Rematch: Morrigan Vs. Valley Doll

"Hngh!"

Morrigan grunted as her hair was tugged and she was pulled up to a kneeling position against Valley's stomach. She was only there for a moment before she was flipped around and crashed back into the mat butt first.

It was a jarring impact and jostled the crow as her fingers dug into the canvas. Morrigan's lip curled into a sneer and she tried to focus on what she could do to disrupt Valley's fluid chain.

And up and over she went.

The referee circled around them as Valley stood up after landing the snapmare, seeing where she was going with this and wisely keeping her distance. Good thing, too. The Slamazon was starting to feel the momentum firmly in her hands, and she intended to ride that out as long as possible. The last thing she needed was an obstacle.

Valley hopped to the side, lining up her shot just right. ”Almost!” She threw a hard shin kick into Morrigan’s back. ”Done!” And another follow not even a second later, smashing into the same area.

Morrigan wasn't able to do much even as Valley stepped off her for the moment. Before she even leaned forward to try and get up, the sharp kick snapped into her back.

"Ahhh!"

Morrigan yelped as her back arched.

"SHITE!"

She barked again as the second crashed into her. All she could do was try and throw herself forward and lurch away from any more kicks from the blonde.

Thanks to Valley's pads, the kicks hit with deafening impact, ringing out clear across the arena with sharp cracks that made the audience cringe. They were getting behind her, clapping, loving the early domination, but as much as she liked playing to the crowd, she liked the idea of finishing the match quick even better. Morrigan had seemed so sure that she'd have an easy time here, and beating her in record time would be the sweetest thing possible.

Besides, Valley didn't like the idea of pushing her luck too much...

Because of the snapmare, they were fairly close to the edge of the ring, only about seven or so feet, so she knew exactly how to finish things off. She ran past Morrigan right after the second kick landed, bounced off the ropes, came back towards her at full speed and jumped at the last moment, careening towards the sitting Irishwoman. Valley extended her legs outward as she flew, shooting her feet into Morrigan's chest with a powerful front dropkick.

Morrigan watched as Valley leaped past her and bounced against the ropes. Her arms were drooped at her sides, and she pushed her palms into the canvas. All she really had to do was fall to the side but even then that would come with a price and probably not fast enough.

As the boots compressed her chest, she was whipped backwards and crashed head first into the canvas, being stopped sharply as she exhaled, pulling her arms up and clutching her head with one hand and rubbing her chest with the other.

"Nnnghhh...."

"Boom!"

Valley was sure that there was an imprint of her boots on Morrigan's chest, but she didn't stop to make sure - instead, she landed on her butt, shuffled forward, wrapped her arms around the Irishwoman's leg and laid back against her generous chest, going for the pin. "And..."

The referee slid down and slapped her hand on the mat, starting up the count along with the crowd. "1...!"

Morrigan barely flinched when the first count came.

"TWO!"

She sucked in a breath at the second count. Valley had worked her over pretty quickly and efficiently and though she was dazed and sore, she wasn't out of the fight yet. She was going to show the blonde how much of a stubborn cunt she really was. With all of her effort she kicked out her legs and threw her arm up in the air just before the referee slapped her hand down for the final count.

There was a second where Valley really thought she had Morrigan beat. The front dropkick wasn't exactly a finishing move, but it came on the heels of a pretty solid combo, and with her opponent so still after the first count, things looked promising.

Should've known better, though. Life couldn't be that easy.

"I'm guessing..." She rolled off Morrigan's chest after the kickout, with just the slightest look of aggravation on her face as she came to sit on her opponent's lap. "...that when you saw me walk away..." She reached over and grabbed Morrigan by the hair, getting a tight grip once again. "...this was not how you pictured things going."

Valley pulled Morrigan's head under her shoulder and circled her arm around it, trying to lock in a tight front facelock as she began to stand up. Nothing fancy for the moment. She had Morrigan under control and she wanted to make sure she stayed that way.

Morrigan groaned as she felt Valley haul her up by the head and pull her into the facelock. She still wasn't doing well enough to fight back from that, but she heard Valley's words well enough. She was in a bad position, but Morrigan knew the fight wasn't over and Valley should know that too before she started running her mouth.

Morrigan pushed her foot forward and tried to catch Valley's foot under her own. She then balled her fist and tried to drive it as hard as she could into Valley's mid section.

The outward bravado was just to tick Morrigan off. Given the way this whole thing had started, she couldn't resist getting the first real verbal jab. But Valley realized that if her opponent was strong enough to escape a pinfall, then she probably had quite a bit of fight left. This theory was confirmed by the fist plowing into her gut and the foot slamming into her toes.

Valley prided herself on her kicks, but when it came to upperbody strength, Morrigan likely had the edge. The Irishwoman’s fist slammed into the washboard abs, and for a moment, the Slamazon’s body faltered. She hissed through her teeth as her legs began to buckle, her facelock lost some of its strength, and it looked like holding onto Morrigan might be more trouble than it was worth.

Valley wasn't quite ready to give up on it, though, especially when she had a card to play. She'd hit Morrigan's back multiple times in the match so far, and she targeted it once again with a quick punch from above, while giving her a sharp knee in the chest from below.
