Rebecca Tomko vs. Armando 'Army' Rodriguez - Unstoppable Force

There was a moment, a golden moment, where Army thought he might actually pull off a win like this. A fluke win, sure, but considering he was facing off against a more experienced and - as much as he hated to admit it - powerful than he was, he'd take it. At the end of the day, his record would say that he beat Rebecca Tomko. It wouldn't say how.

The referee's hand hit the mat, he only had one second to go, and that was when his hoped were dashed, as she threw him with her kick out. He tumbled away and immediately got to his feet, knowing that she'd be up and pissed off after that. Army jumped towards and tried to come down right on top of her with a knee drop, looking to hammer her into the mat.

Rebecca didn't even get time to sit up and seethe before Army smartly pounced back on the amazon, he'd done all the work to get the big woman off her feet, no sense letting her get back up again easily and  knee to the face was a good way to do that: the giantess' nose almost breaking under the boxer's leg, earning the Puerto Rican a very loud grunt of pain.

It was only for a brief second before his attack connected, but Army caught a look of Rebecca's face as he went down, and he did not like what he saw. It was a pretty good indication that, if he was going to win this match, he needed to do it soon, because Rebecca was not going to give him another chance.

'Up we go..." He reached over and grabbed some handfuls of her long, black hair, getting a nice grip on it. He stood up and tried to yank Rebecca along, force her to get back to her feet. Honestly, Army wasn't sure what he'd do when he got up there, since she was probably too big to hit with his Chokebomb finisher, but whatever. Something would come to him in a second. One step at a time.

Rebecca wasn't putting much resistance to being pulled up to her feet, partly to make being yanked less painful on her neck and partly because the amazon was much happier standing up than on the ground, going on the ground had not worked out for her at all this match, but she wasn't happy about the situation. "You know..." the ebony giantess groaned out "This ain't gonna end well..." she said in a warning tone as she tried to re-find some decent footing against the heavywieght boxer.

Despite the trouble he was so clearly in, Army was still a guy, he was still a boxer, and he was still a Puerto Rican, all things that made trash-talking come more naturally to him than others. "For you? Fuck no. For me, though..."

The moment Rebecca was up and standing, he gave her a hard shove and pushed into the ropes, making a little space between them - space he immediately closed by spinning around and coming at her with a discus lariat as she bounced back. He looking to put her down, hard, fast, and with authority. "Round and round, we-"

Army's discus lariat crashed into the amazon's chest with the force of a gale, but Rebecca remained standing. It had sent her staggering back into the ropes, her arms drooping over the top but her feet firmly on the ground. "For you..?" She coughed out, pulling her head back to look Army in the eye "...Fuck no."

...oh, shit.

"Oh, shit." That little comment slipped out of Army's mouth before he could stop it. They were the best two words he could think of to describe the sight of Rebecca tanking his lariat. All of the sudden, wisecracks weren't coming to him so well.

Maybe he didn't quite put enough torque into the blow? Maybe.

After an extremely awkward moment, he took a step away from her, then rapidly moved back in as he twisted around, coming at her with another discus lariat. This time, he made sure to get all the momentum he could into the blow. Full power. "Down you-"

Rebecca only got a brief reprise before Army took another swing and the rocked amazon, hoping to take her either down or out with a second discus lariat, the ropes creaking and buckling under the giantess' weight as once again she was slammed into, but she was still standing! "Third..." Rebecca panted, a small smile forming on her face, she knew she had just taken some of Army's best and it hadn't knocked her down "Third times the charm?" She asked, pushing herself back vertical and away from the ropes.

Oh, shit.

"Oh, shit." Okay, things were going extremely poorly. Army wasn't quite sure what to do, here. Rebecca was standing there, daring him to give it another shot. The crowd was saying about the same thing. He didn't think it was the best idea, but he honestly didn't have anything else up his sleeve. So.

He hopped back, spun around, took a skip to get a running start, and put everything he had to give into one, final hurricane of a discus lariat, making his arm swing so hard and fast that it whistled through the air. "One more-"

For a third time Army revved up another shot, getting a bit of distance to make sure he got the most amount of power possible from what he hoped would be the final move of the match. But that gap was all Rebecca needed to turn the tables on the boxer. Pushing off from the ropes to get a bit of forward momentum for herself, she raised her boot up to kick Army in the head, just as he was turning around, not the sight he wanted or expected.
