Dave Blake vs Yamato Ishii

The dropkick seemed to do the trick, flattening Yamato on the canvas with the crowd roaring it's approval. It gave Dave an idea. It was risky, but he thought maybe this would be a good time to experiment a bit with his fighting style. No doubt his opponent was familiar with his style, so maybe changing it up, while putting himself at a larger risk, could reap a possible win from this. Well, nothing ventured, nothing gained.

Grabbing Yamto's head, he dragged the young man up, slipping behined him before wrapping his arms around the toned waist of his foe. With a loud yell, Dave attempted to lift him up, arching backward to slap the upper spine and neck of Yamato down in a german suplex.

Dave was quickly proving to be a skilled foe. His agility made him tough to keep up with, and he was strong enough to get some good impact behind his slams too. So when Dave brought him back up, only to slip behind him and wrap his arms around Yamato’s waist, he knew immediately knew he wanted to avoid what was coming next.

When Dave tried to pull him up, Yamato stomped his feet down and tried to anchor himself in place, wanting to make it as hard as possible for his foe to lift him up for the suplex. And at the same time, he threw his right elbow back a couple times toward Dave’s head, hoping that would be enough to daze him and make him let go.

Dave tried and tried, but no matter how hard he attempted to lift Yamato, he would not budge a single inch. The Japanese wrestler anchored himself down, refusing to go for a ride on the Suplex Express. Dave grunted in pain, feeling the sharp impact of Yamato's rapid elbows. After a good 3 or 4, the young American was knocked away into the ropes. Deciding to use the momentum to his advantage. Leaning into the ropes, Dave shot forward, spinning around to deliver a vicious right elbow zeroed in on the jaw of his opponent.

Yamato's elbow strikes did their job and freed him from Dave's clutches. And he'd hoped that in the process he might have given himself a chance to try to take the fight to his foe. But when he turned around, Dave was already right there firing off an elbow strike.

"Ugh!!" Yamato yelled out as the blow struck him right on the jaw, sending him staggering back and into the corner. Slightly dazed, he just waited there for a moment while his head to unscramble itself.
