted to her male foe's advance by quickly raising her leg. She aimed to shoot down the Aerial Ace with a Big Boot kick! If her bare foot connected with James and took him down, the crowd would react to the impact with dismay! The blue clad wrestler would bend down and reach for the man's wrist before attempting to drag him towards her corner while attempting a James impression in a loud, mocking tone: "Ya'll don't want any of this!!!" She'd be ready to tag out to whoever wanted a crack at him.

James soared through the air. His long purple hair flowed behind him elegantly, and he had the punch cocked back and ready to go when disaster struck. A massive boot came flying into his chest and stopped him dead in his tracks. He immediately winced in pain, for all the good that did him, and slid down to the floor. The blow hit him square in the chest, and part of him believed that he would never breathe again, let alone win the match.

He rolled over while he was on the floor, eyes closed and literally gasping for breath. A few loud coughs escaped his mouth, and he was doing absolutely everything she could just to recover from the awesome power of the kick. Dimly, he became aware that his opponent was taunting him, the same way he had taunted all of them. Whatever goes around comes around, he supposed, as much as it hurt.

He put his hand out to try and pull himself up, but was pulled suddenly, much to his dismay. Any upwards momentum that he may have had was taken from him in an instant, and the aerial ace was dragged closer to the far corner. That was not at all good news for him, and James did his best to scramble up as quickly as she could.

The pain in his chest was just so much though...

Sandy was successful in countering the high flier and stopping him in his tracks, at least for now. A kick in the chest ought to leave anyone winded, let alone an opponent smaller than herself, Sandy thought. She quickly seized the purple haired man's arm, and callously dragged him to her corner whilst overtly mocking him. The audience seemed let down by this turn of events. Despite the juxtaposition between the careers of himself and his sis, James had his fans. And many these people wanted to see him fly. Sandy denying them of that would be the first of many acts tonight that reminded people of the exact kind of person she was when it came to being in an AFW ring.

Sandy look back and cut a sinister smile to James' team before turning to her own and stating: "I've been at this a while. You two already knew what I was capable of. Now she me why you deserve to share this corner with me."" She said this whilst extending her hand with her palm facing upwards. Sandy's attitude implied that she didn't care which of them bothered tagging in, be it Adam or Babba. She just wanted to see what she was working with as fair as her team mates and their talents went. They were tagging tonight but the truth was that Sandy hadn't known them very well at all, and if it became apparent that she would have to carry this team, she'd be vocal about it.

Adam was glad to see that Sandy could handle herself in the ring, and that she was doing was just what he had expected from her, which was trashing the competition. But he was even more happy to see that she was dragging James over for a tag out, and the terror was more than ready to relieve his teammate. “Well since you haven’t disappointed, I’d be happy to take him off your hands for a while.” Adam would say with a rather twisted smile on his face. Then after slapping her palm, the red head would go through the ropes and into the ring ready to execute his own violent brand of fun on James’s body.

“You know, I really thought you’d be more difficult than this…I mean just a little...” Adam would taunt before he tried stomping on the center of the violet flyer’s chest before hopefully grinding his boot on it as well. The red head had been eager to join in for a bit now, so now that James was in his grasp he wasn’t letting go anytime soon. So after waiting and watching, it was finally time for the terror to give his opponent hell from here on out.

James was never the one with the most fortitude in his family. Everyone could take a beating, and had taken more than their fair share from each other. But still, he had the constitution of a professional wrestler, and he was starting to pull himself up and back into this fight. He heard the slap of a tag, and knew that only bad things were coming, and just when he put his hands on the mat to pull himself up he figured out exactly what those bad things were.

A boot came into his chest. Whoever was attacking him was not making it easy, as they chose to grind down a little bit once they had secured the hold. James thought that was terribly poor sportsmanship, but there was little retribution to be had at the moment. The aerial ace grunted, and then grabbed at the boot that was haranguing him. He looked up through squinted eyes to see that it was Adam who owned the boot. The aerial ace then twisted his foot, hoping to spin his opponent off of him.

After tagging out to the self-proclaimed Terror, Sandy nonchalantly release her grip from her foe's hand and drop James' arm to the mat before bending to duck under the ropes and swap places with Adam in her team's corner. She scoffed at her team mate's response. Haven't disappointed!? Of course she hadn't. But those thoughts and reactions were best saved for a later time.

"Look, just be sure you don't disappoint. I'd hate to have to carry this team." She said whilst resting an elbow on the top rope and smiling smugly with the satisfaction of having kicked Wright in the chest. White got her team off to a good start. It was time for her to see what how or if her team mates could capitalize. And from the looks of it, Adam was off to a good start by grinding his boot into a floored James. Everyone continued to look on expectantly at the ring and the action happening within in. Would James find a way to turn things around? Or would Adam prove to be every bit as dominant as his cocky attitude implied?

Adam was pretty cocky at the moment, and with his boot grinding down on Jame's chest, he figured he had little to worry about. So turning his attention back to Sandy for the moment, the red head would say, "Yeah yeah don't worry...I've got this-woah!?". While in the middle of talking, James had taken his chance to catch Adam off guard by twisting around his boot that was currently on the aerials ace's chest.

Shortly after, the terror would fail to keep his footing and began stumbling away. The crowd would cheer and laugh a bit as Adam nearly fell on his ass. The only thing saving him being the ropes that he caught himself on.

"GRRR...you stupid prick!" he would shout as he began to pull himself back up to his feet. James better have a good plan in mind, because as soon as Adam was up, he was going right after to violet flyer! And not only was he pissed, but he was embarrassed...something that the terror would be correcting soon enough.
