Poll regarding the possibility of Mods booking PPV matches.

Sat Oct 24, 2020 1:43 am by Old_Man_Tai

So, basically, was wondering all of your thoughts regarding the possiblity of mods booking ppv matches.

The thought was, since people often seem to have trouble finding partners for ppv matches until the last minute or so, what if the mod team was to step in and, well in advance of the show, book the show ourselves, and try to put together the best matches we can, including title defenses, no.1 contender matches, and so on and so forth?

While I doubt our more popular members need such a …

Years of training. Countless hours spent in meditation. And endless attempts at self-knowledge. All this led Charlotte to the fact that she decided for herself what kind of person she want to be. Though not completely, she left the past behind, forgetting how cruel she was. Now she used martial arts as part of her philosophy, which helped her achieve her goal. The girl was a noble fighter and therefore never broke the rules.

That is why now she felt like a barrel of explosives. And the wick was already lit. She got the impression that the referee didn’t give a damn about the fact that her opponent absolutely did not care about the observance of the rules. Sand Lizard knew one simple thing. If she can no longer remain calm, then she needs to throw out negative emotions. Therefore, she had two options. Or attack the red-haired Demon and beat her half to death. Or do what ordinary people usually do. She started screaming at the striped shirt. A cry is the most commonplace tool that the human body uses to get rid of accumulated negativity. But it worked. And it worked well.

- Why the hell should I tolerate such a neglect? - the girl did not relent. - Before me in your federation there were no real fighters?!

With every word she really felt better, the negative receded. That was just one small problem. Choosing an option in which she did not succumb to fury and did not attack Lucy, the Frenchwoman completely forgot about her rival. And the submission master successfully took advantage of this. Too successfully.

- I demand... what??? - did not understand Charlotte, feeling the hands on her shoulders.

Her body began to fall back, and along with this, she felt that something was on her back. And then there was pain. Two knees crashed into her back, and the collision force was so great that the body of the pink-haired girl bounced back up before falling onto the mat. With a wild cry of agony, Sand Lizard began to twitch from side to side, putting her hands on her back. This act of treachery on the part of Lucy made her feel not only pain, but also all the perniciousness of the situation in which she found herself. Having shown reluctance to beat a lying enemy, she herself put herself in this terrible position.

[Standard Match] Charlotte Ravel' (D) vs Lucy Stone - The Phantom Menace - Page 6 Empty Re: [Standard Match] Charlotte Ravel' (D) vs Lucy Stone - The Phantom Menace

Lucy had managed to take Charlotte by complete surprise as she hit the backstabber while she was busy arguing and letting out her frustration on the referee. A wicked smile crept up on Lucy's face as she watched the frame of Charlotte bounce off of her knees and crash onto her front on the canvas, pushing her pained body up towards her knees, the redhead would release a sigh of relief....

Yet, she knew that she wasn't about of the fire just yet. She had to capitalize on this right now, and she needed to work over that back! Stepping up to her feet, Lucy would stomp over towards the downed Charlotte and quite literally do that do the Sand Lizard's back, trying to stomp on it harshly so a few times.

After a few stomps the redhead would try and drop down onto Charlotte's back, looking to take a hold of Charlotte's arms to try and cross them underneath the pink haired fighter's chin. Lucy would then try and lean backwards and attempt to pull Charlotte right up into a Goku-Raku Gatame otherwise known as a straight jacket choke, trying to use Charlotte's own arms to choke the Sand lizard while bending that back of hers.

[Standard Match] Charlotte Ravel' (D) vs Lucy Stone - The Phantom Menace - Page 6 Empty Re: [Standard Match] Charlotte Ravel' (D) vs Lucy Stone - The Phantom Menace

Post by skip-stop on Sun May 31, 2020 6:50 pm

How humiliating...” - the Frenchwoman thought.

If she had been told that after all trainings that she had gone through, she would be in a similar situation, then Charlotte would have considered this man a madman. However, the reality was harsh. The pink-haired girl was absolutely not ready to face someone like Lucy already in her first match. Perhaps it was too naive, but she hoped that her rivals would be no less noble than herself. It would be foolish to deny the skills of the red-haired Demon, but her attitude to the rules was terrible from Charlotte's point of view.

