As a first outing for this rebooted account, I'd like to engage some opponent in a matroom, or something equivalent, with a focus on BJJ, Catch Wrestling, MMA, etc. It can range from actual training (preferably of the character I play but I can do yours even if I'd like further teaching for BJJ.) to an extreme match. Either way, message me if you wanna bite. While I do like femdom and all that, I will do my best to treat any participants equally.

Re: Topic: Wrestling?
Could it be that things are shit regardless of who they cater to? Who was the Bobby Lashley/Sami Zayn stupidity catering to? Were any casuals engaged by that? It ain't about who is being played to Tai, it's about execution and the main programs are fucking shit at it. This "Oh it's not for people who actually like the genre" is just an excuse for poor writing/booking/performances. Have some goddamn standards.Old_Man_Tai wrote:They aren't ignoring them though. Something a lot of Hardcore fans don't understand, is that every other wrestling promotion caters to the hardcore audience. Indy wrestling caters exclusively to the hardcore, NJPW/AAA/CMLL caters to Hardcore and Casual audiences in their home countries.
Raw and Smackdown are the ONLY wrestling shows that cater to a casual audience instead of a Hardcore one, and it's their inability to understand that they don't get to control these shows, that these two shows are not JUST about what they want, that leads to them bitching and whining about every aspect of them.
Hell, even with that, the shows still cater to them. Thats why you have indy guys coming onto the main roster and getting main event spots and titles and Mania title matches within their first year on the roster, but that's not enough for the hardcore fan, because the hardcore fan refuses to be satisfied unless they get THREE WWE tv shows designed only to cater to them.

Re: Topic: Wrestling?
The Lashely/Zayn stuff was for me. Specifically.
I'm that one guy that enjoyed all of it. The sisters? The obstacle course? The 3 minute squash match?
I loved all of it. I also loved Rollins using the tights to win tonight, and I thought all of AJ and Nakamura's recent matches were good.
That's right. I'm THAT guy.

I didn't even watch it and I know how bad MITB was. WWE sucks. I'm that guy. ^_^

It was actually a pretty solid show. A-, B+. Both MITBs were solid, surprisingly solid outing for Big Cass and DB, the Raw Women's title match was shockingly great (Ronda continues to impress) and, while I haven't seen it yet for reasons (got interrupted) I've heard nothing but good things about the Shinsuke/AJ match.
After Backlash, I wouldn't blame anyone for being sour, but you'd be missing out on a damn good PPV to skip this one.

That was half a joke. I didn't watch it but so many people were complaining about half way through I had to get off my comp to keep calm XD And yeah the last three matches were decent, but I still have problems with them.
I'd rank it C at best.

Re: Topic: Wrestling?
Only matches that are probably as bad as you are hearing they were was the Sami vs Lashley match. The women's Mitb was good its just the finish that left people cross, same could be said for Asuka vs Ellsworth. Shinsuke vs Aj was there best match against each other here (Though it had a an actual finish so that immediately makes it better then two of there matches). Ronda vs Nia was great shenanigans aside. Cass and Bryan was way better then the first one (Admittedly that not saying much but needless to say Cass looked like he knew what he was doing and Bryan is Bryan) Seth and Elias were great. Men's Mitb was fun.
So it isn't spotless but I wouldnt say it was bad either. Biggest setbacks was easily Lashley vs Zayn.

While I didn't care for Sami and Lashley, it was what it was: a short, mostly harmless squash. It wasn't good by any means, and the buildup wasn't good, but it...happened.
Oh! And it's easy to forget, but the Good Brothers and the Blugeon's had a pretty good match on the pre-show. Nothing to write home about, but a decent watch with a hot crowd. Could've gone on the main card without much problem.

I just don't like anything WWE is doing right now outside of NXT. There's nothing exciting going on at all.
And god did the crowd tear Jinder and Romans match apart.
The fact that was a match on it could ruin any PPV in my opinion.
