Match Type: Standard Match
Victory Conditions: Pinfall, submission, or KO.

"Today's the big day." Noriko stared at the locker interior, watching the woman who looked back at her from the mirror. A face of forced intensity trying to veil her excitement. It had been months since she had signed with the AFW, and she had finally managed to land herself a match. On a strategic level, the added time outside the ring had given her an ample window to train and learn about much of what usually happened within the squared circle. Training had been an interesting learning experience. She was dead set on being a model student out of respect for her trainer, but deep down knew much of what she was learning wouldn't see use in her actual matches. She knew her strengths and weaknesses better than anyone else, if she wanted to make it out here she was going to have to work to enhance the former while working around the latter. It was simple, for her. Even after all her sparring, bump practice, and generally drilling. After days, weeks, months of waiting for this moment...

It didn't really feel special. She had expected something to click, a flip switched on to an explosive revelation that this was the day she truly became a woman or some such nonsense. Brushing her fingers gently through her hair she gently tucked a few stray stands behind her ear. "Lets see what you can do." She nodded to herself before pulling the door shut to make the short walk to gorilla position. She knew her match would be coming up next.

There had been an expectation that things would be similiar to the first time she faced off against another person. She was warned of the massive crowds and the stiff competition, but it had mostly fallen on def ears. She had been in and around this sort of atmosphere her whole life. If it wasn't crammed into a packed hall to watch her father's sumo stable clean house, it was her facing off in amateur exhibitions. She had rid herself of performance butterflies ages ago to the point where she felt just as natural stepping out in front of people as she did walking around her apartment. She supposed that sort of thing coming easy to her was good, it allowed her to keep a level head. Still, she missed that sense of danger, the thrill of the unknown, that silent brooding intensity that came from having to buckle down for a make or break moment. There was of course still time for all of that, after all she had no idea how experienced her opposition was for the evening. That gave her a bit of hope. She hadn't tried to do any research in hopes the surprise would jar one of those old feelings loose.

As she roamed the halls, she passed a variety of familiar faces she had seen around the gym, and some new ones she didn't recognize. She had gotten a few odd looks at her simple choice of attire and her casual barefoot strut on the slightly chilled cement flooring, but they all got a small nod of the head and and smile from her. It wasn't too peculiar not many new her, after all she was in the Friction arena. She had officially been signed as a talent for Tension, but her contract made it very clear she was to be allowed to compete on both brands. She was here to work, learn, and grow. It didn't matter how often she was called on to wrestle or against who... she just wanted competition.

She had been told she needed more flare, more character, if she was going to make it here in AFW. Oh how they wanted to dress her up or down, even trying to get her to use her old mawashi in her bouts. She wasn't about to disrespect her roots by parading that culture around in the ring as if it were some simple aesthetic thing. If they ever wanted to host some actual sumo competition, then she would me more than heavy to bust out her old gear. She had opted instead for something simple, plain, and comfortable. A theme of blue and white, both colors were a representation of a purity. It was less a statement on her character, and more of an address towards her fresh beginnings as a wrestler.

She had bought white shirts in bulk, something easy for her to work with, and cut the upper shoulders off to make the garment more unique, something to draw the eye due to it's strangeness. Originally she had planned to place a big blue circle on her chest, a feminine color take on the powerful symbol of their national flag, but she didn't feel that sort of symbolism would catch on. Her trainer suggested something more interesting, like a star. She opted instead for a big heart, for the obvious reason of it seemed to fit her. While she wasn't sure how well she would be received, she was forward thinking enough to know this would be an easy design to replicate for fans or put on signs if they were so inclined.

Once she finally reached gorilla position the wait hadn't been more than ten minutes. She quietly watched the tail end of the current match on a monitor, making a mental note of the rather fancy move used to finally used to put the woman on the losing end away. As both ladies entered her side of the curtain, she congratulated the victor and loser respectfully on their good showing. Finally is was her time. She tugged at her top, making she everything as adjusted, tugged back her hair into a tight ponytail, and shook out her long legs as she waited for her music.

