Party Hard vs. Novae - Starstruck

In truth, Valerie could see herself right now. When she looked to the  side, she could view the titantron and see herself on the mat, splayed out and hurting. It didn’t make for a pretty picture, but the more distressing thing - to her eyes, anyway - was the sight of Tatiana on the apron, jumping up and down, desperate to wrangle up support.

Her sister was still fighting for her, still believing in her. As long as she did, Valerie didn’t have the luxury of quitting. What was more, she was growing more determined to wipe that smile off Kaylee’s face with every bit of damage she incurred

Her chance would still be a while in coming, though, as Kaylee continued her offense, giving her precious time to get an edge in. She came on her again, slamming into her from above, hammering her into the mat and going for an immediate pinfall.

”1…!”

In normal circumstances, Valerie would kick out of this in an instant. It was only a standing moonsault, after all.

”2…!”

Now, though, all the accumulated hits were mounting up, Kaylee’s attack taking its toll. She managed to get her shoulder up just in time, right as the referee was bringing her hand down. Knowing how badly she needed the tag, she tried to roll over and crawl to the ropes, desperate to make the tag and catch a break, as much as running away from Kaylee utterly disgusted her.

As Valerie put up her shoulder Kaylee immediately grabbed for a handful of the woman's hair, trying to pull her back before she could flee. Immediately she was issued a hold warning to which she threw up her hands innocently! She popped herself up, instead opting to grab for Valerie's ankles and try to drag her instead, pulling her over towards Party Hard's corner. If met with any initial resistance, she wouldn't be above parting the woman's legs and giving her a swift stomp on the inside of her thigh before resuming to yank her about. She had caught sight of Belle after she was called for.

With the blond member of Novae thoroughly worked over, now was the perfect time to pound the point hard nobody messes with her. With them. She wasn't really paying attention to Valerie, counting her out entirely as she peered back to keep an eye on how far she was from Belle.

"After this is over, I'd love to have a sit down interview with you, really get your thoughts on how this all went so horribly wrong for you. I doubt it will get many views since you're a bit of a nothing-person, but who knows, maybe you'll get a few more fans out of pity." The worst part about it all is she still had her upbeat cheerful tone to her voice. It sounded like being berated by a children's cartoon.

”Hairpulling?” Valerie shrieked, going into a fit as Kaylee yanked her back. ”Hairpulling, seriously?”

For some reason, the hairpulling lit a flame under her in a way that none of the previous attacks had. Everything else could be written off as simple touches to keep an opponent down, as mean-spirited as it unquestionably was. But grabbing Valerie’s hair like that, hair she spent a rather long time perfecting, was simply an act of disrespect. The final straw.

She made a go for Tatiana, but Kaylee wasn’t letting that happen, instead yanking her back across the ring, pulling her like a garbage bag on trash day, and blabbing every step of the way.

Valerie didn’t fight it. Not at first. She waited, bided her time, played possum, until they reached around the middle of the ring…

That was the time she picked to make her move, her last ditch effort to pull this match out of the gutter. Twisting about, she squirm over to her back and drew her leg in, pulling Kaylee in along with it. From, she brought in her other leg and extended it as fast and hard as she could, planting her boot in the witch’s face and shoving her off with all the force she could muster.

Kaylee was making the process as degrading as possible as she dragged Valerie along behind her, pleased as punch with how well everything had been going.

As Valerie pulled her legs in suddenly, she was caught of guard, turning back to look down at the woman as she stumbled forward only to get booted square in the jaw. Her head snapped back as she staggered away before dropping over her backside, clutching her face as she let out a high pitched scream that was muffled in her palms. She kicked her boot heels angrily at the canvas as she glared at Valerie through the gaps between her fingers. Murder in her eyes.

