The wrestling prince knew that he would be able to bear the pain or if not bear it completely, he could at least recover from it. What he could not bear, most likely, would would be the humiliation of losing to Valley twice especially after what he said about her joining Tension.

Taking Valley out here, would in his mind mean that she would think twice before joining Tension but right now, the Slamazon was doing pretty well in proving him wrong. Daisuke managed to break the count at eight, getting back up on his feet and vaulting over the barricade back to the ringside arena.

He would ignore his opponent, who was chugging a chilled bottle of water and taking some time to rest. Daisuke, on the other hand was afforded no such luxury as he moved towards the ring apron. Valley would decide to take it up a notch and strike when the iron is hot. Folding the chair she was sitting on, the Slamazon would approach the prince with the chair in hand.

Once close enough, the former Friction star would swing that chair and smack it right into Daisuke's spine just as he was about to get back inside the ring. *THAWK*

"AHHHHHHHHHHHH VALLEY" he screamed her name in pain, dropping back outside as he dropped down on his knees on the arena floor, leaning against the apron to avoid going down on his back thus restarting the count.

Daisuke would pant heavily, his back was really in some pain now as his left hand would clutch his lower back.

Valley didn’t necessarily like using weapons - in fact, come to think of it, this was the first time she’d used a foreign object in her entire AFW career, though she’d freely admit her memory could be off on that one. It wasn’t something she’d been trained on, and Slamazons had always been rather hard on their use, with the referee’s being oddly aware. Cheating hadn’t been unheard of in the league, but it was rare for them to let a weapon go unnoticed.

But - and she kind of hated herself for admitting this - hitting Daisuke with this chair felt good. She could see why so many younger wrestlers went for this sort of thing. So satisfying, especially on a guy who had it coming, and she didn’t have the least bit of remorse for it. Daisuke wanted this match, and that meant he was taking all the lumps that came with it.

The audience seemed down for it, too, giving an appreciate cheer as Daisuke went reeling, but to the big man’s credit, he took it like a champ. Stood tall. Tall-ish. Kept going.

She could and would fix that, though. ”That’s my name.”

Valley could have just kept wailing on him, and there would’ve been a certain satisfaction with that, but she had better and more effective options to work with.

With leaning on the apron, Valley laid the chair on his back, letting it sit there. It would’ve likely slid off in a moment, but she didn’t give it that moment - in the next instant, she brought her leg up, raised it high, and brought it down into an axe kick aimed at his back, hammering the steel straight into his spine with her greatest weapon.

The more the wrestling match would continue outside the ring, the more chances there was of either of them getting the ideas of using weapons or the ring surroundings as an advantage to put the other down for the ten count. The steps and barricade had already been introduced and now it was time for the good ol chair to be brought into the fray. Wanting to avoid the action on the outside, the prince attempted to go back inside the safety and sanctity of the ring but Valley had other ideas.

Getting up from her chair, fresh after having a nice cold drink of water, the Slamazon would whack the chair as hard as she could against his bare back whilst he was half way back in the ring. Daisuke would scream Valley's name out loud as he dropped back outside on his knees whilst leaning against the ring apron.

The chair shot hurt like hell but Daisuke didn't want to go down on his back again, thus giving Valley more time to rest and swinging the pendulum of momentum in her favour even more. However, his defiance would only cause him more trouble as Valley would put the chair to some innovative use.

Daisuke felt the cold steel chair press up against his sweaty back whilst he panted, he wasn't sure what this was but soon enough he would feel it. With the chair against his back, Valley would bring her leg up and bring it down into an axe kick aimed right at his back. The kick smacked against the steel chair that was pressed against his back causing him immense pain. Once more the prince screamed and this time he slumped down on his back, arching up every so slightly to clutch his back before laying flat on on the arena floor once more.

The referee would be quick to intervene at this juncture, stepping infront of Valley to hold her back just in case her adrenaline was still pumping. With that, she would turn to Daisuke and begin the count.

"One.......two......three.....four......five.....".

The wrestling prince was not moving much, a few moans and groans escape his lips as he had a pain stricken expression on his face, arms and legs spread as he sought to eat up time to recover.

Valley hadn’t done a Last ‘Man’ Standing match in...wow, how long? Not in the AFW, she was sure. It had to be with the Slamazons, and even then, it was probably during a crossover with another company. All-Star Wrestling? That sounded about right, but she couldn’t recall the exact circumstances off the top of her head. She’d send a call to Kaylee when she got home, the fangirl would probably know it.

Regardless, she remembered thinking how tedious the match type could be, and she was definitely experiencing that now.

Her kick landed clean - or, cleanish, anyway. It wasn’t exactly the most pleasant experience for her leg, and she wound up hopping away and hissing right after the contact, as the impact rattled her bones. She had to set that leg down gently, careful not to put too much strain on it. The last thing she needed was an injury in this stage of her career.

Worth it, though, because Daisuke clearly took the worst of it. He went down, hurting, hitting the floor and barely moving. Hurting. And now came the point that she always loathed: the waiting.

Valley stepped back as the referee started he count, taking a breather - another breather. It didn’t look like he’d be getting up anytime soon, but that didn’t mean she couldn’t take precautions.

She rolled back into the room and moved over to the corner, proceeding to scale it, one pad at a time, until she perched on the top.

