Emily Nelson vs. Peggy McIntyrePeggy

Peggy got up, eyeing Emily with a glare of determination. However she was unable to dodge the punch! She staggered back and stumbled about limp legged, but barely managed to stay on her feet! If Emily wanted to punch, Peggy would punch!

She screamed as she rushed forth, aiming her own hard punch to the jaw of Emily!

The feeling of her fist thudding into Peggy's jaw, admittedly, felt good after all that Emily hard taken from her opponent. Unsurprisingly, though, Peggy did not drop: instead she screamed and lashed back with a punch of her own!

"UGH!" Emily grunted, the blow sending her staggering to the side as it slammed against her jaw. She seemed to wobble on her feet for a few seconds, before balling her fist and angrily lashing out again with a second punch, thus time hoping to stun Peggy with a blow to the temple.

Around them, the crowd was on the edge of their seats. The two ladies had descended into a brutal brawl, one that was going to put both of their endurance to the test.

The strike landed perfectly on Peggy's temple, leaving her howling in pain as she staggered back and slumped to a knee. She wobbled a bit even from there, clearly dazed by the precise, hard hit. Peggy awkwardly got up to her feet and tried to shake her head before stumbling forward and swinging wildly at Emily again, aiming for her nose! Peggy was hardly in any shape to land an accurate hit but she put everything she had on this one even if her form and grace were totally absent. She was starting to lose control, and knew if she didn't regain it she was in danger of blowing yet another match!

As Peggy staggered away, Emily swayed ever so briefly, as her vision swirled momentarily from that last punch. Shaking away the fog of dizziness, Emily tried to keep her focus on Peggy, especially now that the Irish girl was stumbling away from her, a little towards the centre of the ring. Now was her chance.

Wordlessly, she sprang forwards, raising an arm as she aimed to floor the Irish girl with a powerful clothesline while she was still too stunned to react!

Peggy turned and had her fist cocked back ready to strike. Unfortunately for her Emily rushed her and planted her down to the mat with a strong clotheslines. Peggy hit the mat with a loud thud, laying in stunned agony as she kicked the mat a couple times. She was down and struggling. Emily had somehow fought through everything Peggy threw at her and now had Peggy on the ropes!

Emily felt as much as heard Peggy crash to the mat as the ring floor vibrate from the impact. As Peggy lay on her back kicking at the mat, Emily circled her, brushing her damp hair out of her face. This long into the match, and her face was covered in beads of sweat. Peggy had hit hard, and had even brought her to the edge of defeat...but now the Irish girl was about to learn the hard way not to mess with a Wrestle Angel.

Grabbing one of Peggy's boots, Emily moved to roll her onto her front, before stepping behind her, trying to interlock Peggy's ankles around her own legs in preparation for her submission finisher. Taking a deep breath, Emily grabbed Peggy's wrists before leaning back, hoping to elevate a Peggy's body painfully in her trademark ceiling hold, the Highlander!

Peggy was just laying there like prey for a predator.  Emily locked in her nasty hold and Peggy screamed out in pain, her ear splitting howls of pain echoing throughout the arena!  She wasn't anywhere near ropes but she knew she couldn't blow it again, there was no way she could tap!  The referee came to ask if she was going to submit.

"Go fuck yerself!  I can't qu--AAARRGGGHHHHH!"  Peggy howled, drawing deep breaths in between her screams.  "I ain't a waste of their time..."  Peggy muttered to herself, not wanting to humiliate herself or the women who take the time to help her train by losing at the last second yet again.  The crowd was now firmly cheering Emily and rooting against Peggy.  "S-shut up.... I ain't a fuckin' j-jobber..AHHHHHHHHH!"  Peggy screamed again, even louder than before.

She was squirming and screaming, stuck but not tapping out.  At least not just yet.  She had to hold out or... or something.  Anything.  Just don't tap out she had told herself.

Emily gritted her teeth as she locked in the Highlander, elevating Peggy's body above hers in such a way that she was facing directly up towards the ceiling. Locked in place like this, Peggy's body was forced to arch and curve as her limbs were stretched outwards; Emily by contrast was showing off her lean legs as she fought to sustain the hold, something that was proving to be a taxing effort given all that she had already been through.

"Come on, give it up, McIntyre!" she shouted, a roll of sweat sliding down her forehead. She had Peggy right where she wanted her, trapped and unable to get to the ropes...but now she was starting to wonder if the stubborn girl would actually give up before Emily wore herself out...

Peggy held out as long as she could, pain shooting through her body as she was arched up in an unnatural position. A loud scream, even louder and more distinct from the others escaped her lips as this just became too much. However she still refused to give in. Her stubborn pride held even as her body was breaking.

"I can't fuckin' give in! I can't let them look bad n' blow another match..." She yelled out, referring to the more accomplished women who took time to help her train. She realized if she blew this her name would be a running joke in the locker room. Peggy McIntyre, choke artist who can't win in the end.

All she could do was hold out despite her body being so broken and in such agony that many felt her defeat was all but assured.

By this point, Emily knew that Peggy had to be in a world of pain, and not just because the Irish girl was screaming. Emily had the hold locked in tight, in such a way that it was contorting Peggy's back almost to the breaking out. And yet, despite everything, Peggy was refusing to tap. Despite all of the pain she was in right now, she was still stubbornly fighting on.

Emily clenched her teeth as she tried to maintain the hold, feeling soreness build in her limbs from the exterior needed to keep Peggy elevated. She could still continue, press on and try to wring out a submission...but at this rate, she would more likely do some irrevocable harm to Peggy. As much as Peggy irritated her, Emily had no wish to ruin her career.

As she heard Peggy scream about not wanting to let certain people down, Emily made up her mind. She relaxed the hold, letting Peggy flop to the mat, before rolling away and catching her breath. It looked like she would have to win this one the hard way...
