Xue Lan vs Cath Anderson

"Sigh..." Xue Lan sighed as she put on her light gloves. This was the first time she was offically taking part in a boxing match. The girl was nervous because she had usually relied on her kicks in a fight. Today would be the first time she could not.

She knew that boxing was something meant to break that habit. Hitting her face lightly, the girl dredsed in her family battle attire(see profile) made her way down to the ring after last preparations. The theme "Silver Will, Golden Wings" began playing.

Climbing up the steel stairs, she made her way into the ring awaiting her opponent

A full boxing match was the first thing in Cath's path to becoming, a prodigy boxer to her brother Lee, who she had learned from during her time in Japan, training with him most days, to work on her quickness in the ring along with her punches. Cath wasn't a heavyweight, nor a lightweight, but more of a newbie in training...as tonight's match would really test her skills, whether she won or got knocked out tonight. "Come on Cath, Big Oppa Lee is counting on me~" she thought to herself as she walked down the arena aisle, dressed in a white boxer gown, covering her red bikini attire underneath with her red gloves to her side...keeping her head held high, looking at her opponent standing there in the ring as the crowd cheered and flashed they're camera's.

Eager to see the two box it out...

"Here goes nothing...maybe, maybe I should say hello to her..." Cath continued to think, sliding through the ropes, before standing in the middle of the ring with Xue. "H Hi there Miss, I hope...we can have a good fight tonight!~" she said, looking up at her opponent confident.

"Don't talk too much." Xue replied to her as she did some last minute stretching. "Whatever you want to say, you should say it after the match.". The girl had nothing against Cath, but she didnt believe in pointless chatter.

Walking forward to confront her opponent, Xue would wait then ask if Cath was ready. If she was, Xue would then put fist which was wrapped in blue light gloves forth for a fist bump. If she accepted, the ring girl would ring the bell starting the fight.

Poor Cath was shut up immediately, as she widened her eyes at Xue's, far from sports woman attitude before the match had even began. Making her think if this what was to expect in the ring, outside of the comfort of the gym she trained at, "w well...I'm here to win today, so...w watch out..." Cath replied, bashing her own red gloves against Xue's, psyched, and ready to go in fighting in her first ever boxing match. Even if this persons attitude, killed Cath's nerves a whole lot on what to expect from Xue...

Fast or tough, Cath would soon find out as the bell rang for round one, bringing herself into Xue with her fists up, and light breathes panting on her bare chest with each step.

As soon as their fists touched signalling the start of the match, Xue would suddenly step forth till they were up close and jabbed at Cath's face twice before she did a feint. Pretending to throw a left jab to her face, Xue would suddenly duck and hit her kidney's with a right hook.

The girl was here to win. Though that didn't mean that she was going to fight like a bitch, just a silent girl.

"Agh!?....n'uffh! ouhh..." Cath groaned while she blinked, her hair swaying in motion, taking Xue's two forward blows as soon as the match had started, making her lose a little sight, as the little girl would be ready to block Xue's next punch at her. Unfortunate for Cath though, she felt nothing punch into her guarded up gloves shielding her face, thinking that her opponent may of stepped back a bit for some air...but she was all too wrong. "Gnoufffh!" Cath spluttered out as Xue laid another punch, into her stomach area this time, as it would send Cath stumbling back into the corner as the ref came in...

Xue seemed scary...and hit pretty hard too...but Cath needed to focus, and try not end up like a punching bag for the first round.

Stumbling back into a corner so quickly, was a good thing for Xue. Not so much for Cath though. Xue knowing that being stuck in a corner meant that there was little way to dodge, advanced on her opponent. She threw a series of swift jabs at Cath's face, before ducking down and throwing a series of punches towards her stomach. She would continously alter between face punches and belly shots in an attempt to wear Cath down.
She was certain that as long as she laid on the pressure, the girl would be hard press to retaliate.
