Hmmm well if it is was the imperial order, I guess I could see it being like a whole big war of cultures thing

if it was WAR then I could see it being a doomsday like scenario with the brat pack trying to rob ice cream trucks and Tomoko busting through walls or etc

Maybe it's just random fighters going against their rivals in a montage even to make it simple

But back to your question, I have to say Angel might make the best choice considering she's pretty big on the list.