Noriko Yamamoto:
Theme:

The initial reaction was mixed as she slipped through the curtains. People seemed to be enjoying her music, but confused by her in general. She looked to them as if she was getting ready for bed, not a wrestling match. She didn't too much stock in her early reactions though, she was new after all. All they had to go off of what what she looked like... and her character if she had decided to showboat at all, which she didn't really. As she made her way down the grated ramp barefoot, she considered getting herself some actual attire specifically for a future entrance, something to spice up her look a bit more. Something simple like a hoodie maybe, to make her seem like a more legitimate fighter. Maybe she would even wrap her hands and feet next time to further that vibe. So many things to consider. She nodded to a few cheering onlookers, even reached out to give a few low fives in passing as she skirted the barricade to jog her way up the ringside stairs before slipping into the ring.

She took a few small hops, testing the feel of the canvas beneath her feet. A bit stiffer than the one at the gym, but it certainly felt sturdy. Moving to the ropes she leaned her back in, giving them a good shove before springing off. It was going to take a bit more getting use to, that was for sure. For now, she looked to the ramp, waiting her opponent with a small smile that was fast growing wider.

Noriko Yamamoto vs Olympia Starr - Moving Mountains Empty Re: Noriko Yamamoto vs Olympia Starr - Moving Mountains

Post by Guest Mon Mar 26, 2018 3:01 am

"You're sure you want to do this? You've been here less than 3 days!"

Olympia Starr looked up at her companion Safia, flashing her a wide smile. "Oh don't worry! I've been practicing," she said, continuing to stretch out as she waited for her turn to come out. She had a lot of energy built up, bouncing a little to a beat only she could hear as she moved through her stretches.

"Practicing where?" Safia asked, hands on her hips, "You literally spent the last 3 days sleeping at my apartment."

"Before that obviously," Olympia said, waving her hand to dismiss the thought, "Why do you think I was so tired? I was training beforehand!"

Safia sighed, putting her forehead against her wrist. "Well I wasn't going to talk you out of it anyways," she said, "Try to win ok? I'd hate to see you go through all this effort for nothing."

"You betcha!" Olympia said. She pulled Safia in for a big hug, before hopping up to the ramp. She heard her opponent's music coming on, knowing that her own would be up next. She took a peek outside the curtain to see what her opponent was up to. The crowd reaction seemed mixed to her, and after looking for a little Olympia understood why. Her opponent did not have the kind of flashy costumes that drew people's attention at AFW. She looked down at the tight white leotard she wore, which pushed her breasts way up almost into her face, and suddenly felt quite overdressed. This was the wrong kind of fanservice.

"Hey Safia," she called backwards, "Do I still have my gym clothes in the bag?"

"Um, yeah," Safia said after checking, "Why do you need them?"

Olympia took the bag, looking around until she grabbed what she wanted. "I have an idea," she said, grinning.

The house lights strobed in time to the beat of Ariana Grande as Olympia's music came on. However she didn't immediately come out. It was only after a burst of sparklers went off a little ways down the ramp that Olympia jumped out onto the stage. She was just a tiny bit late, but there was a good reason why. Instead of wearing the white leotard that was on all her promotional pics, she instead wore something far more casual and cute. On her top she wore a loose t-shirt trimmed with red, with her name emblazoned across the chest in black. Her bottoms were the tightest and shortest red athletic shorts imaginable. Rounding out her outfit were a pair of sneakers, and a bright red ribbon tied around her head. She looked like she was in a track meet, not a wrestling match.

Spoiler:

However the crowd reacted very positively. Seeing the two fighters together, they saw the casual gym attire theme behind the match. It wasn't billed that way, but now that they were seeing it they could go along with it. Especially since even if they weren't wearing flashy luchadore attire, the crowd could still get quite an eyeful of the two beauties that were to soon be beating each other up in front of them.