Belle cringed, catching herself from laughing at Kaylee's expense.  She would have gotten an ear full about that if it had slipped. She filled the void with. "Get up!" instead, bringing a forearm up to snicker into as she pretended to wipe her mouth off to hide her smirk. Kaylee would be fine... maybe. She stood up a bit straighter, actually looking closer. Hopefully Valerie hadn't managed to break something, be it her jaw or a tooth. She winced again at the thought, shouting in earnest now. "Come on Kaylee, get up!"

The kicking, the moonsault, the constant embarrassment as Kaylee picked her apart and tested her patience with every word…

All of it was almost made completely worth it, simply for getting the chance to kick Kaylee in the face like that, and hearing the scream that accompanied it. Not quite, but almost. ”I’m sorry,” She spoke just loud enough for Kaylee to hear her, over the few Novae-fans who were cheering her on and the  many Party Hard fans who were booing here. ”Couldn’t hear you without your teeth. Say again?”

Valerie was rarely the type to engage in that sort of taunting, but that opportunity was simply too ripe to pass. Now that it was out of the way, she focused on a much more important task, and she began a mad scramble toward her corner, hauling herself along as fast as she could, which wasn’t very fast at all.

Further, further, further Valerie crawled, Tatiana’s hand growing closer by the second. She didn’t look back, couldn’t look back, not wanting to waste a single second, knowing they had wasted too many already. Just a little more, and…

”Gotcha!”

Tatiana and Valerie slapped hands, and the younger Siamko sister was quick to hop into the ring. She wasn’t sure what she would be facing, if Kaylee had made the tag, or any of it. All she knew was that turning this match around from the mess she’d started was something only she could do, now. Nothing else mattered.

Oh, she would be facing Kaylee. There wasn't a chance she was not going to go after Valerie. She dabbed her face and lips, making sure she hadn't be split open, boring a hole into Valerie's head with her glare. She rocked herself to her feet with a wobble before taking off after the woman. She had to stop Valerie, had to put her back in her place. She had lost so much ground though, she wasn't going to reach them in time. Alright, fine. Let them have their little tag, she would give the sister a going away gift. Kaylee came running, right by Valerie just before the tag, it was possible she could have stopped the woman, but hedged her bets. She jumped the rest of the distance, touching down on the middle turnbuckle of their corner before back flipping, sending a wild pele kick down at Valerie as her last send off.

Belle grit her teeth as Kaylee bought into her own scheme, being baited by the other blond. He hand was still outstretched in waiting. She wanted to shout for the girl, to tell her to stop. She knew better. Kaylee wouldn't listen, and alerting the other two would only put her partner in more danger. She was helpless in the corner, slamming her fist down on the turnbuckle in frustration. Kaylee was still fresh between the two of them, ultimately her being in still was the better call. She just needed Kaylee to focus up and stop it with this petty behavior... more petty than normal behavior anyhow. It was driving her nuts. "Tagged!" She shouted as the sisters made the exchange, not sure if Kaylee saw it, but letting her know who to expect.

Two seconds. Maybe three.

That was all the time Tatiana really had to work with between the tag and Kaylee’s interception on Valerie. She knew from watching the show that the blond was quick on her feet, a natural and gifted athlete, but the woman swifter than even she’d anticipated.

A definite problem to deal with. But, she would deal with it.

For the moment, though, she couldn’t move fast enough to save Valerie, not from the Pele Kick that was coming her way. It slashed against sister’s back with the speed of a whip and a much greater impact, making her arch her back as she wailed away, her face screwed tight with a pain grimace.

Tatiana couldn’t stop that from happening, but she could avenge Valerie, and that was what she went for. Moving in from behind, she pulled roughly Kaylee up to her feet, put her arm under the blonde’s shoulder, put a tight grip on her waist and thigh, then proceeded to lift her up, over, and down, attempting to drop her flat on her upper back.

A belly-to-back suplex. Not something Tatiana typically did, but she’d been known to bust them out on special occasions, and this definitely counted.

The satisfaction she received from her stinging send off hand been good. She hand landed flat on her stomach surprisingly graceful with how cruel momentum could be. Hand planted she moved to pop herself back up only to find she wasn't alone in wanting to get to her feet. The redhead, the other sister was helping her rise, but not the way she wanted. "Erk!"

