They Might Be Giants (for Kerflubble)

'The thing she does when smaller people do that to her'. That was suitably ominous and foreboding. Barda wasn't sure what she even meant like that, but she decided she didn't really want to know, either, especially since the reveal would likely mean a good deal of crippling pain.

Sure enough, Rebecca was starting to lift herself up, slowly powering out of the hold with staggering strength. She was having a hard time of it, but Barda was fairly certain she would succeed, and be none too happy when did. But the great thing about this hold was that it gave her one free arm while the other was doing the choking - an arm Barda used to grab Rebecca's arm by the wrist and give it a twist, hoping the pain would keep her down.

Rebecca winced as Barda cut her normal plan of just getting straight up and carrying the big cosplayer over her shoulder, short with a twist of the wrist. "Not bad..." she growled out as she tried to turn around so she was more side on, a little more comfortable position, not by much but a little better was always something, and a little set up for plan B. If she couldn't get Barda up on one shoulder, how about draped over both? Twisting and turning to get in a good position before trying to pull the big woman over, arm around her neck and all, up onto her shoulders while if she could get to her knees.

"Thanks!" She chirped, happy to have some - admittedly faint - praise from her fellow giant. "I thought it was kind of a neat way to - ah, whao. Whoa. Whoa.

Holy heck, she was still getting up, managing to pull Barda around getting her on her shoulder for what seemed like the beginning of an impressive Fireman's Carry, if her terms were correct. There might have been a size difference between them, but it would hardly be apparent right now - at the moment, it was all coming down to pure power, and Rebecca was showing her. All Barda could do was kick her legs around, tryin to throw off her balance to keep from doing whatever it was she was trying to do.

Barda wasn't that far off the floor, at least not yet, and her long legs might have started to touch the ground before Rebecca moved to stage two of her miniature revenge plan, if Barda thought this was impressive, then she was about to be left speechless as the ebony amazon started to rise up off her knees, attempting to get up standing, even with the weight on her shoulders. "That sort of thing she normally does to people smaller than her." Adrian pointed out waay to late.

Ah,c rap, she knew what was coming, or at least had a very good idea - there were only so many moves you could do from this position, and none of them bodded well for the ring's integrity.

"I'm open to any suggestions!" She called back, putting up as much a fight as she could to little avail. "Reversal, escapes, ticklish spots, anything!" She tried squeezing tighter on the sleeper, even if it was probably too late to be any real good. "Crapcrapcrapcra-"

Adrian could only look on in a combination of horror and awe as Rebecca held the 7 foot tall woman, who still had an arm around her neck, on her shoulders. Barda's grasp meant that she couldn't be thrown easily, but that didn't mean she was getting out of this situation lightly, all Rebecca had to do was fall back, much like the tall cosplayer had done earlier, driving her down with a huge Samoan Drop, once more testing the ring's structural integrity.

"Okay... now take a break?" Adrian suggested, that had escalated quickly.

The ring was punished for the second time in a few minutes, creaking and groaning in protest as Barda was slammed down, screaming all the way - a scream that suddenly stopped when she hit the mat. Her back screamed in protest - it had never taken a hit like that before, didn't even know such a thing was possible. For a moment, all Barda could do was lay there, face contorted in apex pain, squirming about on the mat.

"N...no. No." It was tempting to take a break, go easy - but she hadn't taken this name for nothing. If she was going to go by the name Barda, she would have to live up to it, earn it, and that meant not giving anything less than 100% - she still had some left in the tank.

"I'm - uh..." She started to try sitting back, then plopped back again. "I'm good. Still good to go."

Rebecca hadn't exactly come out lightly after that exchange, she had been in that dragon sleeper way too long, and standing up out of it while Barda's arm tightened around her neck had left the ebony warrior exhausted and light headed, but she wasn't about to let this end either. Not when the giantess still wanted to go, "Come on..." she breathed heavily, crawling back over to Barda, trying to lift both of them to their feet. "Get up for round two then." she wheezed through a pained smile.

With a 'little' help from Rebecca, Barda managed to make it up to her feet, though it was slow going - that last attack was still rocking her world, she'd probably feel that going to bed and a little in the morning. But she could still put her two feet down, could still fight - if Rebecca could do after her slam, than she could do the same.

...in theory, anyway.

She stood up and backed away, raising her fists in something resembling a fighting stance - she was hardly a boxer. but maybe this was the right way to go, especially with Rebecca. Usually her punches were too slow to hit much, but she might be able to keep up with the slightly smaller girl and land a few, here, and take advantage of the height difference to keep her at bay.

Rebecca Tomoko was never known for being a scientific striker either, her dad had refused to train her as a boxer, and the massive size difference usually meant that she never had to put much effort into punches or clotheslines or whatever, just by being that big was enough to usually topple someone with one strike. That wasn't going to work with Barda though, no matter how much the two were reeling from being choked and slammed around the place. Getting into something resembling a sloppy boxing stance herself, the dark skinned amazon tried to close the distance, throwing a straight right to the giantess' body, the biggest target she could reasonably get to. Her head was all the way up there after all.
