Jean vs Dixie - Cowgirl vs Red

Jean Grey once more headed down to the ring, her mood mixed. The match she had with Mia and Yatori still occupied her mind. She could hear quite a few cheers going up for her. Seems she still had some fans. There a few hardcore fans of Mia and Yatori who booed for her. They were hard to hear but Jean must have been in a sensitive mood to pick them out nonethesless and sighed.

She then turned to the left and spotted a loyal fan holding up a sign. "I still believe in you, Jean." Jean smiled then and her spirits picked up.

OK then. I still owe it those fans who still admire me to put on a good match.

She flexed her arms abck and forth and headed down to the ring with renewed purpose. Whoever entered tonight, it didn't matter. Jena intended to give as good as she got.

When Jean settled into the ring, new familiar music began and the crowd cheered as Dixie came out and onto the stage. She waved to her fans that had missed her as she had been gone for a small time. The cowgirl treated her fans to a dance before she jogged down to the ring, taking note of who her opponent was. "Hmm, never faced this'n." the Texan thought to herself as she bounded into the ring over the top ropes. With purposeful steps the cowgirl approached Jean and removed her black cowgirl hat, "Hey there." Dixie greeted, "Good luck in our match!" Jean hadn't been around as long as Dixie had been so the blonde wanted to give her some words of encouragement before the bell sounded to signify the match's start...

Jean gaped slightly and blushed a bit. The sportsmanship of this competitor touched her a bit and she suddenly felt an urge to impress her as best as she could.

"Y-you too..."

The bell sounded and Dixie punched her palm, ready for action. The buxom blonde began to circle Jean, boucing lightly as she searched for an opening in her opponent's defenses. The Texan would then come in and try to grab for Jean's arm to twisted it around and behind her back in a hammerlock...

Jean seemed eager to tie it up with Dixie. She would first go to lock up with her as if eager to test her strength. Dixie might find Jean's strength almost equalled hers but the Texas girl would still have the edge here.

There fore, Dixie would be able to get the hammerlock on Jean. Jean cried out at the initial twisting of her arm. After afew seconds she would twist slightly left or right as if seeking a desperate reversal. SHe would eventually drop to one knee, reach over behind Dixie's leg to try and flip her over in a fireman carry reverse, and if possible try to grip Dixie's own arm in a chicken wing from there.

Dixie wasn't too technically sound and usually relied on her size and power to steamroll an opponent so she would be less able to anticipate some of Jean's counters, especially the fireman's carry. "Wuh?? Ahh!!" she cried out as she flipped over Jean and landed on her butt and felt her arm get chickenwinged behind her. "Ahh!" the blonde girl winced and tried to work her way back to her to her feet. As she tried to rise she would attempt to throw her free elbow back to catch Jean in the face and force a release...

Jean grinned as she worked over Dixie's arm. Eventually when Dixie did fight her way to her feet, Jean would end up taking the elbow to her face and being forced to let go. She staggered away holding her jaw.

Dixie turned quickly as she was released and she tried to immediately charge at Jean before she could recover from the blow. If there was no counter, Dixie would try to take her foe down with a hard clothesline to the upper-chest...

Jean took the move and went down like a professional, adding a slight flip to her fall to sell the impact off to the crowd like she had been turned inside out. However since it was still early in the match, the moment Jean fell she was already rolling over on her hands and knees and trying to get up.

Dixie watched Jean get onto all fours and tried to take advantage of the position while she still had the upperhand. Dixie would try to straddle Jean's back and yank her arms back over Dixie's legs, attempting to trap Jean in a camel clutch to work her over...
