Shizuko vs. Suzumi: Tarot Card Incident Battle

Suzumi had taken Shizuko down and now she had to capitalize on this. She had been stuck in some nasty holds so it was time to return the favor. "Like, I am sorry about this but it is just business!" Suzumi said as she moved Shizuko to a sitting position before wrapping her legs around Shizuko's waist from behind while she wrapped her arms around Shizuko's neck to lock in a rear naked choke! Suzumi was hoping the squeezing of the torso while cutting off her opponents air supply would do the trick since both women were quickly worn down in this intense battle! "I totally have you now Shizuko...... like, you know what to do!" Suzumi said, urging Shizuko to tap out.

Apologies, while appreciated after the fact, were not exactly the most comforting words to hear in the middle of a match. In particular because it usually precluded the opponent's intent of ending their conflict with their next maneuver. The frazzled psychic being regrettably proven right when was she limply was propped up in a drooping daze before being latched onto by Suzumi's stronger frame clasping on to her like a deadlock. Shizu's wheezing fatigued gasps as she clawed the smooth thighs tightened down onto her waist with one hand, and desperately tugging on the arm restricting her airflow with other. "Nngh...no...n-no..." Shizu repeated to the referee asking for her submission, but with her half-lidded eyes growing more dulled and all her movements in general growing more lethargic.

Suzumi groaned as she kept her hold tight, her body practically trembling as she tried to crush Shizuko's torso while her arms tensed up to really hammer down on the choke! "Yeeeaaahhhhh! Come on, just tap out!" Suzumi said as she may as well have been a constrictor snake, squeezing the life out of its given prey while keeping Shizuko tightly held. Suzumi was going to really try to keep at this one, as she herself was tired and hurting.

Seemingly out for the count and incapable of making the arduous trek towards the faraway ropes, Shizuko languished in place for several seconds with rasping pants from her constricted airway. The clairvoyant clearly on the cusp of tapping out...until a sudden drive of stubborn resistance compelled her to start driving in repeated elbow shots into Suzumi's ribcage with her other hand tugging on the Tsunami's arms cranking down on her neck in a last ditch attempt to escape...

Suzumi was putting everything she had into the hold but that just meant the elbow strikes aimed at her weren't avoided at all, with each one painfully hammering away at Suzumi! She grunted and groaned with each impact, her grip loosening every time an elbow hit. "Ngh... damn it all!" Suzumi shouted as she let go, trying to shove Shizuko away from her. Suzumi was rising up and shaking out all her limbs as she was hoping to be able to get her guard up once more before Shizuko acted although she wasn't sure what to expect from her opponent. Shizuko had shown she could hurt Suzumi in many different ways leading to the tsunami doing her best to be ready for anything.

Desperate actions were indeed the byproduct of desperate times. The fatigued psychic had been whittled down to the point of submitting, although her last flickering iota of resistance refused to let her do so, but provided no technical or elegant manner of escaping this submission maneuver. Therefore Shizuko resorted to the inelegant solution of clubbing away at Suzumi's ribcage until the prospect of winning seemed less and less worth the toll it was having on her battered sides. "Gah...Hah..." Shizu gasped and panted profusely once freed of the Tsunami's grasp, flopping over to a pitiable slump and the side of her face mushed against the canvas. Eyeing the side of the ring through her half-lidded vision before opting to go rolling towards and under the bottom ropes, landing on her wobbly legs and bracing herself against the ring apron in an obvious attempt at simply resting and recuperating as best she could.

"H-hey! No running away!" Suzumi shouted before running the opposite way, bouncing off the ropes and running back towards Shizuko. The tsunami was intent on staying on top, not wanting to get behind after building momentum. Suzumi got close and lowered herself as she tried to slide down on the mat feet-first to smash Shizuko in the chest with a running baseball slide underneath the ropes! Suzumi hoped she could strike true otherwise she would be outside the ring in a very compromised position!

Slumped against the ring apron in a manner similar to a lethargic classroom student attempting to nap in the middle of school, the fatigued psychic breathed profusely and tilted her weary head up in time to see the Tsunami come sprinting straight towards her. *...not running...* As Shizuko expected, not one second of rest was going to be permitted form the endlessly energetic Suzumi...though as mentioned, this time it was indeed very expected. Shizu deftly sidestepping to avoid the baseball slide kick, and afterward stepping behind Suzu and slotting her head underneath her foe's armpit while latching onto her waist. Attempting a backdrop suplex onto the much less forgiving and thinly matted floor on the outside of the ring.

Suzumi slid and instead of crashing into Shizuko she instead landed awkwardly on her feet! Before she could react Shizuko was behind her, grabbing hold of Suzumi and lifting her up! Suzumi's face registered the shock and horrible realization of what was going on as she was flying through the air. Suzumi howled in agony as soon as her upper back crashed down on the unforgiving mat outside the ring, screaming as she flopped onto her side, rolling over onto her back as she kicked in pain, her arms cradling the back of her head as she was clearly reeling! Things were looking bad as Suzumi had total control just moments ago and now was at the mercy of her opponent.

One may not be able to tell who was in the lead anymore given how both competitors remained supine on the floor outside of the ring. Suzumi in writhing pain after getting suplexed upon a much less forgiving surface than usual, Shizuko simply out of sheer exhaustion from a match that was taking more out of her than she'd ever could have anticipated. The frazzled psychic rolling over to her side and working her way back up to her feet with straining tugs on the Tsunami's hair as well, intending to usher them both back into the ring at about the same time before flopping down upon her splayed out adversary. Shizu curling up one of Suzu's legs in the attempted pin count, the fatigued Wrestle Angels glistening in sweat and feeling the other's panting breath against their neck.
