MIO vs Chloe Ruiz

Her kicking out allowed Mio to be free from Chloe's grasps for a while, and she'd roll around to try getting up. First on her hands and knees, then to her feet, once she had adjusted her breath. She might not be given too much time given by her opponent, but should Chloe charged at her or something, Mio would try to roll out of the girl's way.

Chloe's attack failed as Mio rolled out of the way, The Brazilian would stumble a little as she brought her hands down to right herself and prevent herself from falling on her face. Mio managed to avoid Chloe's follow up, and she'd then attempt to get behind her opponent to wrap her arms around the girl's waists. Her plan was to then attempt to snake an arm around one of the girl's to lock in a half nelson, but if Chloe could react faster, then she might not be able to do that.