Ready to strike. Ready to fly.

The pain from the chair shot was bad enough but the placement of said chair on his back coupled with an axle kick on top of it was even worse and Daisuke could feel the pain double down on his spine as he screamed out loud and laid flat on his back on the outside. The referee would do her job and began to count down whilst Daisuke was on his back, all it was going to take was ten seconds to decide the match.

Daisuke's chest heaved up and down when he took slow but deep breathes, calming himself down whilst bearing the pain in his back. Time was not on his side, the referee had reached to the count of five already and precious resting time was turning more into a ticking time-bomb that would lead to his defeat.

Daisuke was not going to lose to Valley, he had to show her Tension was his kingdom. Slowly but surely Daisuke shifted to his side and onto all fours, from there he proceeded to get back up on his feet, still panting and....looking for Valley.

Daisuke looked around to his left and right, finally catching a glimpse of Valley who was up on the top turnbuckle inside the ring. Daisuke's eyes widened in surprise, knowing full well what was about to come.

”That’s right. Look this way. Almost there…”

The timing was right, the spacing was just about what Valley needed. Daisuke was in the danger zone, whether he knew it or not, in the prime location for her to land a good aerial assault to the outside of the ring. She would’ve preferred to keep things inside the ring, where there’d be much less risk of her crashing and burning hard if this didn’t work, but he’d taken that option away from her.

Well, this was what it came to - desperation. He wanted Valley’s nasty side, and he’d get it. Right...about…

”Now.”

She launched herself through the air the moment he spotted her, careering down towards him. Valley tucked her legs in as she descending, attempting to come down on his shoulder with her knees and bring him to the floor with a high-altitude meteora.

Daisuke, once more managing to break the count of the referee at about the count of 8 this time, rose to his feet and looked confused whilst he looked around and sought to find his opponent. His back was really in pain and he clutched the small of his back for a moment before his eyes widened in surprise when he finally managed to sight his opponent, who was up on the top turnbuckle of the ring, steadying herself, ready to fly.

Valley then gracefully launched herself through the air and came down on Daisuke, tucking her legs in and came down on his shoulders with her knees as the Slamazon took the prince down to the arena floor with a spectacular meteora.

Daisuke's back hit the floor hard once more, screaming out loud at the impact as he did whilst the crowd erupted in cheers at the sight of Valley executing the high flying maneuver. The Slamazon would end up in a sort of schoolgirl position on top of the prince, who laid there with his arms and legs spread wide.

What was the saying? ‘Any landing you can walk away from is a good one’?

That definitely applied here. Valley came crashing down hard on Daisuke and practically planted him on the floor. She was far from a heavyweight, probably couldn’t clock in much heavier than 130 pounds at this point, but it hardly mattered when she was coming in like this - high altitude plus high speed equaled high impact.

Down Daisuke went with Valley on top of him, her knees crashing hard into his chest. It sent a shock running through her system - she’d be staying off the treadmill for a few days - but the result was worth. The big man was down and out and didn’t look like he was getting up anytime soon.

Valley took a deep sigh, flicked his nose, and stood up to let the referee start the count. ”Stay down, Daisuke.”

Daisuke definitely didn't see that coming. Not particularly accustomed to wrestling opponent's with a high flying style, Daisuke was caught completely flat footed as the Slamazon flew sky high and came crashing down on top of the prince, taking him down on the arena floor.

Her knee struck his chest and upon impact it really hurt like hell however that pain was soon overshadowed by the pain he felt on the back of his head and his back generally after he was brought down. Valley was now mounted on top of him as she looked down on the prince who had his arms and legs spread wide and didn't seem like he was looking n good shape anymore.

Valley took a moment to take everything in, sighing deeply before flicking his nose. After that, she would get up off him and let the referee do her thing while reminding him to stay down.

"One.....two....three.....four.....five....six....." the referee counted.

Daisuke would shake his head, slowly moving about as he first shifted onto his side and crawled towards Valley. "Seven....eight....nine" the referee continued. The prince would grab Valley's boots, using her legs as leverage to pull himself up a bit before grabbing her waist and then rising back up on his knees and eventually back up to his feet wit her support, leaning on her.

"Valley. No" he said while panting in exhaustion. Daisuke would strike her lower back with a couple of forearm strikes, just to show defiance but with little force behind each blow.

Okay, that had to do it. Daisuke was a big guy, sure, but he wasn’t superhuman, and that move would’ve flattened bigger opponents for a longer time than three seconds. There was no way he was getting back up, so she was good. All she had to do now was wait for the count, and then she could go home, call Ace, maybe get a date night going after she had a long shower, and…

Aw, crud.

He was getting up. Crawling her way, like he was powered by some crazy, unseen force that kept feeding him energy. She was starting to have a hard time telling if she was more impressed or annoyed by it, if truth be told. Either way, she was putting a stop to it.

He struck out, throwing clubbing blows at her back, but not putting much force behind them. In her current state, they were still far from pleasant and forced her back a couple of steps, gritting her teeth to deal with the pain.

It was like that, then? Fine.

”[i]Yes.” She moved back in, swung her leg out from the side, and came at him with a hard roundhouse kick aimed at the side of his face, looking to plant him right back on the floor.
