Adrian vs The Mystery Box of Doom! (Cerbera)

Adrian's complex plan was foiled in the early stages when Cerbera pulled down just as she was shot off, causing Adrian's head to swing down with her and impale the mat in a DDT. "Gah!" She yelped as she crumpled up on the mat, dazed and confused.

With Adrian and Cerbera back upon the mat, the kawaii knew that she was atleast safe for whatever was planned. She forced Adrian to lay upon her back so Cerbera could roll herself ontop of the girl, wanting to pin her down by her shoulders while she would straddle the girl's waist, wanting to go for a pin.

"uuuuhh..." Adrian groaned weakly as she was rolled onto her back away from the ropes, her head still ringing out like the days of Christmas as Cerbera mounted her for a pin.

"1!" the referee called as her hand smacked down on the map, causing the cosplayer to stir slightly. By the count of two she was fully aware of what was going on and needed to correct it, fast. Pulling her legs back, she tried to hook them under the Kawaii's arms, then use her leg strength to roll the Russian off her and into her own pinning predicament. The cosplayer's arms around Cerbera's waist and her legs keeping her arms pinned down.

When she heard the two count, she knew she just had to wait for one more count to win this match and hopefully that would've been the end of it. Unfornately Adrian had a different idea and suddenly Cerbera was on her back with her arms pinned by Adrian's legs, blinking up almost innocent at the cosplay girl while the referee restarted the count for Adrian's favor.

" 1! "

Adrian's counter-pin ploy had worked! Now to hold her down for two more agonizingingly long counts. "2!"

She knew that this would easily become a count three if she would not struggle against the girl, deciding to use her much stronger legs still had a bit of ground to work with, she tried to kick hard against Adrian, knowing that she can't hurt the girl but she hoped that she could atleast force Adrian away from her and break the pin.

"Come on... come on..." Adrian hoped as she held on, trying to remain still enough to get that all important 3 count before Cerbera kicked back, forcing the cosplayer to roll off moments before she could get the official win "COME ON!" She yelled at the ref indicating that her sunset pin had only granted her a 2 count. "That was totally 3! What, is there an extra second more in the gap between 2 and 3 then there is between 1 and 2? Because that would explain a whole fucking lot!" She complained, using her full 5'8" height to her advantage, managing to intimidate someone for the first time in her life. Even if it was a ref who was mainly scared of Adrian calling for her Amazon friend to give her a reminder on how to count.

Unfortunately now her back was turned to a dangerous opponent, you'd think she'd learn by now. Maybe Cerbera would beat that lesson into her.

Even though Cerbera was a kawaii, who often looked fragile despite her dark looks.. She was also a heel, someone who took advantage of any kinds of situations, and this was one of them. Cerbera wanted to change that, to show that she atleast had enough pride and honor to fight her opponent fairly but as she thought about that, this was not a kawaii opponents, this was a clear difference in strength and she needed to prove to a certain someone that she was still a heel at heart.

As Adrian's back was turned, Cerbera decided to go for her old finisher. She turned and ran towards the ropes, bouncing off them and forcing an extra amount of speed to aid her. Just when it seemed she was about to clash with her opponent, did the dark kawaii jump off both feet in a timed matter just to get extra air time, enough to read her opponent's head for her attack. She shot up her knee as high as she could, aimin to slam it straight to the back of the girl's head to show off her old finisher, Makunai.

Although her back was turned, Adrian had spent enough time to know tell tale signs of when shit started to go badly. Any positive reaction from the crowd meant her doom was fast approaching, the sound of foot steps and the fact the ref seemed a bit more agitated than normal helped figure out that Cerbera was charging in.

Relying on instinct and hoping that she was dodging the right way, she quickly sidestepped what would be Cerbera's current path, letting her knee fly up and smash the jaw of the referee instead of knocking her the fuck out No commupence~ she sang to herself as the ref flew back, bouncing off the ropes before falling flat on her face out cold.

Cerbera went down onto one knee and quickly relocated herself in a roll forward, passing the falling referee and quickly turning after it so she could move into a crouched position and face the target she had hit.. Who wasn't Adrian. She looked up at the girl before back down at the unconsious referee and soon enough she started to twitch out of irritation, finally saying something to Adrian.

" ...We need that ref, you know. "

This was the second time in her AFW career that this happened, causing Cerbera to relax from her stance and stand up straight to rub the back of her head, it was bothersome to attack Adrian now if the refere was out cold, there would be no real way of winning untill she'd wake back up.
