Shizuko Himuro vs. Sachiko Kanda - GOD's And Monsters

The agonizing army crawl towards the distant tethers could have served as a fitting summation of the match as whole for Shizuko. As it was an arduous journey since its initiation that tested the utmost limits of the psychic's physical capabilities, with the only true constants throughout the ordeal being Sachiko's snide commentary sprinkled in as the green-haired brawler found ways to subdue Shizuko through raw strength and technical abilities all her own. The twin-tailed psychic's stubborn pride refusing to allow herself to submit through sheer willpower alone considering submissions were meant to be her forte anyway, and luckily that experience of being stretched out on the ring allowed her to endure the STF long enough to grasp onto the bottom rope with one extended stretch of her arm. The foreboding proclamation of the godly striker was still not enough to stymie the relief from being released from the neck cranking torture as Shizuko flopped face-first onto the mat.

"...*breathe*...Hah...So...So it appears..." Shizuko haggardly breathed out with her hands weakly grasping onto the ropes, sounding just as defeated as she already foresaw she was. A brief glimpse into the future that she didn't need to be psychic to see. Nor did the masses at large whom Sachiko stirred up into a rousing ovation and agreed that the psychic was long since outwrestled by her adversary, and was merely a lamb being led to slaughter now. A pathetic moan being muttered out as Shizu flinched while clambering up the ropes one at a time before unknowingly turning herself about with a few steps into her ultimate destruction. Shizuko spinning to the side from the world class haymaker mashed into her cheek and obviously taking her to an extended stay in La-La Land if you could catch the glassy haze in her half-lidded eyes as she splashed on to the canvas with a slight wiggle to her rump. The referee taking a split-second to double check after kneeling beside Shizu before signaling for the bell and a Kayo win for Sachiko.

Sachiko carefully measured Shizuko as she prepared to use the God Hand knowing that if she missed it, Shizuko would have an opening to counterattack. Sachiko approached with caution as Shizuko finally got to a vertical base after using the ropes to get back up. "Aaaaaaah!" Sachiko roared as she unleashed her punch, striking the clairvoyant's cheek with the full force of her punch. Shizuko fell to the ground with all the grace of a person cannonballing into a pool, but not without giving Sachiko an unintentional wiggle of her beautiful rear. Sachiko backed off as the referee checked on Shizuko, making sure if she was responsive enough to continue. After a few moments the referee motioned for the bell, and like that Sachiko had secured her first win in AFW. She would walk around the ring, letting the crowd cheers wash over her.

Sachiko would then kneel down next to Shizuko, turning her body over so that she was on her back. "Hey, Shizu. I know your cage got rattled a bit but, if you don't wake up, I may do something ecchi to you." Sachiko teased as she tried to get Shizuko back to a conscience state. Sachiko knew Shizuko quite well from their shared time in the Wrestle Angels league as such she knew quite a few things about her, such as what would wake the clairvoyant up after taking one of Sachiko's punches.

This being her chosen profession for the past several years, Shizuku was unfortunately rather familiar with being rendered unconscious and the eclipsing darkness that accompanied it. Certain gifted brawlers within her old federation were infamous for attaining victories through one cocked back strike and nothing more. Although those who possess the raw physicality and brute strength needed to accomplish such a feat were somewhat of a rarity, Shizuku supposed it was simply her preordained fate tonight to be matched up against one of such godly striking capability. Typically, Shizuko would be awoken by the referee accompanied with several medical personnel. So one can imagine her surprise when the first person who came into focus of her blurred vision was her concerned adversary.

"...*sigh*...Not even given the mercy of a moment's respite, it appears." The rattled clairvoyant muttered out with a wayward gaze briefly directed towards the rooflights above, afterward wearily beginning to shuffle herself up to a seated position. Astounding audience members at the resilience of W.A. veterans as Sachiko was proven correct with the ease with which Shizu recouped. Although noticeably flinching from being reacquainted with the aches and pains that came from being resuscitated. "...Nnngh...A valiant effort, rewarded with a well-earned victory. Congratulations, I only hope I did not disappoint. You'll forgive me if I'm rather succinct in my words. I find it hard to speak at the moment." Shizu cupped her chin while saying so as her jaw ached with every word.
