SS 16 Polar Bear Coffin Match: Julia Rogers Vs. Death Bunny

As much as Julia would’ve loved to throw some sort of comeback at Death Bunny, she was still a little too dazed to do so. Instead the blonde tried to get her wits back together so she could focus and figure out how to stop this from quickly turning into a one-sided massacre!

Slowly she started to push herself up toward the mat, and was relieved to find that Death Bunny apparently wouldn’t be interfering with her effort. But she highly doubted the girl would just leave her alone entirely. Sure enough, the bunny girl dashed off into the ropes. She was quick, but not quick enough to mask her intentions from Julia.

By the time the luchadora was up to her feet a boot was being thrown right toward her face. Julia threw her arms up and caught the foot, but grunted out as the force still drove her backward several steps. But then she quickly attempted to wrap her arm around the leg, and would then drop down while twisting her body in an attempt to twist the leg with a painful dragon screw!

A modicum of sportsmanship and outright pity was what had compelled D.B. to allow Julia the breathing room to rise back to her feet, her initial impressions of the cowgirl certainly not flattering in the least. Especially after having leveled the chipper cowgirl back down to the canvas twice in quick succession and with relative ease.

The prospect of this match degrading into a lop-sided pummeling was clearly on the horizon as D.B. would sprint off in the opposite direction once Julia had arisen to her hands and knees. While she wasn't as swift as her lagomorphic title would indicate, her natural running speed was more than enough to make this kick have mind-numbing repercussions if it connected. Which it did, to an extent.

"...the hell off!!" D.B. growled in frustration when she found herself bounding on one leg before Julia's twisting dragon screw sent her flipping overhead and barreling along the ring until she purposefully rolled under the bottom rope. Back on her feet but with a hobbled stance at ringide, Bunny flinched from the sharp pain in her knee as she took a few steps to walk off whatever damage her leg had taken.

From the moment she’d been sucker punched with a microphone, things definitely hadn’t been going Julia’s way in this impromptu match. Death Bunny had immediately started pounding away at her, and it had been all the cowgirl could do just to get herself an ounce of breathing room.

But finally it seemed she’d taken a step in turning things around a bit. The dragon screw took the brawling bunny girl down, and left Julia alone in the ring momentarily. Bringing her legs up, she kicked them out to spring right back onto her feet, eliciting a rallying chorus of cheers from the crowd. Even better, Death Bunny was limping at ringside. Not a safe place to be against someone like Julia.

With a grin the luchadora pointed skyward to let the crowd know she was about to fly, then stepped forward to grab onto the top rope. With a pull and leap she bounded up onto the rope, then sprang off it into the air, gracefully executing a backflip while her body moved forward, attempting to crash onto Death Bunny outside the ring with a springboard shooting star press!

Underestimating the luchadora's penchant for obstinate, last second counters led to the bunny girl taking a rather harsh dragon screw takedown and being sent tumbling outside. But it was of her own volition that D.B. made the hasty exit, rolling along with the twisting momentum until she was on her own hobbled stance at ringside.

D.B. flinched from the lingering discomfort in her knee, shuffling forward with a grimace until she had regained her posture. She figured it was wiser to collapse outside and be back on your feet instantly than risk climbing back up inside the ring at a much slower ascension. Nevertheless, the rallying cries of the nearby audience brought her attention back towards the ring and skyward, where a shadowy silhouette blotted out the roof-lights before Julia's high-flying frame would come slamming down upon her.

"Hggh!!" D.B. grunted after crumpling right back down to the mat beneath Julia, weighed down by the luchadora after her crowd pleasing spectacle bowled her over. Winded, dazed, and most importantly, severely agitated, D.B. winced and remained splayed out at ringside until she felt Julia's ass get off her chest. The bunny girl grumbling as she began shifting over to her sides in the initial preambles of shuffling back to her hands and knees.

The crowd exploded into cheers as Julia crashed down onto Death Bunny, slamming her down onto the floor at ringside! She’d never attempted such a move in jeans before, and admittedly it had felt weird to execute. But she’d managed, and the results spoke for themselves.

The cowgirl pushed herself up to her knees, which sat her up astride the bunny girl’s voluptuous chest, and threw both index fingers up. “Woo! That’s how we do it!” she called out with a bright smile before climbing off her foe.

Julia stood and walked by the barrier, high fiving several fans until she came to the corner. There, she turned and started a rhythmic clap with her hands, which the audience soon took up as well. Then the blonde crouched and waited for D.B. to get onto her hands and knees. And once she was there, the luchadora would look to keep building her momentum by charging forward before dropping down, aiming to blast the bunny girl in the side of her head with a low dropkick if she failed to move away in time!

