Poll regarding Kayfabe rules of hentai in non-hentai matches.

Sat Oct 17, 2020 9:03 pm by Old_Man_Tai

So, one of the various different things we are looking to bring to the board soon, is an official list of "In-World Rules", to help with world building and such and just make clear what the in-story rules of the Friction and Tension leagues are.

One thing I've noticed that people seem to handle differently, is the idea of using hentai, as in fucking, groping, stimulation, anything actually involving touching privates and beyond just flirting/kissing/rubbing in non-hentai matches. Some seem to …

Looking for a match.

Thu Oct 08, 2020 10:11 pm by Old_Man_Tai

Simply put, looking to get Silver Ace two or three short, quick matches to set up her story for her Avalanche match.

Also if somebody knows how to use photoshop, have a favor to ask.

Contact me on Discord or PM if you are interested.

Would be willing to offer proper matches with other characters in trade if that's acceptable.

Post by Liesmith on Wed Aug 15, 2018 9:35 pm

Name: Isabel ‘Isa’ Armstrong
AKA: N/A
Sex: Female
Age: 19
Eyes: Green
Hair: Black
Height: 5’8”
Weight: 155 lbs
Nationality:  UK (Irish-Romani)
Alignment: Tweener
Entrance music: ‘I Burn Remix’ by Jeff WIlliams

Wrestling Information

Strategy: Isa’s preference is to keep things simple. Use her endurance and flexibility to her advantage to wear her opponents out, get them on the mat and then work them over with submissions and pin attempts until either they tap, nap or she gets the three count. A nice girl outside the ring, Isa gets a kick out of twisting and squeezing her opponents once she’s between the ropes (particularly boys).
Style: Pro-Wrestling mixed with BJJ
Type: Submission Grappler

Preferred Attacks: Submissions (particularly stretches and scissors), pins, basic strikes and slams, counters.
Preferred Matches: Standard, Submissions-only, No DQ, Iron-Woman

Physical Stats:

Endurance: ★★★★☆ – Isa’s pain tolerance is above average and her stamina is excellent.
Strength: ★★★☆☆ – Her upper body isn’t weak but her legs are made for crushing opponents.
Speed: ★★★☆☆ – Isa isn’t traditionally speedy, nor is she particularly slow.
Defense: ★★★☆☆ – Good submission defence (particularly against stretches), average against strikes.
Technique: ★★★☆☆ – Solid but not exceptional, with Isa often relying on instinct to fill the gaps.

Technical Stats:

Strikes: ★★☆☆☆ – Isa is perfectly capable of throwing a punch or a kick but is never going to hang with a true striker.
Submissions: ★★★★☆ – Her preferred method of beating an opponent is twisting them into knots and squeezing them out.
Powerhouse: ★★☆☆☆ – Though not a true powerhouse, Isa’s height and weight means she can get away with these against a smaller opponent but she doesn’t really favour power moves.
Aerial: ★★★☆☆ – Coming from a pole-dancing and gymnastic background, she isn’t a true high-flyer but can still pull out some nasty moves if given the chance.
Counters: ★★★★☆ – Aside from submissions, this is Isa’s best skill.

Favoured moves:
- Bodyscissors, sometimes with chokehold or smother (either with her breasts or her lips)
- Any form of headscissors (her favourite is the reverse)
- Grapevines
- Armbars
- Kneebars
- Chokes
- Schoolgirl Pin

Finishing moves:
- Celtic Knot: Securing her opponent in a Reverse Figure-Four Headscissors, Isa rolls over until she’s on top and grabs her opponent’s legs - effectively putting them in a Jack-Knife Matchbook Pin while maintaining her headscissors as well. It also means her full weight is on her opponent’s neck, further increasing the pressure there.
- Inverted Celtic Knot: After grounding her opponent, Isa applies a reverse figure-four headscissors before grabbing her opponent’s feet and pulling them towards her until she can tuck them under her arms. The result is somewhat similar to combining the reverse figure-four with a Boston Crab.
- Gae Bolg: Named after the feared spear of Irish myth, this hold is Isa’s most dangerous finisher. Lying behind her opponent at a ninety-degree angle, Isa locks one of their legs between her thighs before grabbing the other at the knee with her arms. Then she goes to forcibly stretch her opponent’s legs apart while squeezing one thigh with her own.

Physical Appearance:
Isa is a statuesque, athletic woman of Irish-Romani descent with curvy well-muscled legs and an hourglass figure honed by years of dancing. Her high cheekbones and haughty features belie her outgoing personality, though her expression is most often a flirty grin, and she wears her curly mane of black hair long and loose even in a fight. With her dancer’s background, it should be no surprise that Isa has a lithe, pantherish grace when she moves.

Personality:
Isa Armstrong is a sassy young woman who likes to have fun and is fun to be around. She is flirty and playful, sharp-tongued and passionate, adventurous and outgoing in equal measure with a distinct sense of humour – a combination that has left more than one person wrapped around her little finger in short order. And if her sense of humour can be a little on the snarky, sharp and sometimes mean side, well, it’s chiefly aimed at people who thoroughly deserve it.

… Well, often heavy on the snark. Isa is also rather prone to mid-fight banter, usually in a good-natured fashion at her opponent’s expense – she particularly likes an opponent who will respond in kind. Of course, if she dislikes her opponent, it tends to be rather less good-natured.

It’s also something Isa is more than happy to own; Isa likes to call a spade a spade, sometimes perhaps a touch more sarcastically than is strictly necessary. Strong-willed, Isa is a young woman who likes to match to the beat of her own drum rather than get too wound up in trying to be what someone else wants. That said, she is very loyal to her friends and she also has a strong sense of what she considers right and wrong. Nor has Isa ever been very good at biting her tongue when she sees something she considers wrong.