Olympia was down the ramp in quickly, practically bouncing her way down. The attention and the crowds' positive reaction gave her a ton of energy. Once she reached the ring apron, instead of walking up the steps or stepping up onto the ring like a normal person, Olympia jumped straight up, catching her feet on the second ropes. She nearly slipped off, but pushed again for a second jump just in time, vaulting straight into the ring, flipping head over heels before performing a perfect superhero landing. The crowd gave an appreciative "Ooooohhhh" after seeing the acrobatic move. Meanwhile in the stands, Safia winced. "Oh my god, that's so bad for your knees," she thought, shaking her head.

Olympia straightened up, flipping strands of her blonde hair behind her face. She turned around and flashed the camera her wide grin, holding up two fingers. "V for victory!" she called out to the crowd. She then spun around, finally giving her opponent her attention.

"Hehe sorry to keep you waiting," Olympia said, "I had to do a quick costume change after seeing what you're wearing. I didn't realize I had overdressed for the occasion!"

Noriko had taken to limbering up in the ring, dropping down to to the mat as she extended her leg fully as she bounced a bit on her other tucked in leg. She rose up and dropped back down to the other side. Once Olympia's music hit, it drew her attention fully. Pulling herself up, she reached over her head to stretch out of arms. Whoever she was facing, she wasn't sure what to think of their choice of theme.

When they finally hit the stage, she gave that spunky blond a curious look. She couldn't help but feel as though she was on some sort of candid camera show. It almost seemed as if the girl was dressed to compliment her to a minor degree, even going so far as to sport red rather than her blue. She wasn't complaining, neither were the crowd it seemed. She waited intently, mentally taking notes in her mind with how the more charismatic girl handled herself. Wrestling wasn't a quiet solumn sport, it was loud and brash. She would have to get use to that.

While the crowd gave their “oooos”, Noriko opted to lightly clap for Olympia. It had been an impressive feat of acrobatics, that was for sure. She was already feeling far better about this and the match hadn't even begun. The blond seemed to be positively overflowing with energy. While that may not have boded well for her, she welcomed the challenge of a for that could keep her one her toes.

“Seems you were well worth the wait. Very impressive.” She gave the woman opposite from her a small bow of her head in polite greeting. “Oh?” She blinked, head tilted curiously. She wasn't sure what the girl could have possibly been wearing prior. It was considerate of her to change, given how well the two of them matched. It almost looked like they had planned it.

“Hmm.” She stood up straight, slapping her fist into an open palm, twisting her hand down into it to crack her knuckles. “I’ll make sure you didn't change for nothing. Let's have some fun… looking forward to seeing what you’ve got.” She lifted her chin in a small upnod at Olympia, signalling she was ready.

Noriko stepped up towards the middle of the ring, slightly off to one side. She raised a leg up, dropping to the side to center herself up in a low squat with her legs spread wide. She brought her arms down, pressing his fingers gingerly to the mat. Shoulders hunched slightly, she stared up at the blond from an incredibly low to the ground ready stance, fairly normal for her given training in sumo.

"Thanks!" Olympia said at her opponent's compliment. She made a mental note that the acrobatic display was great way to impress her opponent's and the audience, judging by the response she got. She would have to try something similar for future matches.

Now that she was up close, she could give her opponent a much more detailed look. "Hmm, she looks hot," Olympia thought. Noriko's clothes, while casual, did little to hide her curvy and lush body. But despite her sexiness Olympia noted that the way she carried herself showed strength and athleticism. In her time in competitive sports, Olympia encountered many creampuffs who were actually amazing athletes. She figured that even if Noriko did not cut an impressive figure at first glance, she would prove tougher than she looked.

Of course, that applied to Olympia as well. "Hehe, I hope you can handle it!" she replied, flashing her cheeky grin to show she was ready as well.

Seeing her opponent move to the center of the ring, Olympia followed suit. She watched as Noriko assumed an extremely low stance. "A sumo?" Olympia thought, "Well this is going to be a first." She had never fought a sumo before, and had no idea what to expect. The only sumo wrestling she had seen was on TV, where it was more of a novelty. Olympia crouched down low as well, though her stance was not at all like Noriko's, showing the sumo that Olympia wasn't trained at all to face opponents like her.

