So...I haven't been on for most of the day for a reason. If you guys where wondering.

I'm just going to tell you guys something.

My cat is probably being put to sleep tomorrow...and I'm a total wreck.

He was...my favorite cat out of all them, then all the sudden this happened....I don't want him to go out like this, not see him laying there, rolled on his back, waiting for a belly rub.To not see him on my bed sleeping. Him running down for food faster then the other cats....

But I don't want to see him suffer....

I don't know if I should be there with him in his final moments.

I know the feeling I had to lose several dogs one of which I personally drove to where she was put to sleep.

I had my cat during some really hard times. He was my buddy. I used to play fetch with him with twist ties. He'd meet me at the door every time I came home, and every time I ate lunch I'd sit at my desk and he'd lay down on the desk and keep me company.

One day I came home and he was sick. It was the weekend, of course, so everything was closed, and it was the cold and the roads were slippery. One day and two trips to an emergency vet later I said my goodbyes and buried him in the yard.

He was only 4, and it was completely out of the blue, and he was only a cat but he meant a lot to me. It showed me how much everything can change in a day.

Losing a cat is a painful thing, myself from personal experience, yet you get the feeling they're still there.
