Catelyn Cormac Vs. Megumi Mutoh (Completed)

Catelyn was being called for her first normal match in Friction, it was to be a normal match, not anything weird or strange, and it made her feel great, a chance to have a nice old fashioned fight, she had read up a bit about her opponent and she already felt like they were gonna have a good match.

As she made her way to the are right before the entrance, as soon as [url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eNlRqyUV4ss:2a6rgtwc]Attero Dominatus by Sabaton[/url:2a6rgtwc] began playing she went out onto the ramp, She wore her usual attire, a Black bikini top with a red flame motive, black hot-pants, light pink stockings, white boots, and black gloves, her hair was tied into a long pony tail.

Catelyn began jogging down towards the ring, giving a few waves to the crowed as she got a relatively good reaction, not too many cheers, but she didn't seem to be getting any booing from the crow, when she reached the ring she would roll in under the bottom ropes, and get up to her feet, giving a few more waves to the crowd before she made her way to her corner, to await her opponent.

After Catelyn entered the ring, the crowd remained abuzz, all of them expectant of their idol Megumi Mutoh to enter and walk down the ramp. However, after the idol didn't show up for nearly a full minute, the crowd began to get a little restive. What was going on? What was taking her so long?

Then, suddenly, the lights all cut out. Some members of the crowd, particularly the first-timers, were quite surprised, but the rest cheered as they knew a good show was about to come on. Colored lights flashed on, dancing around the crowd. Then, Megumi's [url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Imc0DaE50jY&feature=related:6z41wj9d]music[/url:6z41wj9d] began playing over the speakers. On the Jumbotron screens played the music video for the song. But still, the idol wasn't anywhere to be seen.

That is, until the final refrain hit. Then the screens all cut to the cameras pointing at the small stage at the end of the ramp. There, Megumi stood, singing live the last little bit of the song. The crowd cheered wildly as Megumi finished up the song, giving them all a wave and a bow before heading down the ramp and into the ring.

Megumi gave the crowd another wave while inside of the ring, blowing them kisses as well. She then turned around, facing her opponent. Truth was, since she was facing someone new, management wanted to do something over-the-top to draw a huge crowd. Megumi hoped that entrance and the debut of her new song would be enough to keep her end of the bargain.

Catelyn clapped her hands and whistled at Megumi´s amazing performance, "That was AWESOME!" she said happily to Megumi, "You're REALLY GOOD" she praised Megumi,

"If you're as good at fighting as you are at singing, i might not stand a chance" Catelyn said modestly, "Oh yeah sorry, forgot to introduce myself, I am Catelyn, Catelyn Cormac...but just call me Cat, everybody else does." she said as she moved in closer to Megumi offering a hand shake.

"Hmm, looks like I have a new fan," Megumi thought as she saw Catelyn's reaction to her song. She had to admit, she liked this one quite a lot.

"I'm glad you liked it Catelyn," Megumi said, accepting her handshake, "You probably know me already. Megumi Mutoh, at your service." She looked Cat up and down, getting a feel for her opponent. The girl certainly had a nice body and a cute face, no doubt she was quite the acquisition for AFW. Megumi wondered how good the girl was at fighting though. Especially since in her mind, she was better at wrestling than at singing.

"Let's have a good match!" Megumi said with a smile, breaking the handshake and going back to her own corner to do a few final stretches.

"Yeah, let´s" Cat said as she would walk to her corner, performing a few stretches, awaiting the bell, as soon as it rang she would move to the center of the ring and place herself into a grappling stance, "Anytime you're ready" she said as she would offer a test of strength to Megumi.

Seeing Cat offer the test of strength, Megumi moved up, making it seem like she was going to lock up with the girl, when in fact she was going for a trick! When Catelyn moved up to lock fingers together, Megumi would suddenly grab the girl's hands, and then swing off to the side, attempting to throw the girl to the side and send her to the mat!

Cat was expecting her opponent to lock up with her fairly, but she went for a trick, pulling her and throwing her to the side, with quick thinking Cat would in the throw when she hit the mat perform a roll, to lessen the impact, and roll so she got up to her feet, she would turn around to face Megumi "Not confident in you're strength?" she would ask.

"Oh I'm plenty confident," Megumi said, "I just find tests of strength boring." The girl was agile it seemed, rolling with the motion and getting up to her feet quickly. Megumi took a step to the side, before dashing forward at her opponent. She would send a high kick right at Cat's face, wondering if the girl would be fast enough to block that!

"you could have just said so" Cat remarked at Megumi, standing ready as the Crimson warrior dashed towards her, Cat keeping her eyes at her opponent saw her going for a high kick, and would attempt to dodge it by crouching down in a last moment, and proceed to move in behind Megumi and rise quickly to her feet and wrap her arms around the Crimson warrior´s waist, Before Cat would throw herself back and Megumi with her, in a kinda sloppy German suplex.

"But that'll take the fun out of making you fall!" Megumi quipped. She was expecting Cat to dodge or block the kick, so she wasn't surprised when the girl ducked under it. Megumi quickly recovered, pulling her leg back and getting back into position. However, Cat surpised her by ducking behind and grabbing her around the waist! She felt herself getting lifted up, then sent backwards in a very sloppy suplex! It did it's job though, hurting Megumi quite a bit. Megumi fell, rolling over onto her front, groaning in pain with one hand behind her neck.