The pain that paralyzed her body did not want to recede. Almost any movement caused new wawes. Realizing this, the martial arts master stopped twitching, despite her instincts. She tried to take a few calm breaths to calm herself and regain control of the body to the mind. But this damn pain...

- Aaaaahhhh!! - she cried out as Lucy's boot sank onto her back.

“Do you see that, sister? Do you feel that?" - the voice sounded in her head.

Is this American girl so unprincipled that she is ready to stomp a lying opponent? A passage from the past ran before Charlotte's eyes. Two young girls in the ring. One of them lies on her back, no longer able to raise her hands. And the other girl sits on top and hits her own sister in the face, despite the fact that her hands were already up to the elbow in blood. Too distant past. A new cry escaped from the girl's mouth when the boot once again damaged her back. The pain was so unbearable that she did not have the strength to defend herself.

And it seems that Lucy decided to take advantage of this, as Sand Lizard felt her rival land her ass right on her back. What will happen now? Never mind. She has to do something. Damn. It hurts so much. The red-haired girl grabbed Charlotte's arms, crossing them in front of her neck, and then began to pull the upper body of the Frenchwoman back. Oh, she knew this movement. And she knew that she did not have the strength to free herself. And the lack of oxygen made itself felt almost instantly. Sand Lizard began to twitch, but these attempts were too weak. If this continues, then soon she...

“You know what to do, right, sister? You know what would help you avoid shame. Just stop restraining yourself...” - the voice in the head is look like poison that hits her.

[Standard Match] Charlotte Ravel' (D) vs Lucy Stone - The Phantom Menace - Page 6 Empty Re: [Standard Match] Charlotte Ravel' (D) vs Lucy Stone - The Phantom Menace

Post by LunarWolf on Mon Jun 01, 2020 3:12 am

Lucy took her seat atop the body of the Sand Lizard as the demon would lock up those arms and fold them against Charlotte's own neck, right underneath her chin, looking to lock in the straight jacket hold. She wasn't exactly in the best of conditions herself but she was as always confident in her submission skills!

Leaning back as she managed to lock in the hold the young redhead would start to make full use of her weight now as she tried to pull back as far as she could, aiming to have those arms tighten around that neck. Lucy's goal was after all to cut off the breathing for Charlotte and if she could do that she could either knock the woman out or at least weaken her well and truly enough that she could go for a move where she would be able to lock in a deadly submission hold to finally force her to top.

For the moment she didn't feel a lot of resistance, she had to assume that the backstabber had taken Charlotte by surprise and knocked her for a loop and she wasn't about to miss that window. This was her chance to defeat a woman whom had so far shown she was a fair bit superior as a fighter.

I'm... getting weaker...” - Charlotte thought in despair.

No weak attempts to jerk from side to side helped her. However, she felt perfectly how Lucy increased the pressure, using all her strength to pull the pink-haired girl's upper body back. Now she could not make a full inhale. Back pain, combined with a lack of oxygen, made the martial arts master feel the whole disastrous of the situation in which she found herself.

“Come on, Charlotte, what are you afraid of? To lose control? Afraid of turning her into a bloody piece of meat? After all, then everyone will see who you really are. So what? Why hide your true self, sister?” - the voice of Elizabeth drove the Frenchwoman crazy.

She was really afraid of it. Despite the fact that she learned to control her anger and use it in order to strengthen her own capabilities, she promised herself not to use it. Because if she breaks that thin thread that binds her and the conscious control of anger, then she will become a real wild beast. She didn’t want that. She did not want to become what she was once. Darkness... in front of the eyes there was only darkness...

- Charlotte? Charlotte? Can you hear me?! - the girl asked the referee.

The head of Sand Lizard sank down, and the girl was without signs of movement. Since her hands were still in the power of Lucy, who was not going to let her go, the striped shirt could not raise the pink-haired girl's hand to check her condition. However, the lack of an answer was quite a clear sign for her that Charlotte had lost consciousness.

- One! - the referee raised her first finger, starting to count.

