AFW Title Match

Akashi groaned as her face turned red from the pressure as Sarah bent her back painfully. The strain from crawling to the ropes was also straining. Her muscles felt like they were on fire and was making it very hard for her to keep crawling. But the sumo pushed on and fell forward at the last moment to try and wrap her fingers around the bottom rope.

Sarah worked the boston crab with all she had, almost like she was attmpting to break Akashi in half. But inevitably Akashi would end up making it to the ropes, and the ref would call for a rope break. Sarah held the submission a few seconds longer than she should have, with the ref shouting harsh warnings at her, but eventually Sarah would do as she was supposed to and release both of Akashi's legs.

Hoping the boston crab did its work in slowing Akashi down at little Sarah would dismount her sumo opponant. "Not going down easy, are ya?" Sarah asked with heavy pants. "Neither am I." She would attempt to grab Akashi by her arm, and use it to haul her back up to her feet. Using that arm she would attmpt to irish ehip Akashi straight into the opposite ropes, and when she came back on the rebound Sarah would attmpt to leap into the air and deliver a powerful dropkick to Akashi's chest.

Akashi managed to grab the ropes but that didn't mean that Sarah was going to let up. "Gahaaa!" Akashi cried out as she felt the burning pain in her back. When Sarah finally let go, Akashi pushed herself forward and rested her head on the bottom rope and began to pant as hard as she could. After a few seconds she began to stand up and smile. "Never... And I wouldn't expect any less..."

As she was standing up, she felt her arm tugged and her eyes widened as she was tossed and her heavy steps reverberated through the ring as she barely managed to turn around.

The sumo's eyes narrowed as she was spun around. She lowered herhead and charged forward only to see Sarah fly throug the air. The feet hit her ches with a loud thud and Akashi stumbled backwards.

"UGGGH!"

Akashi's arms flailed in the air but sheremained on her feet, falling backward until she leaned against the ropes. She rested against them, holding her chest and panting deeply. Her legs felt weak and it was hard for her to continue.

she spit out some saliva and wiped her mouth. "Sarah-san... Get up..." She said and slumpled off the ropes, stumbling forward and lifting up her hands. "Hah... Hah... Get up... You're not a wrestler... I don't ... Even know... Hah... Why you're here... Hah... BUT WHATEVER! " She shouted suddenly and lumbered a step forward, raising her arms even higher. "Let's just... Hah... Finish this... Like bitches... I'll .... Hah... Beat you at your own game... Then... Hah... You'll finally be ... Shut up!"

After the dropkick Sarah dropped to the mat in a heap, but was quick to recover and get to her feet, hoping to either follow up with her attack or be ready in case Akashi pulled something out of her bag of tricks. She got back to her feet, her eyes on Akashi as she started to rise, her green eyes narrowed on her. The Queen of Brawl was also panting. She maybe had one last big move left in her. And she could only guess that Akashi had the same. At least she hoped that was the case.

Sarah cracked a sneer at Akashi as she did one of her usual rants, sounding very tired as she did so. "I don't know why you're here either," Sarah said with a rasp. "We both know you're just delaying what we both know will happen. You're gonna lose, and I'm gonna win. So if you wanna finish this, then shut up and come at me !" Sarah would then come at Akashi again, and would move to lock up with her in the middle of the ring.

Akashi grinned at Sarah's words. She nodded slightly and then lifted one hand up as she approached like she was calling for a test of strength. But she kept her other arm close and when Sarah pushed forward, Akashi pulled her lifted hand down to partially lock up and she would use her other hand to try and drive her palm into Sarah's ribs.

"UGH!" Sarah cried out as Akashi struck against her already damaged ribs. It was becoming much harder to breath now, and she couldn't be sure if her ribs were actually fractured from all this abuse. Sarah very nearly buckled under the hit, but managed to rally for a counter attack. Though it was clear she couldn't take many more of those.

The first thing Sarah would do was attempt to latch tightly to Akashi's throat with one of her hands and start to squeeze it. Then her other arm would rear back to slam straight itno the sumo's unprotected belly. The gut shot combined with the throttling would make breathing ver difficult for Akashi.