As she was brought up she flailed, trying to make herself too difficult to handle, but it didn't seem to help. Tatiana had gotten a good hold on her from the start, enough to carry her the entire way through the suplex. She bucked after impact with a cry of pain. She questioned now much much that kick had actually been worth as she winced, starting up at Tatiana through pained eyes. The question was what to do next.

Staying down was rarely a good idea, not unless you really needed to recover. She had t been watching enough to know what Tatiana's thing was, except the kick... Yeah, that sold her on getting away, or at least trying. Kaylee kicked out her foot at one of the redhead's shins in an attempt to cover her retreat. Shoulder over shoulder she would roll to the side before attempting to pick herself up. She lacked her usual spring, actually having to pull herself to her feet.

”For the record,” Tatiana spoke through grunts as she struggled to lift Kaylee into the air. ”That’s why I like Belle more.”

Tatiana brought Kaylee down hard with a rocking crash, a decent feat for someone who’d ever done the move haphazardly on a sister who wasn’t struggling nearly as much as she could. Their fans gave a good cheer at the move, glad to see their newfound favorites were finally back in the game after such a hard run.

Speaking of, Tatiana found herself wondering what to call their fans, something to counter the Daywalkers. Novae-rs? Didn’t roll off the tongue. Stargazers? That kind of worked.

Back in reality, Tatiana popped up with a smile for her Stargazers, doing a quick kip up despite the niggling pain in her back.  Kaylee pushed her away, keeping her from capitalizing right, and as she stepped back, Tatiana spared a glance towards Valerie, seeing her sister as she rolled out on the apron, laying exactly where she herself had languished a few minutes ago. She wanted to take a quick second to check on her, make sure she was okay, but…

”I’m good!” Her sister shook her head and pointed at the withering Kaylee. ”Go, go, go!”

”I’m go, go, going!” She called back, right before she broke into a run, dashing towards the ropes. She hit them hard, then came charging back to Kaylee as she worked her way up. At the last second before impact, she ducked, shot her legs out, and tried to slam into her favorite vlogger’s stomach with a baseball slide, trying to knock her out of the ring.

She liked Belle more? What did that even mean? Obviously this girl was just trying to mess with her, just like her garbage sister. The both of them in cahoots to try and ride Party Hard's coattails. What did she know? Everyone loved Kaylee more. Even on Coming Together, she was the star. She always got the most fan mail, the nicer trailer, even a better contract. Even now, between the three channels they managed together, her personal channel was more popular than any of the others. Clearly this girl was being spiteful. Kaylee was an internet darling. Everybody loved her, as they should.

Grabbing hold of the ropes she grunted, starting to sit herself up. The running footfalls on the mat alerted her as she looked to the charging Tatiana. She preemptively winced, both women having the same idea with different executions. Kaylee dropped to her side to attempt to roll out of the ring, almost escaping. Tatiana's slide collided with her back, popping her over the edge before she was ready, flailing as she soared to the ground. Miraculously she landed on her feet, only to carry her stumbling momentum into the barricades. She slumped against the barrier, cheek pressed against it as she groaned. A few members of the crowd looked over the edge, nerding out she was right there in front of them! Then promptly snapped a few pictures of her disoriented body.

Belle winced as Kaylee flew, and not in her usual way. Glancing between Tatiana and Kaylee she came to a sudden realization of what the redhead might do. She popped two fingers into her mouth, pulling them to the corners of his lips as she let forth an incredibly loud sharp whistle to get Tatiana's attention. Without taking any time to wait, she dropped down, looking to maintain eye contact as she made her way around the ring on the outside, shaking her head 'no' to the girl in the ring. She was allowed to participate as much as she wanted out here without any form of retribution from the official. If Tatiana was planning to do some sort of death defying leap to the outside against Kaylee, belle wanted her to know the cost was going to be having to deal with her.
