Circling The Drain

Zak's hand gently rested on the back until Abbey was done, and then he helped guide it back to the rack. "When I got all serious I got a trainer, and it really helped."

He went about adding another plate to each side for the next set, and his mind raced to come up with a response before he blurted out something stupid.

"Cause I really wanted to meet you," he said, and winked back at Abbey. "And you didn't come see my competition, so I had to come to you."

Abbey nodded while Zak added more weights. "I'm pretty serious, maybe I'll look into it."

She reached up to grip the barbell when he spoke again. Abbey raised an eyebrow and tried not to laugh. "Is that so?" She asked. "Well, I'm sorry I missed your competition, Zak. If I had known it existed, I might have swung by." Abbey shook her head, laughed and then began doing her reps. What a silly boy.

"I didn't know you were a fan." She said, though she doubted he was for real. "Have you seen any of my matches? Have you had any matches?"

"I dunno if I can forgive you yet... You hurt me pretty deep."

Zak went back to spotting with a persistent smirk. This was great! He was doing great!

"I'm your number one fan, baby-girl. Wait, you're a wrestler?" He said with mock surprise, suppressing a laugh. "Oh man, me too! I had a match, and this crazy shit kicked my ass. It was crazy."

He guided the bar back to the rack at the end and went about adding some more plates. He was pretty impressed with Abbey's lifting... Most women didn't really have much on the flat bench. It was a major turn on.

"So like... You any good?"

Abbey rolled her eyes at Zak but kept a smile on her face. She continued her reps and set the bar down while Zak put on more weight. She was feeling really good, she had to admit.

She laughed when he caught himself up in his own lies. It was cute though. "You have to be careful with those crazy shits." She teased.

She started her reps again. She looked up at Zak and grinned as wide as she could. "I'm way more than good, Zaky boy. Are you looking for another butt kicking?"

"Hey, c'mon now," Zak grinned back. "I'm brand new, here! I hear you're hot shit, and you wanna come pick on me?"

He picked his chin up and looked down at Abbey from the corner of his eye. "Tell ya what... How 'about you show me a few moves, and... I'll show you some new tricks."

Clyde had since gotten onto a treadmill and subtly eyed the two while he started his run. He listened in and winced slightly when Zak asked if Abbey was any good. And now apparently they were going to spar?

Clyde was going to watch. It had already been fun to see Zak get all tongue tied around Abbey. Now he could watch him get pretzeld.

"Hear?" Abbey grinned. "Have you looked at me?" Of course he had. She set the bar up and sat up. She looked at Zak with a raised eyebrow.

"So, what kind of moves do you want me to show you? I specialize in making boys submit, you know?" She said with a sly grin on her face.

Zak wore a lopsided grin while Abbey sat up. Shit was starting to get real.

"Hey, that's cool, baby-girl, I'll take whatever you got to give," he said, holding up his hands in front. "But I specialize in making girls scream."

His heart fluttered but he kept his face cool while he waited to see how that would go over.

Abbey turned her head and shivered when Zak spoke. If she was really into him, she probably wouldn't be now. It was hard not to laugh, but she kept her cool. She stood up and slapped his chest.

"Let's just stick to the training, Zaky boy." She said and walked towards the ring. "So, what can you actually do in the ring?" she asked.

Damn. She loved it. He could tell.

His eyes lit up with child-like glee, he couldn't help it, before he struggled to regain his cool exterior. "Really?" He said in disbelief. "Like, right now? With you?"

Once he was unfrozen, he dashed ahead and dove headfirst into the ring. He popped up to his feet and faced Abbey to flex. If one looked past his lack of overall size... He had a very good physique. He was 140 pounds of chiseled muscle.

"Uh... I can wrestle a little. I don't like to punch or anything..."
