Makoto Aihara (judo) vs Akashi (sumo)

The lights dimmed as Makoto Aihara made her entrance. She had finally returned to the world of wrestling ever since the Rumble Roses fed had closed down. With Reiko and Dixie also in this fed, she would be the third Rose to enter. Fans of the Rose fed would have remembered Makoto being a very friendly and enthusiatic competitor, highly skilled in judo, who was somewhat naive and inexperienced when it came to the world fo wrestling.

However, something seemed different. She came down to the "alternate Sakura" music she had used when she wore her special version of the Black Belt Demon costume however Makoto still wore the white gi, and tight black shorts of her original costume. She still sported the blue ribbon in her hair, the bandage like wraps on her ankles and the small band aids on her legs. However her expression seemed cold and dark.

In truth, Makoto had been embittered by her jobber status in the Rose fed and losing so easily to the likes of Dixie and Reiko. She had undergone some intense training in the past few months to build up both her wrestling and judo skills and by the expression on her face, she might very well have learned some particularly brutal moves that would make her a more dangerous opponent to tangle with.

She entered the ring somberly and as she approached the edge, pressed a fist to ehr palm and bowed to the crowd cooly. Then she turned to wait for her opponent to enter.

Long moments passed and nothing seemed to happen. There were some boos starting to sound up from the crowd and this time they were not directed at Makoto. Makoto smirked darkly and wraped her arms around ehr head as she began to pace a bit. It's possible her opponent was scared. She shrugged to herself. Well after the way she took Masane apart, she supposed she couldn't blame whoever it was that was scared of her. Was she going to win by forfeit?

Akashi stumbled out from the backstage area. Her head had blood pouring down it and her eyes looked glazed over. Her face was strained and she looked like she was in pain just walking down the ramp. She had been attacked by an unknown assailant right before she was about to enter for her match. She didn't know who had done it and at the moment she was concerned with just making it to the ring. She slowly climbed into the ring and weakly performed her sumo ritual and bowed to Makoto before looking at the ref.

"Ring the bell." She said through clenched teeth.

The ref protested and began to walk towards Akashi to check on her.

"Ring the bell!!!!" She shouted through painful and irritated gasps. "This is the most important day of my life. I've waited for this chance forever and nothing in the world will keep me from at least officially being in the tournament."

The ref reluctantly rang the bell and as she did Akashi's lips pursed into a smile and she looked at Makoto. "Good... luck... next... round..." She whispered as her eyes began to roll into the back of her head.

She was already unconscious even before her body hit the mat.

Makoto had watched Akashi come down to the ring with a cold look. Her dark smirk slowly turned into a disappointed frown. As the ref rang the bell for the match, Makoto had been about to denounce Akashi for coming down in such a weak manner. However, the words died on her lips as she collapsed to the ground.

She would wait to see if the refereee, officially called this match in her favor. Then and only then would she walk by Akashi's fallen form coldly and leave the ring.
