Ace gasped as Nikolette stomped on her stomach, targeting her injury.

Biting her lip to avoid yelling, she swung her body around, sweeping her leg out in a wide swing, attempting to connect with Nikolettes leg and trip her up.

Nikolette's heavy boot connected with Ace and Nikolette felt good about keeping Ace down. Whatever strength she possessed out of the gate that put their lock up at even strength momentarily seemed to have evaporated. At least, that's what she thought as she bent over to pick Ace up only to have Ace's leg lash out, catching the engineer off balance and forcing her on her side next to Ace.

With Nikolette down next to her, and still on all fours, Ace kept up the attack. She moved around Nikolette's body and grabbed her arm, standing up just enough to get her legs around it before falling to her back, legs squeezing tightly around Nikolette's shoulder, as Ace pulled her arm straight, raising her hips a little to bend the engineers arm upwards, risking hyperextending it if it was stuck too long in this armbar.

There may not have been much strategy to the move, but Ace was desperate to end this quickly, hoping she could offense her way through to a victory.

Before she knew it, Ace was around her and securing a hard armbar. Nikolette's eyes widened as Ace tried to lock her in place. She was on her back, swirling around to the point where she was slightly dizzy. She winced as she focused all her strength into her arm, flexing her muscles and trying to keep Ace from really wrenching her arm and pulling it back past the point where it was tolerable.

Nikolette's heavy boots stomped against the mat as she tried to withstand the bar. She bridged and wriggled, pain showing on her face as she tried to use her feet to inch herself towards the rope, trying to slid e them both a few inches at a time, her free hand reaching out for anything while her face was beet red with strain.

In a way, the two girls were at a standstill. Ace, grunting, face starting to turn red from the effort, was unable to fully secure the armbar, while Nikolette was still trying for the ropes.


Ace gritted her teeth, trying to her best to keep the hold locked in, even as her body was slowly dragged closer to the ropes

Nikolette continued to shimmie as the silver haired girl continued to try and trap her. She was strong again but all her body was locked in one place and if she tried to resist Nikolette, the engineer could break free. Nikolette just had to focus. And she did as she reached out her hand, grabbing tightly to the bottom rope and forcing the ref to call for a break.

Nikolette would curl up her arm when the hold was released and roll onto her hands and knees, slipping her arm under her body and rubbing it, trying to soothe away the strain briefly before she had to stand up and resume the match or be left vulnerable to Ace's attacks.

Ace groaned as she was forced to break the hold, scooting away from Nikolette and getting up to her feet, as her opponent got up to hers.

Wanting to press her attack, Ace moved forward, grabbing Nikolette's arm, the one she had locked in the armbar, and trying to whip her across the ring to the other ropes.

Nikolette was a little slower to rise than Ace was so when she was up, the silver haired girl was already reaching for her arm. Nikolette felt the tenderness and was pulled into a hard Irish whip.

Nikolette lowered her head, tucked her arm against her and ran. She picked up steam as she turned her body and bounced off the ropes. The engineer charged back at Ace and when she felt like she was at the appropriate distance, she launched herself at Ace, looking to drop kick her. It was the best attack. There was little room for counter attack, or offense for that matter. If Ace avoided it, then Nikolette felt like she had the best position to keep from getting hit with a follow up as well.

Ace had bounced off the ropes near her, bouncing towards Nikolette, intending to smash her arm into the woman's throat with a lariat. The engineereteer had other plans however, as Ace felt her hard boots smashing into her chest, knocking the silver haired rookie flat onto her back, arms around her stomach and chest as she gasped, the wind knocked out of her.

Nikolette felt her heavy boots crash into Ace's chest and bounced up when she hit the mat. She was ready for more and pushed off of a squatting position and took two big strides, looking to crash a mean leg drop down against Ace's chest and torso. She had no clue about the severity of the wounds but she did think that targeting Ace's torso was a good path to victory.
