Word of Advice from the Master of Heels.

Characters have to be atleast 18 years old to participate.

Those under 20 year olds are considered Kawaii and go into the Kawaii League roster.

Not exactly? :X Those under 20 who are considered 'cute' go into Kawaii.

Angel was 18 before I decided to raise her age, and no way in hell she'd go into the Kawaii division.

Well Kirby maybe it doesn't apply for you and your skinny ass characters but the most common thing is that 20 and under are mostly considered unexperienced fighters unless deemed the next prodigy of He-man.
