An Amazon's invitation (open to spar/brawl)

Rebecca's first instinct when joining the AFW, after making sure Adrian was fine, was to check out the gym. She'd spent the past two days travelling to Japan and hadn't had a workout session for nearly a week. She needed to get back into the training swing.

The place itself was large enough, thankfuly so were the doors so she didn't even have to duck to get through to the changing rooms, all sorts of machines for weightlifting, running, a few heavy punching bags for her to try later, enough mats and rings for sparring sessions. Overall much better than the run down facilities in Philly.

An hour weightlifting later, working both leg and bench presses, the sweat was really rolling down her body. Her white tank top clinging to her chest, she sat up and made her way to the ring in the centre. She wasn't alone in the centre, everyone needed to keep a work out schedule unless they wanted to drop behind their respective rivals.

"Anyone up for a quick spar?" She asked the group "I could do with a change of pace." Most of them however took one look at her, some of them looking back to see how much weight she was lifting and quickly declined. "Seriously, no-one?"

Adele was standing in front of a heavy bag working it over quickly furiously when she heard Rebecca's challenge to anyone in the gym, now as most looked away from the giant girl Adele moved towards the ring as she usually didn't back down from te challenge and in her head she thought that this would be a challenge indeed as Rebecca was taller thatn her by more than a foot and she probably outweighed her by alot too. As Adele approached the ring she called out to Rebecca "I'll accept your challenge" Adele then jumped into the ring and appraoched Rebecca in the center "I'm Adele by the way" Adele then extended her arm up towards Rebecca for a friendly handshake.

Rebecca took a look at the small girl who had just jumped in the ring to spar with her. "Are you sure?" she asked, before shaking her hand "Alright, but let's try not to get too worked up about this, okay. It's just a spar, it doesn't matter who wins or loses, okay?" she asked before breaking off the hand shake and stepping back into one of the corners to get a better look at who had challenged her. "Name's Rebecca."

She briefly recalled seeing her work the heavy bag while she was lifting weights. The pads on her hands giving a bit of credence to the idea that she was a martial artist of some description, possibly MMA. Still, she'd be a lot faster than her but Rebecca just had to get her hands on her, slow down Adele then she could easily overpower her. Still, wait for her to do the first move.

Adele smiled as Rebecca took her hand "Of course, this will be nothing more than a spar" Adele then moved back towards the corner opposite of Rebecca. Adele soon tohught to herself "Well she's probably as strong as she looks, so i'd better strike fast and quick before she takes me out" Adele then punched her ahnds together and struck up her kickboxing pose "Ready?" Adele asked and if Rebecca said yes Adele would quickly rush towards her opponent and jump into the air trying to perform a spinning back kick to Rebecca's gut.

As soon as Rebecca said "Yes" she watched as the little girl charge foward and smash her heel into her gut. "Ugh," the amazon groaned, the kickboxer, or what she assumed was kickboxing from the stance she assumed, hit harder than she thought. Managing to knock a lot of the wind out of her so quickly.

Still, she remained standing and fired back. Sending her arms crashing down to where Adele was for a double axe handle. But she'd leave herself open again if she missed.

After Adele hit with her kick she quickly jumped away from Rebecca barely avoiding her double axe handle "Whew" Adele thought to herself "That might have done a bit of damage to me" but while Adele was thinking to herslef she jumped towards Rebecca's side and moved in again this time however Adele tried to send a series of punches into Rebecca's kdneys in an attempt to keep the giant girl o nthe defensive.

Rebecca hissed at the punches, this girl was good at darting around, picking off targets and then dodging out the way. However, the punches had one disadvantage compared to the kick, even if they were more painful causing Rebecca to blink out and grit her teeth, she was a lot closer, allowing the dark skinned girl to wrap her arm around her head and pull her in for a side headlock, punches or no punches.

Adele yelped in surprise as Rebecca caught her in the side headlock but that didn't stop her from punching at Rebecca's side. Adele knew she had to get free or this was going to get painful for her but Rebecca's grip was quite strong and Adele's punches didn't seem to be causing Rebecca to flinch or weaken at all "Mabye i should have thought this through more" Adele thought to herself as she squirmed in Rebecca's hold.

Rebecca tightenned her grip on the kickboxer, trying to crush her in the grip to get her to stop hammering her in the side. One of her punches really hitting a sensitive area causing her to scream out in pain as her kidney's continued to bare the brunt of her assault. She needed to take Adele off her feet and fast.

With a mighty heavy she swung her body around, hopefully pulling Adele over and onto the mat with the amazon lying ontop, still keeping the headlock on for as long as possible.

Adele was glad to hear Rebecca scream in pain as it meant her punches were doing something but then her feet left the ground and Adele found herself slamming into the mat only to have Rebecca fall on top of her right after that. The impact drove the air from her lungs and Rebecca's weight on top of her didn't help her situation especaily now that her arms were trapped beneath Rebecca.