D.B. just so happened to remember just how irritating it was to tangle with high-flying luchadoras once they started getting airborne. She recognized that Julia was feeding off her own surging momentum to apply non-stop pressure with those acrobatic assaults and crowd pleasing spectacles that were all thoroughly testing D.B.'s patience. Her tolerance for Julia’s showboating becoming razor thin after having the luchadora victoriously pose over her and pander to the Dojo faithful at ringside from the first sign of gaining an advantage over the bunny brawler.

Dazed and increasingly bitter from firmly losing traction in the match, D.B. instinctively shuffled over to her side to the foreboding sound of rhythmic applause. She had a feeling they weren’t clapping for her. It was an all-encompassing rallying cry that sped up before the crescendo came in the form of Julia's charging dropkick clocking D.B. right in the cranium and whipping her bunny-eared head to the side!

D.B. let out a pained wail before she was sent tumbling and rolling along the floor, shielding the side of her head that had eaten the double booted kick. D.B. cringed through gritted teeth, both from the newfound head pains and from the incessant "Lucha!!" chants echoing around her from the nearby peanut gallery. It took her a few seconds to ease the ringing in her rattled head, but eventually a lone hand would claw onto the nearby ring apron and tug on it to help in her groggy ascension...

The dropkick connected, and Julia couldn’t have been feeling better about herself as she sprang up again! The tables had made a full 180 turn from the start of this bout. Now DB was the one down and dazed, and the crowd was rallying behind the luchador cowgirl!

Julia smiled and pumped her fist through the air in sync with the chants of the crowd, which only encouraged them to keep it going a few moments longer, but she quickly turned her attention back to the recovering bunny girl.

“Need some help?” she asked half tauntingly while striding over to her foe. If DB didn’t resist, Julia would try to shover her back into the ring under the bottom rope before climbing up onto the apron. The fans were clearly enjoying the high flying spectacle she’d put on thus far, and there was plenty more where that all came from!

Shuffling herself upward under the incessant cheers of the ringside audience, D.B. coped with her current predicament by imagining just how satisfying it was going to be to crack this stupid cowgirl's back over her knee. Or pummel that smiling face of hers until she was coated with sheen of red as bright as the color D.B. was seeing at this very moment. Pleasant thoughts for D.B. to fantasize about while she attempted to straighten herself back up to her feet.

An ascension D.B. would find herself aided with when she felt Julia hoist her back up and roll her back under the bottom rope, the bunny girl willingly complying for the most part until she spied the cowgirl climbing back up on the apron and offering D.B. a wide open target. Rising back to her feet perhaps faster than Julia could have predicted, D.B. would plow her knee directly into her breadbasket before fiercely clenching onto Julia's curly locks and attempting to hairmare the cowgirl over the top ropes with a fearsome yell in one deft and hair-raising swinging motion.

Despite how quickly it had escalated, the match was still in its early stages. Julia understood that, and she knew that a woman as tough as D.B. wasn’t going to be easily dispatched of. Even still, the blonde didn’t expect the bunny girl to recover as quickly as she did!

Julia was just about to try to leap up to the top rope for another flashy, springboard dive in hopes of keeping her train of momentum rolling, when a knee suddenly blasted right against her sternum! The impact almost knocked the cowgirl right off the apron, until D.B.’s hands latched onto her hair and prevented it.

Then the luchadora took flight again, though certainly not in the way she had intended! Lifted up with a painful yank of her beautiful hair, Julia flipped forward over the top rope and crashed down onto her back inside the ring! “Gah!” she cried out, cringing in pain and arching her back up.

Weathering Julia's sudden offense had left D.B. more rattled than she had anticipated, especially since she hadn't considered the cowgirl to go from zero to sixty at the drop of a hat. But maintaining her cool under pressure and enduring the strikes and acrobatic flips kept her from missing out on her chance to get back into the match. Namely by plowing her knee into and Julia's gut and chucking the luchadora over the top rope with one heaving groan.

D.B. winced and clutched her side from where Julia's dropkick had connected, hoisting the cowgirl overhead reigniting some of those numbing aches. The bunny girl using that pain as adrenalized fuel to start putting this match back on it's proper course as she reached down to flip Julia over on her front side by her wrist.

By planting one of her knees directly onto Julia's spine and interlocking her fingers under Julia’s chin, D.B. would start to wrench the cowgirl’s head up in the chinlock but with the bunny girls’ weight keeping her floored down to the canvas. D.B. applying intense pressure to Julia’s neck and spine with a steady stream of claps emanating from the audience in their slim hopes of having Julia somehow manuever her way out of the hold.
