Momoko versus Songbird (for Dynamo44)

Momoko yelped as she crashed breasts first into the turnbuckle without Songbird's body to cushion her front. And to add injury to injury, just as she began to pull herself out of the corner, Songbird's back knocked her back into the post. "Ugh! So fast!"

Songbird was glad her move had worked as she said, "What's the matter, sumo? Too fast for ya?" She would try to back off quickly so she won't get into Momoko's grasp again. She got into her fighting stance as she waited for her opponent.

The wincing Momoko pulled herself off the turnbuckle and out of the corner to face Songbird anew. "Of course not..." Squaring her shoulders, she advanced more cautiously on her opponent, her hands held out further from her body than usual so that she could cover more area with them. The sumo fan was trying to guess what direction her speedy foe would come at her.

Seeing that the sumo fan was coming around, Songbird would try to inch herself forward to her. "Hmm, this is turning out to be quite a matchup. But I must warn you, I can do more than just quick attacks." If she got close enough, she would try to go for a few quick punches to Momoko's face and a kick to her gut.

"You should not warn an opponent." The forewarned Momoko parried Songbird's punches but had to block the kick. Though she winced as that last blow hit her arms, she barely shuddered, her legs anchoring her. "Haaahhh!" she barked as she launched open palm strikes of her own at her opponent's torso.

Songbird was quite impressed at Momoko's strength and skill to block and take the blows that were aimed at her. Now, the sumo fan had a chance to strike back. She would try her best to block and dodge the palm strikes aimed at her torso, but there were a few that struck effectively and it was quite painful. "GAH! UGH!" cried out Songbird as she felt the pain go through her body from her torso. She was starting to limp as she tried to fall back a little to keep her distance.

Momoko noted the limp with satisfaction as this meant her opponent would be slower and thus easier to catch. She continued to press forward as strongly a she could, launching a few more open-handed blows before surging forward to grab Songbird and force her into a corner!

Songbird was limping a little, but she would still try to block the open-handed blows that Momoko threw at her, though it is with little succession. She tried to hold her ground, but the sumo fan was pressing forward and soon Songbird was grabbed and forced into a corner. At this point, she felt trapped. Momoko finally had her where she wanted, but Songbird had to try to find a way out. So, she would try to grab Momoko by the arms and if she did, she would try to switch position with her and stepped back to jump forward and force the sumo fan once again to the turnbuckle.

Momoko growled admiringly as Songbird skillfully switched spun her around and into the turnbuckle back first yet again. This time, though, she would meet her opponent's jump with a strong forward stride of her own, slamming their bodies together with a grunt.

"GUH!" grunted Songbird as both of their bodies slammed together. She tried to resist the pain she's feeling now, but she had to step back to the center of the ring to hold her stomach to soothe it. "Ugh...oh man, that hurt." She would try to keep her distance as much as possible from Momoko at this point.
