The Night Hunt (For blondiedegu)

Beginning to walk up the stairs to his room,Nick noticed something.For once....He souldnt find the scent of his beloved chocolate! Oh,the days he'd come home and damn near float to the room that had more chocolate than any sane person would have.But,it was overpowred.Now,Nick's intrest began to turn to mysterious thoughts.

Nova asks Nick to explain more about Tension.He didn't know how to reply all that well,but he tries. "Well,Tension is for guys,like I said.For male vs female matches.I guess.Sometimes the added stipulation to a match has a female having to stay the night in this building.Other than than,I'm not too sure...."

Nova listened intently as Nick explained to her about Tension...but couldn't help noticing a change in the air ...."is that, chocolate"? She asked Nick, getting slightly distracted...

He notices that her attention drifted away from his explanation.She was able to smell his delicious sweets....WHY NOT HIM?! They were his sweets,dammit...

The two had reached the floor Nick's room was on.He smiles and points to his door. "Its in there.I keep a whole supply for myself,though it isnt looked upon well."

The pair reached what appeared to be Nicks' room. The nose was overwhelmed by the intense chocolate scent as he explained that he keeps a supply in his room. "not looked well upon, why?" she asked in slight confusion. "i love chocolate....although if i eat it in my wolf form it could kill me", she added..

She had no idea what to expect as Nick opened the door with a key from his pocket.It was a small room.When one walked in,the bed was to the immediate left.Then a couch was deeper into the room.Two doors on the right.One door led to a kitchen and one led to the bathroom.And the back wall? Chocolate.Bars of chocolate,lined up corner to corner in a 3-foot tall wall.

"Its an obscene amount..."

The wolfess gazed in amazement at the sheer amount of chocolate that was stacked up along the back wall. "How...how can you have that much?", she asked, turning to look at Nick. This looked like a little bit of an obsession, she thought to herself .

"Ah yes, yes. It is quite the stock. I don't eat it all at once. I uh, just keep it there in stock. Took me a while to figure a well enough room temperature not to melt it all..." Nick chucked nervously and walked over to sit down on that back couch. He patted for Nova to sit next to him.

She raised an eyebrow, but chuckled politely. 'Well, i suppose that there could be worse quirks', she silently thought to herself as she followed Nick in the direction of the couch and sat down next to him. "Thank you for letting me come in", she said as she leaned against the back of the couch, the distinct chocolate scent overwhelming her canine senses..

Nick beams brightly at Nova, as he was now.....Examining her in the better light. Nick seemed to be just a bit mesmerized by the wolf girl, and there was no wonder why. Nick slowly moves his eyes up to her. "Have you...Had a match of any sort? I wouldn't think so, since you were in that forest." Nick ways, trying not to sound rude.

"Well, no, i wouldn't say i've had a 'match'", she replied, stretching her furry black arms. "But i'm one hell of a fighter", she added deviously, narrowing her icy blue eyes at Nick mischievously. ..
