Ryan Knight vs Asashoryu Akinori

Ryan was getting a bit tired here. He was able to get one point but he still had 9 to get.
"Chucking her over the ropes looks more and more appealing." Ryan thought.

But how to do that? Perhaps he should try his hand at mind games? No the last time he did that she just countered.

"Guess this will have to do." Ryan thought as he took a deep breath and walked forward to the ring.

"You know we're both quite tough. Let's test it mano a mano shall we?" Ryan said as he reached the center, he then held his hands out for a test of power. If he was lucky he could lure her to a corner or the ropes. Of course it could just as easily backfire on him.

Asashoryu lifted an eye brow hearing Ryan's words wanting the sumo to go mano a mano with him. "eh you want me to go head to head with you Ryan-san?" She'd think on how this could turn out, if she were to do this she could get Ryan out of the ring and win but the same think could happen to her. "Your on Ryan-san!" Asashoryu would walk to the center joining hands with Ryan. "Ok Ryan in three, two one!" Asashouryu would use all her strength to push Ryan.

The two were locked up in the center of the ring. To Ryan it reminded him of the time he grappled with an orderly back at the asylum. The Doctor was yelling "No inches Ryan!"

Ryan grunted as the two put their backs into it. It was a good 50 seconds before Ryan slowly took a step back with his right foot. "Slowly....Part of the plan....." he thought.

The plan that Ryan was going for was to get to the ropes behind him, if he was lucky he could try and snatch her on the middle rope. Then he could grab her sumo gear and fling her out, but Ryan was a tad off balance due to moving his leg a bit.

He just hoped he could regain his center of gravity before Akinori could push him down. But if she did then she'd only be one point ahead and a 2 to 1 ratio. "It seems like a sort of win and a sort of loss right now." Ryan thought as he went for another small step back.

Asashouryu was given an extra burst of energy when she pushed Ryan back a step, tho taking her 50 seconds. Asashoryu was sweating like crazy tho giving her a slightly harder time to her grip. Panting Asashouryu felt Ryan's center of gravity go off, a circuital moment. Quickly Asashoryu would get go of her grip on Ryan's hands and would charge him at the mid section, so she could have the advantage.

Suddenly Ryan felt Akinori's hands let go of his. Instantly he was tackled by her at the mid section.
He grunted and his feet began sliding, in sheer despair he went for an elbow onto Akinori's back.
But he had a feeling that it was another point for her. "Why don't I just chuck her out the ring? Because she's fighting me. But still...." Ryan thought.

Another inch was given, the two were near the ropes now. Ryan could only hope that he wouldn't go past it.
But it looked like he was going down for another time. "Okay new plan I'm just going to aim for getting her out." Ryan thought.

Asashoryu was starting to run out of stamina as she pushed Ryan back, his elbow hit her hard and also reduce the stamina she had left to push Ryan out before she'd have to retreat before trying again. "(Panting) Ha... Ha... your pretty strong... Ryan..." Asashoryu would pause to regain her breath for a brief moment, "But I'm determaned to win this match!" With those words Asashoryu would wrap her arms under Ryans legs and try to lift him up and over the ropes!

"This ain't good!" Ryan yelled out. He was halfway over the ropes and if he did not do anything then he could surely lose. In pure desperation Ryan wrapped his arms around the ropes so to hang on.

"There goes any sort of planning!" Ryan thought, this looked like it was it..... But neither of them noticed the Doctor right behind them.....Of course if Akinori had one last wind she could probably knock him down as well without even knowing it.

Asashouyu was slowly incing Ryan up but him holding him self on the ropes, with one last push she'd use all her strength to push him out of the ring. If this didn't work Asashouryu would have to retreat to regain all the stamina she used in those moments. But right now the crowed was going crazy this very moment that could end the match.

Ryan was unable to keep on, he was flung over the ropes. However by the speed and power that was used Ryan did not go cleanly over the ropes. Rather as he fell down over the ropes his forehead banged itself hard on the apron.
Right after that the back of his head hit the thin mats below, he grunted before blacking out due to the double whammy.

All of this was done before the Doctor could catch him. If he was able to then he'd have placed Ryan back into the ring to carry on for victory, alas it was not the case.
"Ryan! Damm it he's out cold." John said.

The Professor scooped Ryan over his shoulder and walked up to the ramp where a medic was making his way over to check Ryan. The match was considered over as Ryan was knocked over the ropes and out the ring. But Ryan appeared to have taken a head injury.

Asashoryu would fall down on the mat landing with a thud, nearly out of energy. Asashouryu would slowly sit upright as she breathed heavily and sweating like a pig. The sumo would take a look around to see were Ryan was only to find him blacked out. "Oh no! Oh Jesus no!" Asashoryu had broken her moral code on how she would only injure the opponent to what is needed. Asashoryu would quickly get back stage to her girls locker room and quickly change back into her city wear. She'd stop for a moment tho as the guilt had made her sick in the stomach. She knew that she was going to barf so she quickly ran towards to washrooms just ready to barf. In the end even tho she won that match it came at a great price, so to Asashoryu it wasn't a win in her eyes.
