Here's a good getting to know you sort of question but not.

There's just so many choices.

First the punch:
I would like to punch Revi from "Black Lagoon" right in the face. I just can't stand her. I wouldn't want to fight her... of course she would start to fight then, but that punch would be worth it ^^ And to punch an antagonist... let me think... Izaya Orihara from "Durarara!!" He's somehow the same. He is not a guy I would want to fight, but it would feel good to punch that dirtbag in the face.

Who I want to fight?
Mhm... Yuri Nakamura alias Yurippe or Yui (has no other name) from "Angel Beats". Fighting Yurippe would be a hard and gripping battle and fighting Yui would just be funny ^^
Antagonist. . . most antagonists I know, get their beating. The only antagonist I would want to beat, is Sephirot from "Final Fantasy 7". I know that he is no real anime character, but I realy hate him. Even if I must resurrect him first, it would be worth to beat the crap out of him the third time. (The first two times Cloud (and his friends) beat him). That fu*****, slimy, arrogant, contumelious, insane dirtbag deserves it.
