Carl gave Sion and Daisuke a call, letting them know where Excel and Sky were. Luckily there was a small break in one of the meetings they were in. They ask him to say to the kids and Xerxan that they'll be another couple of hours at least, but will be breaking for lunch in about an hour and they cane join them if they want.

Excel was starting to get a little bit bored, having just a bit enough of skating for a while but he didn't say anything since he wasn't sure how Xerxan was feeling about this.

The time will pass as Xerxan just remembered something important he forgot how to stop so he tried gliding to slow down into a wall only to hit it still pretty hard, but not hard enough to do more than leave a little bruise that is hard to see. He will look at Excel and move toward him along the wall asking " anything wrong" as he doesn't realize the skating's excitement as played its part for him now he was ready for something new.

"Hm? Nah it's nothing important. It's just hard to do this for so long and get bored of it." He tells him. Veldaris was talking it up with Sky and Carl when she stops moving and let's momentum carry her towards one of the doors and she sits down. Carl notices and goes to sit beside her. "You ok?"

"Remember everything we did together last night? Well I think my body is trying to do science." she tells him softly. It takes him a few seconds to clue in that Veldaris thinks she might be pregnant. "Did you want to get checked?" he asks him and she slowly nods. "It's either that or something I ate isn't agreeing with me." Even though they are talking quietly they would be in range of Xerxan to note what's going on.

Xerxan will nod to Excel understanding that doing something this is pretty common for his day. He wouldn't have a clue what Vel and Carl was talking about being he was the youngest and neither of his sisters go pregnant.

Carl helps Veldaris back up and then looks over towards Excel and Xerxan. "We're going to head out. Did you want a lift anywhere." Excel wonders if they should head back now since nobody else was with them. "I guess it wouldn't hurt. What do you think?" he asks Xerxan.

He will say " lets take them up on their offer your parents may be done with their work for the day" as he has no clue when they finish their work day at all. He will remove his skates and put his boots on which will take a few as he didn't realize how much he would readjust after he removed his skates and walked normal. When the kids are ready to he will go with Carl and Vel back to the palace.

On their way back there Sky wonders what's wrong with Vel. Vel wanted to choose her words carefully around the kids. Even though Sky was young she did have a rough idea of some of the things older people, like Vel, liked to do. Details about it she did not know, but knew there was no such thing as the stork as far as where babies come from, but she got the simple explanation from Vel that she thinks she might be pregnant. Carl adds that they're going to get her checked out to be sure. Excel wasn't as smart as his sister, though he knew what being pregnant meant, kind of.

During the ride Veldaris remained quiet. While she did welcome the idea of becoming a parent she knew that if she did then a lot of things in her life would change. When they got back Carl took her to see someone inside while the kids went to find their parents. It wasn't a difficult search as they saw them a few seconds after Carl and Vel left. Daisuke asks Xerxan how his morning was. Sion mentioned that after lunch, which they were just about to have, they had one more meeting to do but he had a feeling it might be longer than originally expected.

When she did have a moment Daisuke asked her if things were ok for him last night as she saw him sleeping on the floor.

When they arrived Xerxan will follow the kids inside while Vel and Carl went somewhere else in the palace. He will Diasuke and Sion about their little skating trip including how he slammed into the wall being he forgot how to stop. When she asks about why he was sleeping on his bedroll on the floor he will say " I guess the bed wasn't as comfortable probably because I have been resting on my bed roll most of my life with little contact with real beds except for last night." He will ask if they knew any good fishing spots hoping treat them to a wonderful meal if the fish were jumping?
