Molding The Clay

Alaina had her choke locked in as her legs crushed Aisha's body and arms squeezed her head. "Come on, you know you can get out of this somehow. What are you going to do?" Alaina asked as she kept the hold locked in, trying to make Aisha think in the heat of the moment. She would have to do that in a match so Alaina wanted her to be able to do it now. Practice against submissions was key for any wrestler, and Aisha was finding that out the hard way!

Aisha was having a rather bad time trying to escape. She was weak to these sort of moves, either to inexperience or just her mind not being able to think of a proper way to escape. She couldn't force it nor could she really escape all that well. However this sort of training was needed. In the ring it wouldn't be this friendly like Alaina was allowing it to be.

Alaina kept the hold locked in and spoke to Aisha. "Use your momentum, try to get us to roll and keep rolling us into the ropes if you can't use technique or fight your way out.... I know you can do it!" Alaina said as she urged Aisha on, hoping she could figure out a way to build momentum to allow the women to roll. If Alaina feel the ropes touch she would readily release the hold but until Aisha escaped it was up to Alaina to make sure she was stuck!

Did exactly what Alaina had said to her and began to roll her body weight around in an attempt to escape the hold. She had to power through it and not give up otherwise it would be rather embarrassing for her, if anything, she had to show to Alaina that she was capable of being in the AFW. Her hand reaching out, taking such training seriously as she pushed herself to try and grab the ropes, finally grabbing it to break the now illegal hold.

Alaina felt Aisha twisting and turning until the two rolled and kept rolling until Alaina felt herself against the ropes! She smiled and nodded with approval as she let go of Aisha getting herself up to her feet and rolling away. She crouched and had her arms up, ready for action once more. However this time instead of moving in she waited back, eager to see ho Aisha would respond if given a chance to go on the offensive.

Had managed to get back on her feet again. This was endurance now, training herself to take the submissions and power through them with her mind instead of her body. She tried to duck in to grapple with Alaine, but this was a feint to try and get around her and towards her back for the grapple, attempting to wrap around her arms in a chicken wing and suplex her training partner.

Alaina moved in for the grapple but was surprised when Aisha ducked low to get hold of the amazon! Before Alaina could react she went up and landed hard! The amazon cried out in pain and kicked the mat, her arm also hurting given the type of suplex used against her. Aisha had created an opening for herself and Alaina was now laid out on the canvas clearly in a good deal of pain!

Aisha would slam Alaina hard as she ended the suplex successfully, her risky maneuver having paid off as she rolled away from Alaina to set herself up for her next move. A second or two taken to get back up on her and take a breath as she then rushed to the ropes, rebounding off of it to build up speed and turn back quickly for a running moonsault, with her aimed landing to be right for the downed Alaina before she could try and recover in time. If not, she'd have to improvise with a quick a dirty jumping sole kick.

Alaina saw Aisha running to the ropes knowing that nothing good was going to happen if she stayed still! As soon as Aisha jumped up to land on the middle rope Alaina quickly rolled off to the side to get out of the way! Alaina would roll a few times to get a good distance away, however she still was hurting and the rise to her feet was going to be a slow one.

There was nothing there for Aisha to strike when she jumped up on the ropes, flying through the air before landing oddly as she herself rolled on the ring, confused at why she had missed. It didn't help that she had now lost track of Alaina and that was not something you wanted to do with an opponent that was rather tough to track, an experienced one to boot.
