Balance issues.. an open invitation..

Just as soon as Chigusa got on top of her, Mihiro just as quickly shoved Chigusa off, using her momentum and the oil to send her a good distance across the ring. Mihiro got back onto her knees... she's good she thought to herself.

"Woah!" Chigusa said as she slid across the mats. She had quite some difficuly stopping herself, as the oil made no frction between her and the mats.

"She's strong," Chigusa thought. She got up, and got on her knees. She slowly made her way back close to Mihiro, moving up close to better grapple with her.

"Coming back for more?" she said as Chigusa made her way towards her. Mihiro positioned herself, accepting her slippery opponent with open arms. But right before Chigusa made contact, Mihiro tried to side step to avoid Chigusa, hoping that she would be able to catch her as she passed by and push her down onto the oily canvas. I can't keep on slipping around like this... She seems in so much better shape than I am - and she'll probably out do me in that department.

Chigusa fell for the ruse, thinking her opponent was going to lock up with her only to slip in the oil and end up falling. Mihiro's trick worked. Chigusa was surprised by how she ended up on the ground, and tried to get up before she was taken advantage of.

Here's my chance! Mihiro thought to herself as she watched her opponent slip and fall onto the canvas - as she had practiced earlier, Mihiro quickly gained her composure, bent down and glided across the canvas to her fallen opponent - she planned to use her momentum to heave herself onto her opponent and pin her down, before she could get up...

Chigusa struggled to get up, but it was futile. Her limbs slipped on the oiled mat, and she flopped back down. Mihiro meanwhile had slipped over and on top of Chigusa. Fortunately, Chigusa was on her front, so the pin could not really count. But she was in a bad position nonetheless.

Chigusa tried to twist under her opponent and slip out of the pin before Mihiro could put her in a worse position.

It worked! Mihiro thought to herself - all the practice that she put in to keep her balance had paid off and she found herself on top of her opponent - but a pin was impossible at the moment, as Chigusa was face first on the mat - This won't do... she thought to herself. Trying to go for the pin, Mihiro attempted to turn Chigusa over, but both of their bodies were just drenched in oil that it was just as impossible to get Chigusa onto her back. Mihiro started to giggle at just her lame attempts to move Chigusa over, that she had momentarily lost her focus..

Chigusa took the chance when Mihiro got off of her a little to try and scoot out of the oily pin. She kicked as hard as she could against the mat, trying to use the lack of friction and the small opening to zoom out of the hold and into the open. hopefully it would work, since Chigusa did not like just being at her opponent's mercy like this.

As Chigusa kicked off from the mat, Mihiro could do nothing but just fall backwards onto the oily mat, sliding about halfway across to the opposite end - she tried to collect herself as quickly as possible, again, trying to wipe as much oil away from her eyes as she could. I've got to try to end this now she thought to herself as she panted heavily. She looked up towards her opponent who wasn't slowing down. The longer this match lasts, the worst off I'll be Mihiro thought to herself. Slowly, she regained her balance, planting her knees and hands onto the slick mat -

Wait for it... she thought to herself, wondering what her fit opponent had plotted next...

"Woah!" Chigusa said as she slipped clean across the mat, nearly falling off onto the hard tiled floor. She put the brakes on and stopped just in time, creating a small wave of oil that splashed off the mats. She slowly got up, getting her balance and positioning her center of gravity. She got on her knees, and slowly made her way towards Mihiro.

"Like I thought, this kind of wrestling is hard," Chigusa thought, "But hey, I should just enjoy myself. It's plenty fun too!"