She’s also found lately that she’s a bit of an adrenaline junkie. Since starting wrestling, Isa has learned that she thoroughly enjoys the rush of a match and the thrill of conquering an opponent. It’s a combination that has left her rather on the competitive side, with a tendency towards being a less than gracious loser. Still, she fights with a smirk on her lips and a song in her heart – she loves a good fight and loves a good win even more than that.

Past/History:
It’s probably a bit ironic that, while she’s the one with a wrestler for a father, Isa was the one who isn’t really into wrestling. That would be her best friend.

Well, until recently at least. Things have changed a bit of late.

Much like her best friend, Bela, Isa’s family wasn’t native to Belfast, where she was born and raised. Her father was born in then-Communist Romania before making his way west when the Iron Curtain fell. He’d made his living as a wrestler as he went, earning the name of ‘the Bear’ for his bearhug finishing move, before eventually he settled on the Irish circuit (as much as any wrestler could settle). Her mother, born in London although her family too were foreign to the UK, was a nurse he’d met after what could have been a career ending injury. She’d helped him through a bout of depression and they’d fallen in love, before eventually marrying a couple of years later. A daughter followed in the natural way and the early years of Isa’s childhood were pretty normal, unremarkable even, aside from her father’s travelling.

When she was sixteen, that ended. Her dad’s career had run its course - his in-ring career at least - and he retired to Belfast to open a wrestling school of his own. While Isa wasn’t particularly interested in wrestling herself at this stage, she spent more time at the school, using the mats for her dance practice so she could be close to her dad. It was also where she met her best friend.

Bela Carrow attended the same school as Isa though the two didn’t really run in the same circles. She’d signed up for junior wrestling classes, having been a fan since she could remember, and soon she and Isa were becoming fast friends. Bela had a habit of trying to get Isa into wrestling and Isa found herself being dragged into more sparring sessions than she expected, but she maintained that – no – she wasn’t interested in wrestling.

She was going to be a dancer. Specifically a competitive pole dancer, which led to some interesting conversations with her parents (to say the least).

What tipped her over the edge into participating herself was, as one might say, a series of unfortunate events.

It was the summer holidays. Bela had been training for long enough that she’d managed to persuade Isa’s dad to let her stage a little mixed-gender tournament with some of the other kids.

An eight-person tournament, to be specific, and there were six of their friends happy to participate. A seventh had said they’d be willing but had to bow out last minute. So Bela was clearly wracking her brains for a solution.

At which point in came Isa for her regular dance practice. Naturally, Bela asked – almost begged – her best friend to make up the numbers. Ok, Isa wasn’t a wrestler but it wasn’t like the rest of the teenagers involved were that good.

It was mostly just for fun. What was the harm?

Still, under normal circumstances, Isa would have smiled, bowed out as gracefully as she could and left them to find someone else.

That day however… Well, she’d not been having a good day at all.

Her boyfriend had dumped her for another dancer (specifically a bleach-blonde all-American transfer student… who was also both a dancer and one of Isa’s friends). Thanks to that, her dance practice had gone about as wrong as it could possibly go bar an injury. And, to top matters off, she’d got caught in the rain while walking to her dad’s school.

Let’s just say Isa had been having one of those days. So she said “Sure, I’m in” before she really thought about it.

And promptly regretted it but she was too proud to take it back.

Luck of the draw saw Isa matched up against one of the boys involved. He was cautious to start with but soon started to show off a bit when he realised he had more training than her. The dancer was able to use her flexibility and endurance to slip his crude submission attempts but wasn’t able to take the offensive herself – it was only a matter of time before he scored a matchbook pin with a little friendly trash-talking to boot.

Then the boy started to groan. Isa had instinctively crossed her ankles, squeezing her legs around his ribs. After a moment, she managed to roll him off, lock the bodyscissors down properly and then he tapped quickly. Really quickly - it turned out that pole-dancing and dancing plus a naturally strong lower body had given Isa dangerous scissors. Very dangerous scissors.

It was the first time Isa had wrestled a boy or really taken the lead and it shocked her almost as much as the watching audience that she’d been both good at it and had enjoyed it. The second match of the tournament for her was against another boy and it had a similar ending, this time when Isa caught him in a reverse headscissors that got her a tap even faster than the bodyscissors.
Maybe there was something to this wrestling lark after all…

That took her to the final, where she lost to Bela - her best friend wasn’t going to underestimate her, she’d seen what Isa’s limited moveset included and had an idea how to deal with it. But that was fine. In the wake of the tournament, it was surprisingly easy to convince Isa that maybe, just maybe, she ought to be trying this wrestling thing properly. The next day, she approached her dad about it. From there, she started taking regular lessons in both wrestling and then BJJ, which led on to wrestling school proper.

And that led her to the AFW…

Wrestling Attire:
As in the pictures, a black leotard with a golden Celtic knot design around the neckline. Isa also wears fingerless MMA style gloves and foot supports, though hers reach to the thigh and share the gold Celtic knot design.

Fun Facts:
- Isa is a trained pole dancer, which is where she gets her leg strength, flexibility and endurance.
- She likes showing off her curvy thighs and glutes - she put a lot of time and hard work into building them after all, and wears a lot of exercise gear when the situation allows.
- Her favourite scissorhold is her reverse headscissors, which she can make non-wrestlers tap or go out in seconds.
- Isa hates doing nothing. She gets bored and restless easily, both with specific situations and life in general.
