Speranza vs. Raynare (AFW vs. SRW) - Goth Battle

With the titantron lights blaring, the speakers bursting out the theme music, and the announcers rattling off the commentary for all tv spectators, the match seemed set. The audiences were ready for this matchup!

Stepping down from the walkway ramp out of the gate, with the lighting fading out to hide her approach, then dramatically turning on showing her lithe, graceful walk, hips swaying, her arms only slightly moving, Raynare, the Servant of Pain, made her way to the ring. Standing 6'4 tall yet barely weighing 90 kilos, she seemed almost weightless in her strut as she walked, a bit uncanny even.

As she got close to the ring, her small wings on her back flapped, causing a gust of wind to burst out from behind her and propel her towards the air, which she used to make a high jump and land into the center of the ring. Sticking a 3 point landing, she slowly stood up, as her wings flapped to dramatically release another gusr of wind as she stood, hands on hips, and turned towards the ramp to see who her opponent today will be.

Whoever it will be, she hoped it'll be something fun! She always felt energized whenever she got the audiences excited.

Sperznza peaked and saw her wings and the gust she made. she wonders if that is even legal. that did surprise her.

She went out and she did a sping for the crowd. the purple fog started to come out as she has her hands behind her back as she walks down the ramp. after she leaves the ramp she spins to the left side f the ring gets onto the ring and puts one knee down. she stares at the people and then goes into the ring. she goes to make her body and form the outside fo the ropes and uses it to bounce a bit then he goes inside the ring and puts her hand under her face in a v shape and smiled.

Raynare observed Speranza as she did her showboat to the audience. Stroking her own chin, she looked Speranza up and down, her eyes narrowing then shrugging.

"Human. I hope you have the ability to keep up with me. If not..." Speranza could see Raynare...talking? Actually, Raynare didn't even have a mouth and that voice sounded like it was coming out of... somewhere, she could certainly hear it in her ears, "I can go easy on you."

"I can keep up. Never hold back. your opponents won't."

she goes to examine her trying to figure out what kind of fighter she is. maybe a high flyer? probably so. She does not want her to go easy on her.


*bell rings*

Raynare simply shrugged again, not giving another word(?).

Hearing the bell ring, she walked away from her corner and towards Speranza, and then started circling in the middle. She didn't have her arms out in any stance, instead, kept her usual stance that she had walked in with; her arms by her sides, her posture calm, as she just seemed to stare at Speranza.

Speranza walks toward her seeing what she is gonna do. probably aiting for her which she is expecting but however, if she can get close enough she knows what to do first so she is expecting and attack.

Raynare kept circling Speranza, eyeing her opponent, seemingly waiting for a move from her. Her stature remained unbroken for an uncomfortable while as the audience held their breath in tension.

And it was broken as she broke into a brief stride and going for a sliding kick towards Speranzas legs!

Sperzna paying very close attention was hit but was able to use the ropes to catch herself then she tried to use it to go in for a spirng board elbow drop on top of her since she was down. trying to capitalize on her trying to get back up.

The hit did land, but Speranzas reactive elbow drop was certainly a surprise! Raynare recieved the brunt of the attack on her chest, but she was just as quick to respond via grabbing Speranza by the hair, pulling her head up, and throwing a punch right at her face.

Speranza was glad her eblow strike work on her but now she sees that she fights dirty. grabbing her hair and head to make her get up. she feels the punch directly go into her face as she takes a step back to try and avoid getting hit. maybe just maybe she can counter.
