Step 1

Lina was slightly taken aback when poor Nya leaned on her, but the Filipina took advantage. It looked like the belly would be the winner of the day... or at least this round. "Not a great idea." she said into Nya's ear...

If this were boxing, and there were a referee, this would have been broken off. Instead, Nya would find her stomach bombarded by a series of powerful uppercuts and the likes, all aimed straight into her stomach from below.

The punch to the stomach definitely winded her. It seemed when it came to the torso area, Lina wasn't holding back with the power she had. Given the choice, Nya would rather be anywhere in the ring but right on top of her opponent, practically draped over her. Not that she minded, in fact she found the Latina to be quite the attractive woman, but right now the beauty was busy pummeling her senseless, almost toying with her.

Hearing Lina whisper into her ear, Nya groaned, trying to escape, when a powerful uppercut slammed into her solar plexus. The Irish Lass' body seemed to spasm uncontrollably, with a bit of drool coming from her parted lips. For what felt like an eternity, Lina worked on her toned abs, nailing rapid punches that kept Nya from even drawing a proper breath.

Lina would have felt bad for her opponent, if it weren't her opponent's idea. She knew that Nya could handle it, so she didn't hold back. Even though Nya was a wrestler and not a boxer, it wasn't like she was a chump. It felt good to utterly dominate. It was Lina herself who broke the two off, not knowing if Nya would be able to keep her balance.

If she did keep her balance, Lina would try and change that. Knowing that her feisty Irish opponent would be dazed, the Filipina would try and flatten her with a monstrous hook into Nya's freckled left cheek.

Nya was barely able to stand at all. Her opponent's fists were like bricks the way they hammered into her poor stomach. It surprised her then when the Filipina separated them, wearing that smirk the Irish Lass found so damn hot. The thought was cut off abruptly when the right hook came. The glove smashed into her left cheek, snapping her head sideways. Her entire body spun in a circle, stumbling against the ropes before falling to her knees, chest heaving and eyes rolling. With effort, she tried to regain her footing, but each attempt ultimately failed.

Lina suddenly found Nya kneeling in front of her, her battered body and exhausted pose evidence of how unfit she was to be a boxer. It wasn't too bad, though. There were still two rounds to go, and anything could happen then... although Lina certainly hoped one of those rounds went similarly to this one.

"Nya." the Filipina said. "Look at me." she asked of her opponent, still bouncing on her heels as if her opponent was still a threat. After giving Nya a few seconds to comply, Lina would try and finish her off with another hook into her cheek. Lina had wanted to see Nya's face before she tried to knock her out, just to see the difference between the beginning of the spar and now. It was significant.

The redhead was swaying uneasily on her knees before her opponent. It was then at that exact moment she realized her fatal error in this little spar. She had tried to match the Filipina blow for blow with her strikes. She was paying for it now, with each punch leveling her until she was nothing more than a limp ragdoll.

"Ah.....Ahhhhhh." she breathed faintly, looking into her opponent's eyes before the final punch connected, slamming her into the canvas where she lay still.

Round One had gone to Lina, unquestionably. Even though her foe was lying still on the ground, Lina still felt the need to count. "1... 2... 3... 4... 5... 6... 7... 8... 9... 10." she said under her breath, before kneeling down to help Nya. She rolled the Irishwoman over, and shook her a little bit.

"Nya. Nya. NYA." she would repeat, trying to wake her defeated opponent up so that the second round could begin. After, of course, a short rest. "Wakey wakey~"

Nya remained unresponsive throughout the count, as beaten as she was. To her credit, it seemed Lina wasn't going to keep wailing on her when she was down, and was trying to rouse her.

After a few minutes, a low groan slipped from her lips, and the Irish Lass' eyes fluttered open, her body feeling the dull pain from her thrashing. Groaning loudly, she looked up at Lina's face, "Ahhhh I blew it."

Lina was beginning to get worried, but let out a sigh of relief when Nya finally came to. She stood up, and offered her hand, which she had taken the glove off of a little while ago. "Yeah, definitely. You were destroyed." Lina said with a giggle and a smile. "Better luck next time."

Grasping her opponent's hand, Nya pulled herself up, the embarrassment of being defeated so handily making her blush all the worse. That was NOT going to be the case this round. Lina wanted to play the knock out game? Fine then. Nya smirked at her opponent, the wheels already turning in her brain.

"You got lucky sweetheart, and I can promise you won't be so lucky this time." She answered, backing to her own corner.
