Akiha Kosha vs. "Amazon" Alaina Sanders

Alaina backed off a second at the urging of the referee but didn't stay back long. Alaina stepped up once more trying to take it to Akiha even more. She grabbed Akiha and lift her up, trying to place her in a sitting position on top of the turnbuckle. Alaina soon took steps up the ropes, trying to set herself up to a standing position in front of Akiha on the top rope.

There was room for error and against someone like Akiha gambles like this could prove costly. Or they could pay off great dividends. It was a chance Alaina had to take. She set herself up to try to deliver a hurricanrana from the top rope, hoping to pull off the move before Akiha could potentially reverse her fortune.

Akiha managed to get a moment of rest thanks to the referee but she was still in a terrible situation. Alaina would soon return and lift her up before placing her in a sitting position on top of the turnbuckle. The Japanese Crusader knew this was not a good position to be in but at the moment she just didn't have the energy to do anything about it as she was exhausted from the match that she was in.

She would then feel the Amazon legs wrap around her neck before pulling her down and performing a hurricanrana from the turnbuckle and sending Akiha down to the canvas. The Japanese wrestler didn't say anything or move after she landed. It seemed the last attack might have knocked Akiha out stone cold as the only motion coming out of her was inhaling and exhaling.

The crowd cheered the fairly agile offense of the primarily power based amazon and Alaina took it in as she rolled over. She saw Akiha on the mat and quickly covered her for a pin, hooking one leg. Alaina laid across Akiha's chest to put as much pressure using all 160lbs that she could. She wanted this to be it.

"ONE!"

Alaina nodded as the referee's hand hit the mat, the crowd calling out the count in unison!

Getting hit by a Hurriccanrana from the top of the turnbuckle was an experience that Akiha had never had before. It was also an experienced that seemed to leave her out cold as she offered no resistance when the Amazon laid on top of her and hooked one of her legs, applying a pin the Japanese Crusader. The referee would quickly slide beside the two wrestlers and raise her hand as she got ready to count the pin.

“ONE!”

As the referee hand hit the wrestling mat, the crowd would count with her, eager to see Alaina get a win over Akiha. Not wasting a moment, the referee would once again start to raise her hand as Akiha didn't seem to offer any resistance.

“TWO!”

Akiha eyes still remained shut as the referee hand hit the ground and the entire audience shouted the count as well. But as the referee hand made it's way down for a third count, Akiha would kick out with what little energy she had, breaking the pin and causing the entire audience to gasp in disappointment.

Alaina felt Akiha kick up and slapped the mat in disbelief! "Come on!" She shouted as she got to her feet looking down at Akiha. The amazon wanted to end there here and now. She made her way to a nearby turnbuckle and climbed up. Alaina didn't want to waste time, she only wanted to keep on hammering Akiha.

As she got to the top and perched, she jumped up and back sailing through the air with a moonsault! Alaina couldn't wait to land this and flatten Akiha to the mat and pin her all over again!

Even Akiha herself was surprised she had managed to kick out, it seemed that all her training she had done was paying off. She could hear her opponent yell in disbelief, it also seemed many members of the audience were agreeing with Alaina. Though none of that matter, the match was still continuing and the crimson hair crusader needed to do something to turn the match around in her favor, otherwise, her kick out would have been for nothing.

Opening her eyes, she would see the Amazon making her way to the top of the turnbuckle. Akiha knew what was coming next would not be pleasant. That being said she didn't have the energy to stop her. She then watched as her opponent jumped back and attempted to perform a moonsault. The Japanese wrestler did not have the energy to roll away in time. Instead, she would lift up her knees so that Alaina stomach would connect right into them.

Alaina came sailing down, again displaying a grace that few expected from her. However, it was all used against her as Akiha countered the moonsault from the top rope! As Alaina landed she felt a sharp, shooting pain in her lower ribcage and abdomen screaming aloud as she landed and rolled over on her side. She was curled up in a ball, her torso felt like it was on fire.

Alaina gasped for breath the wind knocked out of her as she landed on Akiha's knees. Alaina was beyond stunned, she was incapacitated. She hurt too much to move and even if she could the amazon couldn't draw breath. Her breathing was labored and she knew her lower ribs had to be bruised at the very least. It had been a long time since she felt pain like this anywhere in her ribcage.

The amazon was down, but was she out?

Having Alaina land on top of her knees caused a smile to appear on Akiha face. Though the attack had done some damage to her knees, Alaina had taken the far more damage in that exchange. She then felt her opponent roll off Akiha knees and to her side. Taking a moment to catch her breath, Akiha would then roll onto her chest. Grabbing the nearby rope, she would use it to pull herself up, still devastated from the series of attack that Alaina had managed to pull off.

She would slowly get back on her feet before suddenly using what little energy she had left to jump on the middle ropes, using it as a springboard to send herself high in the air. She would then shift her body weight back and attempt to land a moonsault on top of Alaina, trying to hit her with the attack she had just attempted to perform on Akiha.

Alaina was still hurting from that reversal. Her ears were practically ringing her brain had been overloaded with so much pain. She was oblivious to Akiha and her foe who got back to her feet. Alaina would soon become aware as Akiha crashed down on top of her with the springboard lionsault!

Alaina howled in pain and cursed as the wind she had slowly began to recover was knocked out of her all over again! "Damn it! Shit....." Gasping for air like a fish out of water Alaina laid on her back looking up at the bright arena lights.

Managing to get to the ropes, Akiha would throw herself back and land right on top of Alaina, hitting her with a lionsault. The crimson hair crusader would then roll off her opponent before starting to get back to her feet. Once she was on top of her feet she would look at her downed opponent and attempt to throw a few kicks at her, to make sure she stayed down. “What is wrong, don't like the taste of your own medicine?” stated Akiha as she decided to mock her opponent a bit while catching her breath. Sure she had managed to pull off the lionsault but she still needed a bit of time to recover from all the attacks that the Amazon had done on her, several stomps seemed the way to go.
