The After-After-Party Is Where The Real Fun Begins

"Luck had nothing to do with it, stop saying that." Taylor said, but couldn't help smiling back up at him.

"Yeeeeeeeees?" She giggled. "This is cozy. I'm going to go to sleep right here."

Johnny did make for a comfortable sort of blanket, but maybe not the sort she'd be able to fall asleep under. She was tired, though. The after-party seemed like it was years ago, and she could barely remember what Cecelia looked like anymore. She had to remember to thank Cassie somehow... Without her who knows where they would've ended up or how the night would've gone differently. There was nothing she would've wanted to be different about any of it.

"Get me under blankets, Jun-Bug. I wanna get comfortable with you." She said with a twinkle in her eye. It seemed like there was a lot that went unsaid between the two of them, and that was okay for now. Maybe talking about it too much would dispel some of the magic of their two-day-old relationship. She had ruined relationships before by being crazy, and she wanted to treat this one like a baby bird.

She rubbed her nose against Johnny's and giggled.

Johnny's eyes brightened. "Yes, Ma'am!" He said and pushed off of Taylor, grabbing the blankets and pulling it over the two of them like a cape. He let the blankets float over them and pushed his body up against hers, letting an arm rest just under her breasts ad he pushed his hand against her side and hugged her close, nestling his head into her neck and giving it a kiss before he suddenly yawned.

"haaawww... shit, hehe." He giggled and began to play with her hair a bit. "This is like... totally awesome." He added and laughed softly again, closing his eyes, which suddenly felt heavy. He took in her scent, it was calming and even though they were in some weird hotel thingy, Johnny couldn't have been happier right where he was.

Taylor giggled. "Yeah."

It was pretty awesome, and totally unexpected. Where did Johnny come from, anyway? It was as if he'd just fallen out of the sky into her life. Happy accidents like that didn't ever happen to Taylor... She had a way of "ruining the moment" in most delicate situations, it was a miracle that this one survived. Maybe Johnny had a natural immunity to Taylor's crazy mouthiness. Maybe that made him perfect.

Or maybe he just really wanted to get laid. At that moment, Taylor didn't care. She snuggled up tightly against him, nuzzling her cheek against his bare skin, and yawned. The lights were still on, but she wasn't about to make the trek across the room to turn them off. She stayed glued to Johnny in a single mass of tangled arms and legs, long blue hair and spikey silver, bare skin and blankets.

She almost never fell asleep quickly. Usually she would lay awake for a long time before her troubled mind calmed down enough to let her off. Tonight, there was no such delay, and as she fell asleep, blissful and warm, she thought of nothing at all.