Akashi smirked when she jabbed Sarah's ribs again. She felt the hit and this was what she was looking for. She was looking to pull back again when she suddenly felt Sarah's hands wrap around her throat. Akashi gagged and her eyes widened as she tried to cough. "RRKGH!" Her hands went up to Sarah's wrist as her face turned red.

When Sarah slammed her fist into Akashi's gut, her eyes widened again and her knees buckled and she went to her knees, trying to fight off the choke. She Clenched her fist and pulled it back and aimed a closed fist at the rib she had been working over all night to try and get Sarah to release the grip on her throat.

Sarah's choke and punch combo made Akashi fall to her knees. Not exactly what Sarah had been intending but at least she knew she was hurting the sumo. Unfortunately, it was all too clear that the sumo was hurting her back. "GAAAHHH!!!!" Sarah screamed as another blow slammed into her injured rib. The hand that wasn't choking Akashi went to her side to clucth her side, but the other still clutched tightly around her opponant's throat.

Sarah grimaced in agonozing pain. Something definitely cracked after that last hit to her rib. She was so close. So close to ending this. Everything she had taken in this match had led up to this moment. She couldn't stop now. Sarah would not stop now. Fractured rib or not, she was not giving in.

Moving her hand away from the injured area she would bring it back to Akashi's neck, and would latch it around her neck along with the other one, choking the sumo with both hands. But this was only the set up to what she had planned. Pushing down the pain and fighting the tears that threatened to spring to her vision, Sarah would scream with defeaning determination, and would atempt to lift Akashi by her throat with both hands onto her feet and then right off the mat, suspending her mid-air by her windpipe.

Akashi felt it as her fist sunk into Sarah's side. She'd definitely gotten the better of the brawler. If she could just wriggle out of this choke hold, then she would finish Sarah off. She had THOUGHT that would her punch would have done it, but it didn't. Her hand clutching Sarah's wrist tightened but she made no other movements. She couldn't push up off her knees but, Sarah seemed to take care of that as well.

Akashi's heavy body was suddenly lifted and her already bulging eyes widened further as her tongue popped out of her mouth. She could feel blackness beginning to creep into her eyes and she knew she didn't have much left if she let Sarah hold her up, though, she doubted Sarah could even do that for very long and couldn't even understand how the brawler was doing it.

Akashi didn't have much left but the only way she thought she could hold off was to bring her legs up, which no longer hand to support her body, thanks to Sarah, and wrap them around Sarah's legs. Maybe if she could crush Sarah's ribs even more, Sarah would let go. Even if she didn't have the strength, her legs around Sarah's hips might just help relieve the pressure of the choke and even that would be SOMETHING.

Sarah's arms trembled as she held Akashi up, and her side was burning with seething pain. Every muscle in her body urged for her to quit, to throw in the towel, let Akashi win and have the damn belt but that simply wasn't who Sarah Gatt was. Backing down here would be something she would probably never live down. She could bleed later. She had a match to finish.

As Akashi's legs wrapped around her waist Sarah knew it was now or never. Her fractured ribs now started compressing between the sumo's meaty thighs, which was indeed extruciating but also presented an unexpected opportunity. Sarah would slwoly move one hand away from Akashi's throat, now holding her up by only one hand, while the other would rear back. Akashi's legs around her waist would provide a convient means of support for her to perform this move, which may not have been possible otherwise in her current state.

Now holding Akashi up by one hand Sarah's now free one would rear back, clenching tightly into a fist. Her green eyes glared stright up at Akashi's struggling face. Her face was coated with sweat, her red hair was a mess, and she was going to be lucky if she could even make it to the hospital after this. But even so, she would give Akashi a strained and tired smile. "This....is MY ring," she hissed. "Bitch."

And then Sarah would unlease the fist she had cocked back, putting every last bit of her strength behind it; everything she had into that single punch which would collide with Akashi's face. At the moment of impact Sarah would release the chokehold as well so the punch's momentum would literally send Akashi flying. This was Sarah's latest finisher, which she had dubbed the Slayer. Of course, even if she did pull this off, immediately afterwards Sarah would collapse to the mat along side her foe, all her energy gone, all put into this one last ditch effort.
