A Lesson in Pain

Sarah Gatt tightened her fingerless gloves around her fist, her expression one of seriosness and slight anticipation. She had invited two very special people to the gym to train today. Her henchwomen, Nha and Sha. The two egyptians were Sarah's muscle in the Era of Hell and beyond, and at times they were very competant in their roles. But Sarah wanted them to be more than competant if they were going to serve under her. Sarah wanted them to be icons of fear and power, ones that will further her already fearsome reputation. So Sarah waited in one of the training rings, in her training outfit consisting of white t-shirt and spandex shorts, awaiting the arrival of her posse'.

Sha and Nha headed for the gym, both of them wearing their usual outfit, a loose white shirt, armwarmers and a skirt with the color of their hair. Nha was psyched to train with Sarah today but Sha was completely the opposite, sure she did enjoy the usual training sessions.. But not with Sarah. Still, she had to look out for her sister, that came first.

The door to the gym opened, Nha and Sha entered and immidiatly Nha smiled and headed for the ring where Sarah was. " You summoned us, Sarah? " Sha merely nodded and walked behind Nha with a much slower pace.

Sarah looked over to where the door opened, and smiled when she saw the red and blue hair. "Ladies," she greeted warmly. "Good to see you again." She gestured for them to climb in the ring with her. "It's time to put your skills to the test." She walked to the ring center, and started removing her t-shirt. She was wearing a simple black sports bra, and her black dragon tatto was on full display across her back.

Nha blushed when she noticed Sarah removing her shirt, rolling into the ring with Sha and they both got up to look at her, Nha the first one to speak. " What do you mean? " Sha rested back against the ropes, closing her eyelids completely and decided to just listen in, letting Nha talk for her, not that she wanted to speak to Sarah in the first place.

"What I mean is," Sarah said as she tossed her shirt out of the ring. "It's been awhile since our last little fight." She slammed one of her fists into her palm and grinned. "You two against me. Think you can beat me this time?"

Sha actually opened her eyes to look up at Sarah for a moment, Nha seemed a little hesitant. " Uhm.. I don't realy want to fight with you.. " However before Nha could look back at Sha, Sha suddenly ran straight towards Sarah and tried to clothesline her hard upon the mat, she had no problem hurting Sarah.

Luckily Sarah was not at all surprised when Sha came charging straight at her, and grinned in anticipation. Sha had a problem with her for awhile now and it was time to get it out in the open. Swiftly Sarah would lift her leg and throw a hard kick into Sha's stomach as soon as she was in range, so the red twin would basically run straight into her foot. If Sha hunched over as a result of this, Sarah would immediately follow up with a downward punch to Sha's skull. "Guess I'll be taking on big red first," Sarah would chuckle.

Sha coughed out loudly when she was kicked hard in the stomach, and bended over holding her stomach with one hand, then when she noticed the punch coming down towards her, she quickly moved in closer to Sarah and tried to wrap her arms tightly around her for a bearhug attempt, wanting to life her off her fight and squeeze the life out of her with all the strength she had.

Sarah blinked in surprise when she wasswept up in Sha's bearhug, and immediately started wincing at the strength being applied to crush her. She forgot how strong Sha was sometimes. "Ugh...not bad, red," she grunted with difficulty.

Sha said nothing to Sarah when she held her up high in the bearhug, squeezing with everything she had, really looking to hurt Sarah, giving the girl a deadly glare with each squeeze she gave her, then she'd slowly walk towards the turnbuckle where she'd try to slam Sarah's back against.
