Alessa's visit to the Doctor?

After Alessa finishes the small maneuver, she throws his leg forward to the ground. She stand over his head looking down at the man. Putting her hands on her hips she takes a second to think of her next move, she figures she should wear him down a bit before hitting any big moves. She bends down and goes to grab his arm before sitting a little bit above his head. From there she'll try to lift up his head and wrap her legs around his neck, going for a headscissors hold.

Dr. Love struggled as Alessa proceeded to try to lock him in a headscissors. What could he do to counteract this? He threw his only free arm, hand balled in a fist, towards Alessa's side for a kidney punch-attempt, merely to see if he could get free. If he could land the punch and get free, then Macon would roll away from the girl to get a breather. If he failed, well then, he would be locked in the headscissors and would be stuck in a sticky situation.

Focused on putting the headscissors into place, Alessa is taken off guard by the man's punch. Letting out a small groan of pain, she releases the arm that she is holding onto and gets up, taking a few steps back while holding her side. The sudden shock from the hit causing her to stumble a bit more than she would usual, as she loses her focus for just a second. Regaining it, she watches as the man rolls away from her.

Nodding her head she rubs her side a bit before letting both hands rest. She watches Dr. Love carefully, waiting for his next move. The quickness of the beginning of the match not quite at the pace she would like. She brushes off her sides, still keeping her eyes on her opponent on the other side of the ring, staring at him silently.

Dr. Love climbed to his feet in the nearest corner, keeping his eyes on Alessa. She was silently watching him, which worried Macon a slight bit. She was clearly plotting, at least that was what was going through Dr. Love's mind. He needed to plot himself. He could tell by her maneuvers early on that she was much more experienced in the ring than he was. So if the Doctor were to try and gain the upper hand, he needed to have a solid strategy.

He simply walked to the center of the ring, getting into a grappler's stance, no different than the beginning of the match.