“You are a miserable insignificance, sister, who denies the obvious! You will lose only because of your idiotic code!!!” - her sister’s voice finally lost patience.
I can't use my anger...” - Charlotte finally gave up, mentally answering to the voice.

Things so far was looking rather grim for the Sand Lizard as Lucy had the straight jacket locked in tightly. She didn't feel much resistance from Charlotte right now, which caused Lucy to smirk a bit through her gritted teeth as she continued to pull back on the hold.

The referee soon enough came up and started to check on Charlotte, she started to count the woman as Lucy would continue her hold. Shaking her head a bit as she could feel her own body straining from holding up the women like this, yet she wasn't about to release Charlotte that easily.

Still if the pink haired woman could manage a powerful thug or rise up, there wasn't much Lucy could do about  that with the beating she had been taken throughout this match already.

Absolute shame. Lose for the reason that you followed the rules to the very end. This thought filled the mind of the pink-haired girl. Is this what awaits her in every next match? Will her moral code always limit her ability? Keeping the last vestiges of consciousness, Sand Lizard felt bitterness in her mouth. She did not have the strength to free herself. She didn’t even want to try to open her eyes, knowing that this would be the last thing she will do. The sounds around her began to fade. She heard only one word clearly enough. The referee began to count.

“Remember what you were, Charlotte. Proud. Passionate. Unshakable. You always went ahead, sweeping away everything in your path. Nobody could stop you. For you, only victory was important. Victory at any cost. You didn't stop when I challenged you. You left me in a pool of my blood! So what now? You have become a weak, limited creature!” - Elizabeth's voice sounded like a hiss of snakes.

- TWO!! - striped shirt raised two fingers, while the audience held their breath.

It was the end, Charlotte did not see a single chance for herself. Well, there was one chance. But she would rather lose than use that. Uncontrolled anger is one of the most dangerous things in the opinion of the Frenchwoman. Having plunged into this abyss, a person may never return. Controlled anger is a very dangerous weapon, but just one wrong step, loss of concentration for just one second and anger will become uncontrollable. She could not take that risk. She did not want to become a monster again.

“You always tell yourself that you are only going forward. I know this is a lie, sister. You still live in the past. You are still afraid. And I know the truth. You are not afraid of your anger. You are afraid of yourself. You are afraid to fail. You are afraid that you can’t do it. And so you are nothing more than a miserable creature... ha ha ha ha ha ha!!!” - Elizabeth's voice wanted to bring Charlotte to despair.

But. What? These words... what did that voice say? Is Charlotte afraid not of anger but of her own failure? She never thought about it. But now, when this nasty voice of the younger sister said this, the Frenchwoman seemed to be struck by lightning. But these words simplify everything. If she is not afraid of her own anger, but of herself, then there is one simple solution. She just needs to be stronger. She just has to prove to herself that she is able to control herself and her life. She should not be afraid of herself. She should not be afraid of what is inside her. She must control it. And she must win. She must defeat herself. Tuk. Tuk. Tuk. Charlotte's heart began to beat very quickly.

Thank you, Lizzy...” - Charlotte replied mentally.

- Thr... - the striped shirt almost said.

But before three fingers were raised, Sand Lizard opened her eyes. Her arms tightened as never before, now her veins were swollen. Charlotte bared her teeth, while an animal roar came from her mouth. Her body trembled while adrenaline filled her blood. The pain did not go anywhere, but now it was not important. Using everything she has, Charlotte was about to tilt her upper body forward, straightening her arms, in order to throw Lucy's body forward. If she succeeded, then the first thing Charlotte would take a deep breath, filling her lungs with oxygen.

The Doom:

[Standard Match] Charlotte Ravel' (D) vs Lucy Stone - The Phantom Menace - Page 6 Screen12

And then... she would rise to her feet. And at that moment everyone could see her face. It was distorted by anger. The once concentrated look was filled with fury, and always a calm expression was replaced by a wild grin. The body of the Frenchwoman was trembling, and the veins through her body became visible to the naked eye. It seemed that now she fell into madness. But the truth was that she had full control over it. A black and pink aura enveloped her body and powerful waves that distort the space emanated from her. It came from the very depths of her soul. But now it was only a tool. All the negative emotions that she kept all these years, now became her weapon. Anger did not control Charlotte. But Charlotte controlled the anger. She began to go to her rival. And now it might seem that the Doom was approaching Lucy. All the feelings of the martial arts master have become aggravated. Now she was ready for everything the red Demon could give her. Because now she was no longer Sand Lizard. She became someone else. She became something else.