"Noriko, did I get your name right? It's Noriko?" Olympia asked, "Anyways, Noriko, I want to see how strong you are!" She held out her hands, offering the sumo a test of strength. "Go on," Olympia said, indicating that she wanted to lock up in a grapple, "I promise I won't bite too hard!"

“Hai, No-ree-koe. Noriko.” She gave a quick nod, she assumed Olympia wasn't overly concerned with how her name was spelled in kanji, so left that aside. She hadn't expected quite so much banter, especially the friendly sort. Not that it was bad, but she was itching to get started. After waiting so long for a match, she wanted to dive headfirst into things. Her opponent seemed rather amicable, which seemed to be rare from what she had watched on the television. Of course there was always the chance it was all an act, but the blonde seemed rather genuine.

She was all set to get this started right with an explosive start, waiting for the bell. Unlike wrestling, sumo was often times won based on a split second difference between competitors at the very start of a bout. This was her element… and Olympia, whether due to good natured intentions or purposeful cunning ruined her strong the the moment she offered a challenge of strength.

Noriko felt obligated to oblige, the blonde had been nothing but a treat thus far, going so far as to change her clothes to better match. It was the least she could do in return. As the bell finally rang, she surrendered her plans slightly reluctantly to accept the issued challenge with an open mind. She was just as curious about the girl opposite from her as they seemed to be about her. This would be a good opportunity to get a handle for what she was up against.

“Hm. Very well.” Noriko padded slowly over, her bare feet pressed to the canvas below made next to no sound as she traveled. Coming to a stop in front of Olympia she took a brief moment to size the girl up. Their differences weren't too vast, but standing this close she could definitely note she wall taller. The blonde was, very matured, a shape figure and well kept body. She couldn't really gauge much from a glance of exactly how strong the girl was, nothing stood out immediately.

Bracing her feet against the canvas she reached out, slowly lacing her fingers with Olympia’s. Noriko's hands were rougher than they may have appeared, a clear sign of use. Between her training and career path, she had hardened up quite a bit. As she clenched her hands around her opponents, she made sure not to apply too much pressure. As far as she knew this was akin to a shoving match, not unlike what she was use to, so her aim wasn't to crush the poor girls hands.

Her body tensed as she applied a bit of push, waiting for her opponent to be ready as well. Once both women were locked in and braced however, all bets were off the table. The idea of a slow steady built to feel out her opponent's strength wasn't something that crossed her mind even once, she threw everything into their lock up the moment Olympia had been ready.

“Ikozu!” With a sudden step in she locked her frame up, bearing down on Olympia with a swift burst of raw aggression fueled by her leverage and weight. She sought out any weakness to exploit. Poor footing? She would trudge forward to drive her back. A loss of balance? She would try to bring the girl to her knees. She had gone from zero to sixty right out the gate. Noriko gave little in terms of budging, she might as well have been a solid brick wall embodied in a human.

Noriko Yamamoto vs Olympia Starr - Moving Mountains Empty Re: Noriko Yamamoto vs Olympia Starr - Moving Mountains

Post by Guest Mon Mar 26, 2018 7:11 pm

Locking hands with Noriko, Olympia noted that the sumo girl's hands were quite rough. She had no clue what that meant, beyond that her opponent probably did quite a bit of hard work with her hands and didn't bother to take care of them. Olympia's hands felt quite soft in comparison. It made the blonde wonder if her attire, amateurish stance, and seeming naivete made Noriko underestimate her. If she did she would be in for a rough surprise.

They pushed slowly at first, both girls getting settled in before the real test began. Olympia was planning to ramp things up slowly to see just how strong Noriko was, but the sumo babe had other plans.

"Uwah!" Olympia gasped when she felt Noriko going all out right from the start! It nearly unbalanced Olympia. She did get pushed back a step before stomping down hard with her foot, digging in her heel to stop Noriko from pushing her back anymore.

"Geez you don't waste any time do you?" Olympia said through gritted teeth, "Well whatever, that's the best you got?" She grinned as she ramped up her strength as well, tightening her core and flexing her thighs and glutes. Olympia wasn't budging any more either, rooting her feet down according to her own judo training to ensure she wouldn't budge.

