"Blooming" by the Yoshida Bros. signalled the entrance of one of AFW's fan favorites. The crowd was in an uproar as Akashi came down the ramp. Sporting her trademark green mawashi sash and a green sports bra she came down the ramp at a liesurely pace, waving to the crowd. Adrenaline was already pumping through her at the chance to get into the ring again after her last victory.

She climbed into the rin and performed her Sumo ritual before slipping to her corner to warm up as she awaited her opponent.

The lights started to dim for her opponent's entrance. The slow, somber beat of Rose's music began to play, and a silhouette of a woman in a cowboy hat could be seen with her back against the side of the entrance. Her red eyes, which were glazed over, scanned out into the arena, and snorted softly. This was what she was reduced to. From taking in breakers of the law and receiving hefty sums for them, sometimes even killing them if it was needed to fighting for the amusement of others. "You can run on for a long time. Run on for a long time. Run on for a long time. Sooner or later gonna cut you down" The song played. Rose let out a small, dejected sigh before slowly stepping down towards the ramp.

"Go and tell the midnight rider, tell the rambler the gambler, the back biter. Tell 'em that God's gonna cut em down" She continued down at her slow pace while those cold red eyes gazed at the empty ring. For someone who was supposed to be broken down, she sure as hell was fighting a lot. She finally reached the bottom of the ring after what seemed like an eternity, especially to the one she was staring down in the ring. She stared up at the ropes for a moment before climbing up them, and stepped into the ring. She looked around at the audience, and regarded them with a disgusted snort before stepping to her corner. Her music slowly died down once she was in the corner, and she took off her cowboy hat, resting it on the top of the corner, and then turned her dull eyes towards her opponent, and cracked her knuckles slowly

Akashi watched with amusement at the dramatic entrance of her opponent. It takes all kinds She thought as she inspected. But she knew that even if the girl seemed a bit strange, she looked pretty darn tough. Akashi was glad and hoped she was as tough as she seemed. WHile Rose mosied down tot he ring, Akashi took a seat against the ropes.

As rose got in adn got to her corner, Akashi stood up and stepped forward. She bowed deeply to Rose and took a fighting stance. "Your eyes look like a warrior who's lost her way." She said with a serious yet respectful tone. "But your body still has the will to fight. I hope that by the end of the fight, your eyes will have the same sort of burning desire, Yankee-san." She said not knowing what else to call the girl.

Rose snorts as Akashi bows to her. If only she did that a little closer. Rose stepped forward as well. "Hmph. Asian type. All about honor and spirit." She commented. "Your kind really pissed me off back in the day, always looking shy and meek, yet always packing one hell of a punch with such a tiny body." She commented, and raised her fists up, ready to brawl.

"Maybe I'll get a little satisfaction after beating your face in." She stated, awaiting the bell to ring.

Akashi grinned. "Honorable yes.' She said. "But as you can see I am not so tiny. Unfortunately that means that I pack even more of a punch!" She was really excited now. "I would like the same satisfaction so I will not hold back!" As the bell clanged, she charged forward and brougth her hand back, looking to throw out one of her famous sumo hand slaps at Rose's chest.

Rose snorts a little. It was true, they were of the same height, and she looked like she had a few more pounds on her as well. No doubt it was her tits, Rose thought as she moved in.

Rose already had her fists up at her chest, so she just raised them slightly to block the slap, and then would jab out with her right, aiming right for the sumo's nose, her fist striking out much like a snake looking to bite it's opponent hard.

When she saw that her first slap was blocked, she smiled. Of course a good Sumo would have blocked it too, but in that instant, she threw her second hand out as well, this time aimed at the chin. It was at that same moment that Rose sent out her own fist. Akashi knew she would be eating it but she hoped that she could get her own slap in as well. She also wanted to show just how tough an hombre she really was by taking the punch. She had been hit pretty hard ihn some previous matches and could generally tell the strength of an opponent by how bicg a gobsmack they could deliver.

Rose nailed her fist straight home, but at the same time she took a slap back to the chin. "Gh.." She grunts, taking a step back before stepping back in, teeth clenched as she faked another punch at her before trying to slap a hard knee into Akashi's waist, hoping to make her hurt.

Akashi was wracked from the punch and grunted as she was forced to stepped back, annoyed that Rose did as well, she was hoping to get in close where she was more effective. Stepping forward again, she ducked her head to avoid the punch and brought her hands down again to try and go for the grab once more only to find a knee in her gut. Her eyes widened, Rose was pretty tough but it seemed she never fought a sumo before. Akashi would reach up to try and grab ahold of the knee, trying to keep them close to minimize the range of Rose's strikes. If she could, she would then try and throw rose off balance and to the ground.

Rose was surprised when Akashi took the full brunt of the blow. "You've gotta be-" She started to growl, but was cut off when Akashi grabbed her knee, and ended up taking her down to the ground. As she fell to her back, Rose would immediately start slamming fierce lefts and rights at Akashi's head while trying to clamp her legs tightly around her waist.