Lucy was feeling confident now as the count continued as she started to think that Charlotte might be done for, perhaps this hold was too much for her, after all Lucy was an expert when it came to submission holds! The referee was currently counting Charlotte out as she couldn't get a proper response from her.

If she reached the count of three, then it would mean Charlotte was out of it and the match would be called in Lucy's favor....though....that wasn't to be, as right before the third count came, when Lucy was just about feeling the taste of victory on her tongue, it was snatched away from her. The sudden yank of those arms pulled sharply on Lucy as her grip on Charlotte's arms made her be flung over the head of her foe!

Thrown right over her head, Lucy crashed onto the canvas back first! Releasing a cry of pain as her back hit the canvas. Lucy would quickly try and scramble and roll up onto her knees and start to rise up, though when she saw the sight of Charlotte, the very feeling or aura that the woman was emanating her heart stopped for a moment. Eyes widened a bit a she felt she was in for a world of hurt, trying to raise her arms as a guard...

Blood was boiling in her veins, and adrenaline made her heart beat at a frantic speed. She was approaching her rival, and she saw fear in her eyes. The Frenchwoman had never used her inner fury in a real fight. But today, the stars are lined up in a row. Maybe it was just a coincidence. But the fact remains. Now she was filled with power. Power and pain. She still felt her back burn after everything Lucy had done. But now this pain was rather fueling her. Suddenly, the girl accelerated, now she was moving even faster than before.

She quickly approached the red Demon, who took a defensive position, preparing for an attack from the martial arts master. Step. One more step. This technique required incredible concentration and no less strength. But now she had both. The girl felt that her body was working at maximum capacity. Anger made her go forward. She walked along the edge of a knife. Just one wrong step, and she will turn into a crazy berserker, but now she believed that she was keeping everything under control. Now she was not afraid.

Charlotte used her right leg to push herself up, lifting her left leg and turning her body. Her left heel was pointed right to Lucy's head! It might have seemed like the flying spinning heel kick! And although it was fast, this kick was too straightforward. Lucy could take only one step to the side or bend down slightly, this would be enough to avoid the attack from Sand Lizard.

That is why the pink-haired girl did something that was very difficult to notice because of her speed. Her right leg, which she used to push herself into the air, did not remain straight, as was usual. The girl bent this leg at the knee while jumping. And now, if Lucy had avoided the first kick, then Charlotte would straighten her right leg as quickly as possible for the unexpected kick to the head of the red-haired girl! It was one of the hardest double kicks, which was called the guyver kick! Charlotte did not just open her school, calling herself the martial arts master. Kicks were her most powerful weapon. And now she was going to show all her true skills in order to crush the girl who decided that she could win, ignoring the rules of fair fight!

Lucy was wary, Charlotte should be hurting but she had managed to power out of her hold and more than that she had a look in her eyes that just sent a chill up the spine of the Chicago girl. She backed up a step as Charlotte took a step towards her. She had to be careful...she had to be watchful, she had to make sure that Charlotte missed so that she could take advantage of that.

Watching closely with her missmatched eyes, she narrowed her gaze as she would see Charlotte move towards her and then with great speed closed the distance and jumped up! The wide arch of that flying spinning heel kick was something Lucy managed to catch sight off. Dropping a bit lower to avoid the first kick, as she tilted her head to the side to get it just out of the way, letting the kick sail over her head, whisking across her hair.

She'd done it! She avoided it, that would leave Charlotte in a horrible position that she could make use of. Though before Charlotte's body fell and before Lucy could do anything else that other leg of the Sand Lizard shot up and smacked her right in the face! Nailing Lucy in the cheek and sending her stumbling back and then falling flat down onto her back on the canvas, dazed from the Guyver kick which she hadn't expected at all, let alone seen before!