But just pushing like this wasn't going to determine a winner quickly. Olympia had an idea for tipping things to her advantage regardless of how strong she actually was compared to Noriko. Olympia would suddenly jerked both her arms outwards, dragging Noriko's arms out as well! Her forward momentum pushed her right into Noriko chest first, smashing her firm double D breasts right into Noriko's own impressive chest! Olympia had done this move many times in the past, and against an unprepared opponent (or even a prepared one in many cases) it was enough to knock the wind completely out of them! She fully expected it to be the case here as well.

Noriko Yamamoto vs Olympia Starr - Moving Mountains Empty Re: Noriko Yamamoto vs Olympia Starr - Moving Mountains

Post by Yori Tue Mar 27, 2018 12:36 am

As the charging advance came to a screeching halt she let out a sudden grunt. She had been rather quiet and composed up until now, all things considered. She had a serious air about her given this was a competition after all. She hadn't thought much of what Olympia might be able to bring to the table, not that she had underestimated her but she hadn't really formed a positive opinion of her potential until now. She couldn't hide the grin on her face, that sudden rush as the two women strained against one another in deadlock. How long had it been since she experienced someone able to match her to this point? Quite awhile.

“Good!” The Japanese native barked with laugh. “You wanted to see how tough I am, it would be rude to hold back.” Her palms shook against Olympia’s as she tried to slowly bent the other girls hands back, pressing her height advantage by using her leverage to push down on her. She seemed content to remain like this all day, bringing with confidence she could out muscle the blonde if it came down to raw endurance… which may have been a gross overestimation of her own stamina.

As her opponent made her move, Noriko didn't resist the change in their arms, following along with the other woman's lead. When their outstretched arms stopped, she twisted her wrists, applying torque to her grip on the girl. As Olympia’s breasts beached themselves against her own bosom, the sudden impact while expected, had been a bit more forceful than she would have thought. Rather than easing into the change, the blond had used it to her advantage to literally throw herself into it.

Noriko’s bare feet slid back along the canvas for a moment, losing her ground as she huffed to recover from the deceptively effective chest bounce. Pivoting on her heels, she angled her feet to drag at a horizontal, catching more mat beneath her to stop her backwards movement. She had managed to hold firm, though slightly winded. She wasn't sure she could hold the blond back for much longer now.

If only her hands weren't occupied she could have ended this so quickly, perhaps that was the point of this, to make it hard on her. With the two women packed so tightly against one another, it was hard not to feel the soft give of every slight movement as they pressed breast to breast, it was a bit distracting, but nothing she hadn't ever experienced before. It was pretty common for her to be locked in close with her opponents in sumo as well.

Rather than allow herself to be whittled down, she took the initiative to lead their hold, leaning slightly to the left, making it seem like she was trying to work the blond down from another angle. She took a quick step back, wrenching herself into a twist with her new footing. She pulled at Olympia, trying bypass the issue of a pushing deadlock by sweeping the woman up off her feet entirely to try to hurl her down to the canvas.

Noriko Yamamoto vs Olympia Starr - Moving Mountains Empty Re: Noriko Yamamoto vs Olympia Starr - Moving Mountains

Post by Guest Tue Mar 27, 2018 11:57 am

Olympia's grin widened when she felt Noriko give ground after she started involving her chest. It was a move that she had used many times in the past highly effectively, as the pressure in their chests grew Olympia knew that it would soon become very hard to breathe. She had taken a deep breath beforehand, so she could hold on. But she wondered if Noriko had thought so far, or if she was starting to get smothered under the weight of their dueling chests. Though Noriko was able to stop Olympia from driving her all the way back, it only increased the pressure the blonde bombshell put on Noriko, crushing the both of them together even tighter. To Olympia it all felt fantastic, their bodies pressed together so tightly that she could feel every bit of movement in her opponent's sexy body. It got her thinking some rather naughty things.

