Perhaps in any other situation, against any other opponent the wrestling prince probably would have lost this match after being taken down by the high flying take down. Tonight, against Valley, he was that much more driven to try and fight back against the veteran and even win perhaps. At the count of nine, the wrestling prince had risen back up on all fours before eventually back up to his feet, using Valley as leverage.

There was no doubt that the two were exhausted, Daisuke more so than Valley but somehow had the strength and will to continue for now. Once on his feet, the prince delivered some blows to the back of his opponent which disgruntled her enough to step back and create some space.

It is when the moment she stepped back and took a very particular form, is when Daisuke realized that he was in for some more pain. Valley swung her leg out from her side and raised it up to Daisuke's head, aiming it for the side. The prince sensed danger the moment Valley stepped back and when she went for the roundhouse kick, the prince attempted to duck under said roundhouse kick to try and avoid getting smacked in the head. If he managed to avoid getting hit, he would lunge for in her standing leg and wrap his arms around the thigh of her standing leg before yanking it, causing her to fall back down harshly on the floor.

If all went to plan, Daisuke would lean against the apron to catch his breath momentarily before reaching down to grab Valley's hair and yank her back up to her feet, before dragging her to the announcers area and Irish whip her into the nearby chairs, before setting his sights on the announcers table.

Valley’s strategy from this point on would be a simple one. Head trauma. Head trauma, all day long. If Daisuke refused to just stay down, she would take the choice away from him and simply kick the man into unconsciousness. It was brutal, a far more destructive way of fighting than she liked, especially in the most concussion-aware culture that they lived in, but she was not going to lose this match. Not to this man. Not this way.

Her roundhouse kick was more than capable of doing the job, too. All she had to do was swing it hard, connect, and-

”Crap.”

She missed the kick.

”Crap!”

And then she felt him grab her around the leg.

Crap!”

And then he slammed her hard into the mat, leaving her flat on the floor.

Valley had just started to get up when Daisuke came along and helped her up like a true gentleman - by grabbing her hair and yanking her back up. ”Let go of my hair, you ape!”

To be fair, he did accept her request, just in the roughest way possible, by sending her hurtling into a nearby set of chairs. She went flying, head over heels, crashing into them with her back. It was more than enough to leave her laid out for the moment, writhing about on the floor as she hissed and groaned. The referee came over to the start the count, but Valley was already making her way up, using the barricade for support as she rose. It wasn’t that bad of a tumble, really, but she was more worried about what Daisuke would do to capitalize on it.

With the prince just barely avoiding Valley's roundhouse kick which would have surely knocked him out, he proceeded with his own counter attack by firstly grabbing at Valley's trailing leg and yanking it, making her fall flat on her back on the arena floor.

From there, Daisuke slowly but surely got back up on his feet and would assist Valley in doing the same, albeit a little harshly, with the use of her hair. "Sure thing doll" he would reply back before whipping her into a nearby set of chairs. Valley crash landed hard against the set of chairs, tumbling onto her back on the floor and groaned.

Whilst the referee started the count, Daisuke had already begun preparing for his next move. He began to clear out the announce table, clearing the monitors and cables and leaving the table clear for what he was about to do. He would turn his attention back towards Valley, who was making her way back up on her feet with the aid of nearby barricade.

The prince walked over towards her and clubbed a vicious forearm strike to her backside just for good measures. "Get over here, I've had enough of you for one day Valley" he would say, panting a bit, before once again grabbing her by the hair and began to drag her towards the table where he would attempt to raise his knee into her abs, in hopes to get her to double over.

If successful, his next attempt would be to shove her head in between his thighs and wrap his arms around her waist before pulling her up onto his shoulders. It was clear what he was attempting to do, which was to powerbomb the Slamazon on the table.

...did Daisuke just hit her in the butt?

He did! He hit her in the butt!

Valley had just been trying to make her way up, hoping to get up and ready before Daisuke could close in, but knowing that wasn’t too likely. The man was clearly driven on beating her now, taking it far too personally for some odd reason, and there was little chance of him easing up on his assault, not for a moment. She knew there would be pain coming. She just hadn’t expected it to come like that.

