Melody vs Shade

Shade was in a bad position but she wouldn't give up yet and she relaxed her arm trying to relieve some of the pressure as she focused her thoughts on finding a way out of this situation.

Melody kept the submission straight as she tightened the hold, even if she was relaxed, she was still going to take damage.

Shade knew she was in a bad spot as even with a relaxed arm it still hurt alot and it would start to do alot of damage if she didn't get free soon her arm may not be usable in the rest of the match but even in Shade's unfortunate position she stayed strong and tried to punch or even slap against Melody's legs if she could.

Melody simply kept it up, until Shade somehow managed to get a firm grasp and started punching her arm. She normally would have taken it, but the idea of losing one arm to disable one arm this early seemed wrong. As such she broke off the arm lock by rolling off, and directly behind her.

As soon as Shade got up, she would start running towards her, if Shade turned around she would clothesline her, or if she had her back turned towards her, she would bulldog her.

Shade rubbed her arm as she got to her feet and she turned to face Melody only to be knocked back to the mat with a clothesline that hit her hard but Shade wasn't going to be done in by that and as she hit the mat Shade used a bit of her energy to spring back to her feet and turn to face Melody before charging at her opponent attempting to elbow her in the stomach or if she was still facing backwards in the kidneys.

When Melody's attack connected, she quickly turned about to grab her as she was getting up, but Shade's reaction was to quick, and she let her guard down, allowing her elbow to strike her stomach, making her double over.

With Melody doubled over Shade quickly grabbed her hair and drove a knee up into her opponents face before stepping to the side and attempting to throw Melody to the mat where Shade would grab her ankle and go for a ankle lock.

Melody felt the knee smash into her face and fell back, but Shade grabbed her and toss her to the ground, where she applied an ankle lock.

She cried out in pain as she was placed in it, but she quickly reacted by trying to crawl to the ropes for a rope break.

Shade wasn't the strongest fihgter in the AFW and soon Melody managed to grab the ropes and Shade being an honorable fight released the ankle and stepped away from Melody waiting for her to get up.

Melody,got up and twisted her ankle for a whiel to ensure it was fine, afterwards she would run twards Shade, attempting either a clothesline or a spear, depending on her actions.