That is, until she felt her opponent's weight begin to shift. "Heh, what are you up to?" Olympia thought. She felt the shift in her opponent's weight as she turned left, moving Olympia's right side forward. Then came the step back. That surprised Olympia, but her body responded automatically to the move.

Instead of allowing herself to get dragged along, Olympia's right leg shot behind Noriko's, hooking on behind her right knee. As Noriko pulled, Olympia leaned in hard against her, hooking her leg tightly to prevent her from pulling her over into the toss. Being a world champion level Judoka meant that she wasn't going to fall for that level of attack.

"Almost got me there," Olympia said. She stamped her right foot down, rooting it behind Noriko's, as she suddenly pushed forward to throw the sumo babe onto her back with Olympia crashing down on top!

Noriko Yamamoto vs Olympia Starr - Moving Mountains Empty Re: Noriko Yamamoto vs Olympia Starr - Moving Mountains

Post by Yori Tue Mar 27, 2018 5:19 pm

Noriko had underestimated how difficult it was to try and control her opponent with her hands occupied. Stretched out to the side as the women mashed against one another fighting for dominance, she had nothing to lift or leverage to effectively rip the girl off the ground. She knew she could, she just needed some momentum to make up for the lack to grip on the girl’s body.

With her change of footing came a commitment. You couldn't give your opponent ground without making a move. Every inch was precious in sumo, this hadn't been a move she took lightly when she had tried to throw the blond. The moment they shifted and she felt the leg hook back behind her, she knew that the gamble hadn't paid off. Still, she tried to wrench the woman off the the mat knowing it was already too late in vain hope she hadn't just lost their first encounter.

With nothing solid to hold onto, all it had taken was a simple move from the blond to stop her. Quick thinking on the other woman's part or simple muscle memory, she didn't know. This was a potential costly mistake though as the tables instantly had turned. Olympia dragged her leg out from under her, sweeping her balance as she bowled her down to the mat. She grunted as the woman came down with her, using her as a cushion for her own fall.

This wasn't where she wanted to be. Her power, her knowledge, her advantage, came from being upright. In competition she was a hard woman to move, she hadn't been put on her back by an opponent smaller than her, EVER. Though, in sumo, they wouldn't have done a move like that and risked taking their feet from the mat. But this wasn't sumo. This was wrestling. She had to stop treating the two of them as one sport. "Not bad." She murmured, tossing the girl a well deserved compliment as she twisted to move to her defense.

Noriko, despite the fall, had managed to keep a tight grip on Olympia's hands, one that only grew once she was put to the mat. She couldn't surrender them, not when she was like this. She had no idea how good the blond was on the ground, but knew for certain her opponent would be better than her. Tucking her elbows, she brought her arms in closer to her body, giving her a more powerful use off point as she shoved at the blonds arms, trying to keep her arms straight as she extended them to force Olympia up off her chest.

Noriko Yamamoto vs Olympia Starr - Moving Mountains Empty Re: Noriko Yamamoto vs Olympia Starr - Moving Mountains

Olympia executed her takedown far from flawlessly. She practically got dragged down along with her opponent, which if she had executed well should not have happened. But that was Olympia's style. Even back when she fought competitively, her technique was merely passable at best when compared with her competitors. Instead, she used her great strength to bully her way through her fights, and her aggression to keep her opponents off balance. It seemed here that it worked out for her, as her fall got cushioned by Noriko so she barely felt anything other than her opponent's pillow chest.

She heard Noriko's compliment whispered softly into her ear. "Thanks," Olympia said in response. She was about to say more, but Noriko did not seemed to be as stunned as Olympia would have liked from her fall. Olympia did not fight back when Noriko brought her arms in close and pushed backwards. She moved with the momentum, using it to spring back to her feet, taking a few steps back to give her opponent some room to get up as well.

Olympia grinned at her opponent as she waited for her to get back up. "Your body felt really nice," she said teasingly, "Come on! Let's get all close to each other again! I want to see whose body will give out first, yours or mine~" That last phrase had a very sensual undertone. Olympia was thinking about a very different kind of contest against Noriko, it seemed!
