Shinobu Fujiwara Vs. Mariko Ishii

Mariko grunted in annoyance as Shinobu stubbornly held onto the rope and prevented her from pulling him away from the corner. Here she was trying to be nice and bring his pain and humiliation to an end. Yet he had the audacity to resist. Well, if more pain was what he wanted, Mariko would be happy to oblige.

“You’re not the one who gets to give the orders, Shinobu-chan. I am. And until you understand that, I’m afraid I’m just going to have to keep punishing you.” She spoke casually, ignoring the obvious anger in his voice. She didn’t care one bit about it any more than she cared about the fact that, for the first time in her career, the crowd was showering her with boos. Then again, she hadn’t given a damn about them whenever they’d cheered for her either.

Since Shinobu wasn’t willing to leave the corner, Mariko would just make due with what she had, and would begin attempting to fire a barrage of intense knee strikes right at his stomach. One after another they would come relentlessly, seeking to drive the air right out of the blonde and make him gradually sink down to a sitting position in the corner.

Shinobu growled as Mariko had him in the corner. The way the match had been going had dissolved most of his trepidations, at least with Mariko. The boos that he had heard even began to bolster him a bit. When the first knee came at him. he turned his body to the side to keep it from hitting him square in the stomach. It crashed into his ribs instead and he growled but he swung his body back towards Mariko and aimed a hard elbow at her face to try and keep her from kneeing him into oblivion.

Mariko’s knee crashed into the blonde’s ribs, drawing a growl from the man. And she reared her leg back to send another forth, but was suddenly met with an elbow right in her pretty face. “Ugh!” she grunted as she stumbled back out of the corner, keeping a hand over the spot he hit. The shot was hard and unexpected, and briefly stunned the purple haired vixen. It seemed for the first time in a while, Shinobu had bought himself a few valuable moments free from Mariko’s assault.

Shinobu watched Mariko stumble backwards. He was sorry that he had to hit her pretty face, but he'd never felt so angry at anyone before. His anger turned in a desire to win and prove himself to Cassie.

He lowered his body and burst from the corner, aiming a clothesline at her collar to try and put the beauty on her back!

Anger has a way of fueling one’s adrenaline, and Mariko really should’ve paid more attention to the anger that had been noticeably building up in Shinobu to this point as a result of her teasing. Or maybe this situation might’ve been avoided altogether if she just should’ve tried to finish him off at one of the many opportunities she had before.

But, she hadn’t. And as she looked in Shinobu’s direction, she paid the price for her mistakes as she was suddenly met with a clothesline just under her neck, knocking her off her feet and onto her back.

Shinobu looked down at Mariko as he dropped her. He was panting a bit, but that honestly felt good. He'd taken her out within the confines of the match and while he'd caused her harm, he probably hadn't hurt her.

Still, he couldn't just stand there and admire his work. He dropped down behind her and pulled her head up, trying to wrap his arms around her neck in the best approximation of a sleeper hold.

Cassie had been fighting her whole life. She knew where the limits of the human body were and how to push someone to their limits so they would break before their body did. She also knew that in the course of the match if their body DID break, then it was that person's fault. At least, that's what she had said to Shinobu. Shinobu wasn't ready to go that far. He probably never would. He was still getting used to the idea of competing in general. He explicitly tried to get her to teach him the "gentlest" ways to help him win and Cassie had offered him a solution to his particular quandary.

He wasn't sure if it would work, but he at least felt good about his chances and felt good that he wasn't looking completely worthless against Mariko in front of Cassie.

After the clothesline took her down, Mariko’s hand moved up toward the top of her chest over the spot Shinobu’s arm had struck. The burst from her foe had definitely stung, but she had a feeling the shock of the sudden hit had had just as much of an effect as the impact itself. Either way, Shinobu wasn’t about to give her much time to recover.

Within moments, Mariko was then pulled up and felt the male’s arm coil around her neck to apply a sleeper hold, causing her to grunt in pain as her hands instinctively moved to try to pry Shinobu’s arm off of her. She knew that would likely be a futile effort, however. The blonde might not exactly be a juggernaut in terms of brute strength, but he did have a pretty decent grip on his hold.

Opting for a different tactic, Mariko tried to get her feet under her and start pushing herself back up to a vertical base. On the way up, she’s also turn her body to the side as much as possible and try to ram her elbow into Shinobu’s gut a few times in hopes of making him loosen his hold. From there, her arms would wrap around his waist, and Mariko would attempt to lift him off his feet before bringing him down onto his upper back with a good old fashioned backdrop.

Shinobu felt Mariko stand up but that only made him even more determined to keep the hold on. He squeezed tighter while Mariko turned, thinking imaybe he could put her back down on the ground if he tightened his hold, only to receive a sharp elbow to his gut.

"Ugh!"

He was stymied and soon hoisted up, getting slammed hard into the mat as his arms flopped to the side. He turned his head and shut his eyes, panting softly as his back throbbed with pain.

Mariko grunted and winced as the arm around her neck tightened. She had a feeling that, given the brief amount of time in which she’d seen Cassie’s confidence in her grappling, this would probably be an immensely terrible spot to be in had she been Mariko’s opponent right now. Still, having an arm constricting against one’s neck like this was never comfortable, to say the least.

Fortunately for her, her elbow worked its magic perfectly as it rammed into the blonde’s gut, allowing her to get in position to take Shinobu down with the backdrop. Mariko wasn’t the biggest woman around by any means, but she did pack a rather deceitful amount of strength in those slender limbs of hers, something she guessed was mostly the result of wrestling with her older brother for so long. Regardless, the man came crashing down with a thud onto the mat, and seemed pretty out of it.

Mariko rolled over and put a hand over her throat before coughing a couple times, before crawling her way over to Shinobu’s prone form, sighing as she looked down at him. “Well, it’s been fun, Shinobu-chan, but...” she started, before attempting to move him up to a sitting position. From there, Mariko would attempt snake her arm around the front of his neck to apply a dragon sleeper while her other arm would move to hook around his nearest arm to keep it trapped, and she’d then lay back and snake her legs around his torso to apply a body scissor as well. If she succeeded, her finishing hold she liked to call the Dragon Clutch would locked in, with her arms and legs squeezing and constricting as tightly as they could against his body.

“...How about you be a good boy and submit, and let everyone know who’s won this match?”

Before Shinobu could even think properly, his whole world was turned upside down and his body was wracked with pain. By the time he blinked, he was facing upwards, staring into the blinding arena lights with Mariko's thighs crushing him and her arms cutting off circulation to his brain.


Shinobu didn't even really hear her words. He knew what she was saying and he felt like once again, he was letting Cassie down. Still.. He was quite determined! just... not in this match up.

He weakly began to tap and soon the referee hopped up and ordered the bell to be rang, signaling Shinobu's defeat.