She yelped at the blow, then yelped again when her hair was yanked, clearly a go-to move for Daisuke. ”Pretty sure you won’t have to put up with me for much longer…”

That turned out to be prophetic, as it seemed Daisuke was of a mind to bring this all to a close. The next thing she knew, she was being hoisted on his shoulders, with the object of his focus being all too clear - a table.

No way.

In a desperate bid for survival, Valley threw her body back, clasped her legs tight, and attempted to bring Daisuke up and over with a sharp tug, attempting to slam him down with a Frankensteiner and split the table in two with his body.

Too exhausted to really focus on a specific weak point, when the wrestling prince saw Valley rising back up onto her feet, he would lunge back in and strike her backside which was just enough to stagger her and stop her from rising back up from her feet fully. It was true that Daisuke was taking this way too personally, something which was confusing Valley but the more he persisted with this, it was clear the more frustrated and annoyed Valley became with him.

Once more Daisuke would grab the hair of Valley, just to piss her off.  He would proceed to drag her towards the exposed table and begin to set her up for a powerbomb through the table finish. "I agree. After this, I'm sending you back to Friction where you belong" he hissed, pulling her up on his shoulders.

Daisuke grabbed the side of Valley's wrestling briefs, trying to get a grip to pull her up and slam her down. However, the Slamazon had other ideas and would use her skill and experience to find a way out of this sticky situation. She threw her body back while tightening her legs around his neck, using her leg strength and the momentum to flip Daisuke over onto his back on the exposed table, splitting the table!

Half the crowd erupted in cheers while half of them were still in awe of the sudden counter. Daisuke had no idea what hit him, he laid there on his back, right on top of the broken table. There was no getting up from this one and the prince knew it.

The referee would move towards the downed prince, clearing some of the mess of the table before beginning the count. "One....two....three....four.....five....six.....seven....eight....nine.....ten!". Upon reaching the count of ten, the referee would order for the bell to ring, Valley was officially the last person standing.

Valley had won.

She knew that before the count even started, knew it the moment her hurricanrana connected and sent him hard into the table. The man was tough, far tougher than she’d ever expected a pampered princeling like him to be, but he was still human, and at the end of the day, there was just no getting up from that sort of damage. She’d battered this man all about the ring, thrown everything she had at him, given her his best, and he’d just kept coming...but this was it. This was the limit. Daisuke was done.

Still, she waited nearby, leaning against the barricade for support as the referee counted him out. She was sure he was done, but she’d been sure before, and he’d defied her every time. No harm in being careful with this guy.

The referee counted down, the audience counted down with him, one after the other until...yeah, that was it. Valley let out a long, haggard sigh as the bell rang, giving her a third Tension victory and solidifying her place with this division. If anyone had doubted she could hang with the men before, she was fairly certain those myths were dispelled.

The referee raised her hand in victory, and Valley’s first instinct was to make her way to the back, call Ace, and talk about ordering pizza - she was really in the mood for a lazy night, something to wear all this off. But she paused and stopped halfway, looking back to Daisuke as she massaged her neck. While the man had been a royal pain - ha, joke - he had fought well, had a lot of guts, was bolstered with an insane drive. All aspects that she had to respect. Not like or enjoy, but respect.

She sighed and came back to him, extending her hand his way, offering to help him. ”Come on, champ, let’s get you back on your feet.”

Once again, Daisuke had lost to Valley Doll.

She truly was an amazing wrestler and this hard-fought match was proof that she could hang with not only the talented wrestlers of Friction but those in Tension as well. Whilst the referee rose the hand of Valley in victory which prompted the crowd to cheer, Daisuke was still down on his back, laying on the debris of the broken table. He was panting heavily, exhausted and sweaty.

Daisuke was struggling to get back up, until he heard a familiar voice call out to him. He looked up to see the woman who had just beaten him, come back towards him not to gloat of her victory but to aid him. Daisuke laid there, not saying a word for a few seconds before reaching out to grab her hand and he was pulled up onto his feet.

He took a moment to compose himself, rubbing his aching back before turning his attention to Valley. "Heh, you won again huh?" he sheepishly smiled. Daisuke would tap her shoulder before grabbing her arm and raising it for her to give due respect for the winner.

With that the prince would turn his back towards Valley and began his long walk back towards the locker room.
