[ONE] Round One Match: Paige Knight vs Tara Kwan

Tara soon found her efforts at restraining the beauty for nought, as momentum forced her to abandon her lock. It was either that, or find herself dragged to the canvas given Paige's stable footing against her unsure sort.

Rebounding back, she'd find Paige ducking past her at first chance, apparently seeking to add momentum to her own footing. Returning with her speed still carried, she'd find the stronger woman arms ready, apparently seeking to drop Tara. The Korean would oblige.

Somewhat.

Finding herself spun through the air, she'd attempt to hook an arm around the beauty as such a move occurred. Ideally with this in place, she'd pull as she was brought to the ground, turning the power slam into a seamless headlock take down, bringing both woman to the ground in a less painful manner, before Tara would release.

Apparently eager to simply back off, and show Paige she was no pushover.

Everything Paige was throwing at Tara thus far in this match wasn't working well. Paige believed she had scooped Tara up with a Powerslam but she would get hit with a Headlock Takeover. Paige would grit her teeth as she was sent onto the mat back first. Tara would create some distance between them. Paige would rise back to her feet. Paige had to admit she was impressed with Tara. Paige may have taken the Korean too lightly due to her entrance, but Paige would focus now to try to make progress in this match. Paige would try to charge at Tara to force her into the nearest corner to begin to hit Tara's stomach with repeated Shoulder Strikes to Tara's stomach.

Tara was cautious now that she was aware she was likely pissing off her bigger foe, but couldn't resist smiling at the fun she was having. Arms wide in a defensive posture of sorts, she'd resist at first as Paige forced her shoulder to her gut, pushing with all the force she could muster.

Back slid into the corner anyway, she'd groan with each and every strike from her foe, more and more wind being forced out of her. She hated to do so, but right now, she was trying to patiently seize a moment to take control.

All the while, Paige was getting further and further ahead.

Paige seemed to finally be overwhelming Tara with her shoulder strikes to her stomach. Paige would stop the shoulder strikes to begin stomping at Tara's stomach to force her down to a seated position in the corner. If that worked Paige would attempt to get close to Tara and drive her knee into the Korean woman's face with repeated strikes to deal some serious damage to Tara early on in this match. Paige believed that pummeling her opponent first would soften them up for her submissions of power grapples.

Paige might of cornered the plucky young Korean, but Tara was going to be damned if she was going to be reduced to the bottom of said corner so easily. Grunting with each and every should shoved into both her arms and waist, Tara would try to time a response, aiming for the moment Paige pulled out to deliver another.

The moment Paige reared back, the smaller girl would shoot her own knee up, aiming to drive it directly into Paige's good looks the moment she forced herself back towards her, essentially running face first into a sharp knee!

Paige would be countered in a bad way for her. The AFW crowd would give a collective. "OooooH!!" After hearing Tara's knee collide with Paige's nose. Paige would raise her hands up to her nose and would back pedal to the center of the ring while holding her nose. Paige would turn her back away from Tara to tend to her nose. luckily her nose wasn't bleeding or broken but the impact she took was hard as she was stunned looking away from Tara.

Simply because Tara had delivered a pristine strike did not mean the match was now in her favour. She had the advantage, but such was hard to push on when your lungs of all things had being targeted by a solid shoulder. Nonetheless, Tara would take what gasp she could, knowing full well that if she spent this match reeling from every assault for a good few minutes, this would be a walk in the park for Paige.

With her foe stumbling, Tara would bring her heel back to push off the bottom of the turnbuckle. Jumping right at her foe, she'd aim to bring both knees up, looking for a double knee strike directly to her foes curvaceous chest! In an attempt to even the odds, breath wise!

Paige would look back at Tara and see the Korean woman fly at her with a Double Knee Strike. Paige would take the Knee strike to her breasts feeling the pain as Tara's body weight crashed on her boobs. Paige would now be on the AFW mat holding her now hurt breasts as the AFW crowd cheered this back and forth action. Paige would try to regain her breathe on the mat as she held her breasts. Paige would only be able to get back up to her knees before Tara would go back on the offensive and press the advantage that presented itself.

Tara soon rolled off the bigger beauty, knowing that whilst literally kneeling upon her opponents breasts would create breathing difficulties and then some, such a pain was not one she'd wish upon her worst enemy. Now to her side with eyes upon her foe, Tara would take another deep gasp in the effort to reclaim air she had lost via her foes numerous shoulder shoves, before her hands stretched forward.

"Come on busty...let's play..." She'd smirk, grabbing a hold of Paige's shoulders as her foe began to slowly rise. Only, the moment Paige was on her knees, Tara would suddenly lunge forward, not only attempting to push her foe back upon the mat with the Korean atop of her, but with arms wrapped in a front sleeper hold attempt!

Once Paige was up to her knees she'd hear Tara's taunt before she'd be forced back down to the mat. Things were going to go from bad to worse for Paige. Tara's arms would wrap around the Elite's throat and would begin to squeeze down on Paige's neck for a Sleeper Hold. Sure it was a rest hold but this tournament was all about wearing your opponent down to the point where you can't continue whether they want to or not. Paige would grit her teeth as Tara applied the pressure. She'd try to inch her way toward the ropes which were near her but Tara's body was on top of her making it harder to move.
